look at all the boba... soooo good
Delfin T.

I've been a loyal customer of this place. Quality of boba is always great... soft on the outside with a chewy sweet center. And look at all the boba they put on my drink

My boyfriend and I were in the Monterey Park area and decided to get some boba on our way back home. This spot came up and we decided to give it a try. I had the Lychee Peach drink and my boyfriend had the honey lemon tea with boba. They were both delicious and served in a super cute cup. ( See Photo) The inside is quite small but, it's a great place to pick up some boba. Didn't have much of a wait which was nice. I would definitely be curious to try some of their other drinks.

my girlfriend and I wanted Boba while we were visiting in Southern California and came across tea brick. The service was also good since we ordered on a kiosk. The ambience was a sit down café to enjoy the snacks and Boba of tea brick

We love this place and it's our go to for boba and espresso for the cute Corgi bottles. Service is fast and the boba is always flavorful and fresh. Good stuff! :)

First time ! 5/5 Cups 5/5 Taste 5/5, very bold flavor Pride 5/5 for the cups you can more than reuse And it's designed n cute Great job!! We tried milk tea boba, super bold flavors from the black tea, almost a little too strong. As I'm typing this almost 11pm, fully awake from this tea. The milk balances it well. Sweetness just right. Boba chew level is perfect. Deserve every penny they charge

Oolong milk tea and Blueberry Madness Tea

Did not get a greeting but I did hear them busy at work with other orders. There is a kiosk to order anyway sooo not a huge deal. I LOVE THE PLAYLIST, so fun! The Oolong Milk Tea was delicious and so was the taste of the Blueberry Madness Tea I stole from my boyfriend. Highly recommend this spot

Been wanting to try this tea shop and it did not disappointment! The fruit teas and milk teas were both great! You can taste both the tea and fruit in the tea, neither one over powering the other it was rich in flavor. We ordered the Christine, Brown Sugar tea, Strawberry Snow milk, and taro. Teda had such great customer service. She really took the time to make us great recommendations and was very friendly. All customers who came were also friendly! A friendly environmental also draws in friendly people. We ordered near closing so really didn't stay very long. Can't wait to come back!

Ask the Community - Tea Brick

How is this business handling the re-opening? What safety measures are they taking? Are they…

Our Staff are all wearing masks. It's optional for our customers. The tables and chairs are sanitized between use. Currently only indoor dine-in and take-out. However we do follow the LA County Health Department mandate as it changes. No…

Is the fivestar rewards going to come back? I had a reward I wanted to use but it seems like the machine is off

Yeah I believe so. I was there today to order and I asked if they still had it. They asked for my phone number and it still is there so I think you just have to prompt them to do it. Like you can't type in your number like normal probably cuz covid…

Do the fruit smoothies have added sugar?

Yes, but they give you the option of choosing the level of sweetness. They give you that option for all their drinks.

What's in a mojito and snow bomb?

both are soda based, mojito has lime juice and mint leaves. soda bomb has ice cream

Are the plastic cups here BPA free? Also, is there a discount if I bring back the cup to reuse?

Don't think they are BPA free. Not sure if there's a discount for reusing the cup.

Do they accept reusable boba cups?

No. During covid, they said they will not let you bring your own cup nor their reusable plastic bottles.

Any Keto drinks available?

They don't specifically have "keto" drinks, but I am sure you can ask them to make/customize a drink on their current menu for you that is keto-friendly (depending on what you want and don't want in it).

We ordered two of their best-sellers--the Daydream Black Tea Latte and Divine Awakening Tea Latte--and both were weak, watered down, and not fragrant at all. The drinks were also strangely too cold, even for iced. They make their jelly in-house, which we were excited about since jelly toppings are big in the 626, but theirs was plain and forgettable. The shop is inside 99 Ranch, and the seating area felt dingy, with dirty, grimy tables. Staff were friendly and polite, and that's the main reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The only upside was the friendly service, but overall, with so many better boba options in the area, we wouldn't come back.

There's a self-order kiosk and since no one else was in line I was able to browse through it on my own time. I ordered the Osmanthus Oolong Tea ($5.05) with Osmanthus Oolong Tea Jelly ($1). I was the only one there so took maybe only about 2 minutes to come out. Both the tea and the jelly had a very strong tea flavor, which is what I prefer, which is why I usually reduce the amount of sweetness in all my drinks. It's definitely different with the jelly instead of the boba I usually get, but it's a nice change. Contact was very minimal since you order at the kiosk first and the only human interaction is when they bring out your order to you. I think for the size that you get it was pretty pricy, but it's definitely slightly different from your typical boba shop. If I happen to be at this same 99 Ranch again I'd stop by for a treat, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I got here early enough where there wasn't too much of a wait. I know one thing that I disliked about the Saint Gabriel locations. They got rid of the mobile ordering. Not sure about the situation here in Alhambra, but I was nearby and decided just to pop in. Or still in the morning so it wasn't much of a line and it was a weekday. I originally thought they would be an entrance from the back alley but everything is only from the front Entrance on Main Street. The drink I got was more of a traditional tea for beverage. And it was really good. Drinks are a little more expensive than some in the area. The store is pretty big so there's lots of tables and seating inside. The team members are all really nice And once everything is made, they will call you. That's when you can pick up your drink. This probably wouldn't be my go to all the time just because it's more pricey, but if I'm looking for a treat, then I would definitely come here. There's plenty of parking in the back structures off of first street.

There is no kiosk to order so you have to line up or use their mobile app. The line wasn't too bad and waited around ten minutes. I ordered the Osmanthus Oolong with cream, less ice and 30% sugar. The girl at the counter was friendly when she took my order. They were busy so drinks took 15 or 20 minutes to be ready. They put the drink in a cute little sleeve with a strap so its easier to hold. The osmanthus flavor was fragrant and nicely went with the oolong so it wasn't bitter. The cream on top was a bit average and didn't taste that good with the osmanthus oolong since it covered the osmanthus taste a bit. The cream is like coffee cream and not like the sea salt cream I kind of expected, which was my fault. However, the tea quality was good and authentic. Next time I will not be getting the cream with my tea so I can fully enjoy the tea.

Whatever air freshener Heytea uses, I want it. The shop is not too big, and there are two kiosks you can order from towards the left hand side of the store. You may also order with the cashier at the register if you prefer. My favorite thing about Heytea is that they have a zero calorie sweetener option. I always order it with my Grapefruit Mango Boom. The tartness of the mango and grapefruit is perfectly balanced with the coconut jelly and milk. Mix it all together and voila!!---a creamy fruity party in your mouth. I have also tried their Milk Tea with boba. The tea flavor is pleasant with a very creamy base. The boba however was disappointing. It was very overcooked and lacked chewiness. Parking can be a hit or miss since it is located in the Atlantic Times Square plaza. If you're lucky you might be able to find parking in front of the store.
