the place is really cute and looks like a nice place to hang out with friends and play board games -- as that's what most of the patrons were doing (granted they were all about 15, well below the legal bar-going age, hence this alternative) while the menu had a bajillion options, i suspect from the basic milk tea i got that everything there is tooth-achingly sweet. many of the drinks are topped with, drizzled over, or encased in ice cream. we also got the rose tea which was interesting, but again too sweet. we did appreciate the 10% off deal by checking in on yelp; the two large milk teas came to about $6. read more

Since I was in the area and was craving boba, I searched up boba on Yelp. I came upon this place and had tons of good reviews and let me tell you, it was no dissapoint at all. The cups itself reminds me of a boba place, called Roasting Waters, that uses similar cups but the difference between Roasting Waters and Tea Brick is that this place is the normal price of any boba place, also half the price of Roasting Waters. The boba itself wasn't cooked all the way cause it was soft on the outside but hard on the inside but other then that, my drink, the Christine, was super tasty. When I first walked into this place, I immediately noticed the smell of a blend of fresh brewing tea and fruity drinks. Then I thought, I can trust this place to have quality drinks. I got "The Christine" drink because accordinging to Yelpers, it was one of their popular drinks. It was too sweet for my taste. Ask for half sweet because all I can think of is the overwhelmingly sweetness of this drink instead of enjoying it. The Christine comes with bits of mango fruits on top and a blend of strawberry fruits inside the drink. This place is also not cheap. It's on the more expensive side, $3.75 for a blended drink, and that's not including boba, is somewhat ridciulous compared to other competiting places. We nearly spent $5 on a drink with tax. Other than that, this place is located in the corner, next to Mama Lu's. There's more parking in the structure in the lower basement. You'll see it once you get to the parking lot. Remember to Check-In for a 10% discount, you'll need it, and remember to get your stamp card. I would come back here again to give it a second try, however, I'll have to ask for less sweet. read more

I really like the drinks here and their cute sturdy cups! Very unique from other boba places. The music is WAY TOO LOUD sometimes, so it's def not a good place to study! Sometimes I can't even hear myself talk, or the music is louder than my headphones! Also it is SOOOO HOT! I was literally wearing a tank top and shorts, and I was still sweating like crazy! Came here with my boyfriend and sister to check out this establishment. We ordered 3 drinks and a brick toast and after waiting for at least 15 minutes the employee walks out and informs us that they actually sold out of their brick toasts. Is there no communication between the kitchen and staff? To make things worse our drinks didn't even come out during the long wait. Also when I asked what was in the Tea Brick Milk Tea, the employee just said it was a special blend over and over. This place is super cute! Friendly staff, a chill/fun environment when we went on a Thursday night, with people just hanging out and talking, playing Jenga and Monopoly Deal. I got a lychee slush w/ boba and my husband got the dark chocolate milk snow w/ egg nog pudding. Both drinks were really tasty and refreshing, though my drink was on the sweeter side, though not a syrupy sweet. I thought the boba was fantastic, not too soft, not too chewy. We also got the nutella & chocolate brick toast, which was amazing. It was a generous portion of fluffy toast, nutella, chocolate drizzle, cookies and cream ice cream, strawberries, and mango. It made for an amazing, luxurious dessert that was comfortably split between three people. If I'm in the mood for a nice hang out place/dessert when I'm in this area, I'll definitely come back! I love this place because they have your typical boba drinks, but they also have their own unique drinks! They mix different teas together and use real fruit which I love! Similar to tastea but better in my opinion. My coworker had the rose milk tea and said that she loved it so I'll have to try that out next time. Wish they had bigger selection of snacks. Saw there was good Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. Walked to the door and saw a B rating which was a little unsettling. I used to manage a Boba place so I know the health requirements and to not have an A makes me a little weary, but we drove all the way over there so we decided to chance it. We ordered a Carmel milk tea and coffee milk tea both with sea salt cream. I usually order my teas half sweet but totally forgot this time. They were actually REALLY good. The sea salt cream was fresh and made the drink in my opinion! Employees were nice and joking around, seemed to be having fun while working which is always nice to see! Defenitely one of the better boba places in the 626 area! The price of the drinks are decent (around $3-$5). I love that they have lots of varieties to choose from. The only thing I do not like about this place is the service. Sometimes it can take up to five to ten minutes just to have my drink ready especially during rush hours. Just want to say that I live in the area and often come with family and friends for the great variety of fruity teas. I really do like the drinks here! They're creative and super refreshing. But on our last visit, my cousin and I got to the counter to order and the cashier gave us a bit of attitude. Then when I ordered a drink for my sister (her usual "blended Christine with additional lychee" that she has ordered every single time she's been to Tea Brick), the cashier didn't seem to know what I was referring to, but he punched in some order anyway. I checked my receipt and saw that he did charge me correctly, including the extra lychee. We got our orders and left, but only at home did we realize that my sister's drink was NOT blended and did NOT include the additional lychee, which we had been charged for. Admittedly, we could have checked the drink for the lychee before leaving the shop, but we still wouldn't have known the drink itself was incorrect until my sister actually tasted it for herself. I don't mean to bash Tea Brick; I do honestly like it! But this visit was one of our less pleasant experiences here. read more

Came here very few times with friends and was very positive, wide arrange of drinks although one time a worker did not give me my change at all which I understand busy night. Ordered a plate of chicken wings really enjoyable until I hit the center and bit a frozen piece of meat. Well to tell the truth, I preferred it when it was QQ Yogurt. Maybe I haven't tried the good flavors yet, but the first time I tried one of their "unique" flavors, I thought it tasted disgusting. It was like they had a bunch of juice flavors in jugs and they poured it in and well... I don't really like it. Then next time I went, I got a normal boba. Very concentrated. Not that that was bad, but I've tasted better. It wasn't anything special.
