I'm extremely picky when it comes to chili cheese fries, but this place does it for me. Their fries are probably double fried because they never really get soggy with the chili and cheese which makes it a great meal from beggining to end. Their bacon cheeseburgers are amazing, they're loaded with delicious thick sliced bacon and I actually turned their pastrami burger into two meals cause it was so packed with meat! I've been eating here for 20 years, never once had a bad experience. It's where my parents and I went when we had a long day at work and needed a quick dinner that wasn't going to be a bother. However, our most recent trip for breakfast was the end of that. As my dad went to reach for his toast to find there was already a bite taken out of it. I love this small place. I grew up not too far from this small establishment and hidden treasure of tasty food. They have great onion rings, fries, burgers, and surprisingly tasty gyro. There is so much variety on the menu. Many of the locals pack this place on the weekends. I would definitely choose this place over the McDonalds or Carls Jr. down the street. read more

I am usually satisfied with the quality of the food and service at this establishmentI. But my last experience there was terrible. One of my drive thru orders was a shrimp dinner. While waiting for my order at the window I noticed the young lady closing a container that appeared to be chicken strips. As she handed me the bag with the chicken strips I brought to her attention that I ordered a shrimp dinner. She was very apologetic and advised me that I have to wait (on a 90 degree day) approximately 10 minutes while they fried the shrimp. I simply ordered once I pulled up to the window to pay the girl gave me her back did not greet me at all and was laughing and talking to other employees. For a long time finally after waiting for so long she came to the window and gave me my total, I will definitely not be back and will not recommend this place to family or friends. So disrespectful on top of they don't value there customers I arrived at the speaker at 8:40pm when they close at 9pm after a long shift at work I was stopping for some dinner for my family. They just took a car ahead of me a minute prior. They refused service because they had to "clean" I mentioned to the girl the car ahead of me just ordered she answered no they have been here a while I also told her your sign says you close at 9pm also online it's 20 min prior to closing in that case you should say you close at 8:30 pm if you don't want to pay your employers to stay after 9pm. I asked to speak to a manager. The girl said "the jefe"? Not professional but I answered yes and she said well he said we're closed and we won't be taking your order and I said okay we'll I'd still like to speak to him and she said okay we'll you can wait until you get to the window "but we're not taking your order !" Owner learn professionalism learn if a customer would like to speak to you regarding a matter you'd be courteous enough to attend to the matter and not turn away a customer without speaking to them. As I passed your staff were not cleaning they were standing around laughing along with the other worker who popped his head out to see who was at the speaker.
