We ordered and headed that way. Upon arriving, we asked to change our pick up order to a dine in option as the kids and I wanted drinks and sodas. The hostess said "that shouldn't be a problem, let me clean off a table and I can seat you." It seemed out of courtesy that she notified the server that she was seating an adult and three kids, "they already ordered their pizza just want drinks and salads too." The server, a shortish woman about 5'5" long curly dark hair some visible tattoos was told this. She turned and said to the hostess "they ordered to go, they get their pie and get outta here." I said "hold on, we haven't paid for anything yet, we just want to sit and eat and we will still pay for everything, even tipping, just don't want to eat pizza outdoors or in the car." Her response was "you shoulda thought of that before you placed an order, pay for your pizza and get outta here." While this was happening, there was another couple who had done the exact same thing in the front dining area-eating out of to go boxes as they too "changed their mind." I love pizza man I hated that server If you wonder why you're losing customers-look within the staff you've hired. I didn't pay for the pizza and it's unfortunate I said "this fucking place has gin so fucking far downhill from where you used to be." However, idk why but I felt like my 3 piece tenders were less crispy and possibly undercooked in the breading and the fries were kinda cold. The flavors were mostly there but the textures and temperature of my meal made it kinda off for me. Also, be aware that the front entrance is right in front of the drive through line, so make sure to look both ways before returning the the parking lot. I thought this set up was made continently for cars in mind but maybe not so much the pedestrians. Overall though, I did enjoy my meal.

By 1.02, (26 minutes later) husband could take it no more and went to get a refund. This is not the review I expected to be leaving today, as I've never had service like this here before. I've never gone here before and had to choose my bread 4 times, due to them running out. I've never had to wait so long for lunch using pre-made ingredients. I don't know what was going on, but it's nothing like all the other times we've been here, and I hope it's a one off.
