The food is really good. It's a little pricey for what it is... $3.99 to add a protein like chicken? Maybe if this were a fancier restaurant, but here it should be $3. And the music is atrocious every time I go there. It's loud and it's the worst "house/dance/pop" --it really makes eating there unenjoyable. I hope this review helps them reconsider the music. Otherwise, I really love the Greek salad. Adding chicken makes it really pricey for what it is and how much they give you. The taste is good so I gave it 4 stars. We live in Burbank but Tarme is our fav go to for Mediterranean food! Quality of food and prep plus customer service is always excellent!

I love Mediterranean food, and there food is good! 4 stars for the food and quality. But 2 stars for service and wait time. I waited over 30 minutes for my kids to get there meal- and it was wrong!!! So waited another 10-15 minutes for a new one. We were the only ones there- there were around 8 employees behind the counter- it made no sense why it should take so long. That being said, we all enjoyed our meal. It was very tasty!!' I think they just need to work on execution of the meal prep and getting it out in a timely manner. I will definitely try them out again and update my review! I do hope it doesn't take this long. read more

However, as they have gained popularity the customer service has gone down. Especially around lunch and dinner times For example... when your turn comes up in line you may be ignored so they can answer the phone and put in take out orders. Why not set up one employee who answers phones and inputs orders and the other employee works on the line in front of them? Be prepared to watch your order be shuffled down the list as family and friends of employees show up. Their food will always take precedence over yours. Today's order of two chicken shawarma wraps had me standing at the take out counter for 40 min. Most of my lunch break. Food is good but not worth the wait times in my opinion. read more

I just ate here and felt compelled to write a review. The food itself taste very good. But the service was extremely slow. It took a long time for us to get our hummus and longer to get our lunch meals. Then we asked for sumac, and the lady never came back to give it us.
