He doesn't make eye contact with you while you're ordering and does not actively listen to your order at all. He messed up my order. When I requested onion rings, he gave me fries. Instead of honoring my original request and apologizing for the mistake, he mumbled, "I didn't hear that" and had my boyfriend pay the difference of 2 dollars for the onion rings. Hospitality and kindness can go a long way in situations like this and he has missed the mark.
