I have been coming here since this is the quickest Taiwanese food joint near my house so it's easy to order via grubhub or thru the app. I usually go in since it's a little cheaper and more option in the drinks. I usually order the Taiwanese sausage fried rice with chrysanthemum tea. It seems now the food is extra salty especially the veggies and the ground meat on the rice. I have to dilute it with the tea. Place is super clean and greeted with two kiosks to make food orders. Hopefully they can adjust the salt level in the food.

Great prices and tasty food. We had the pork belly which was very good and seasoned perfectly. Guests had the crispy chicken and rice with veggies which they loved.

I ordered online this time, I notice they have a lack of menu items on the online order compared to ordering at the kiosk in person. Also, when ordering online, I would not trust the pickup time. I ordered at 11AM it told me order will be ready for pickup at 12:50PM. I still went to the store regardless of what it says and it was ready for pickup by 11:15AM. If I trusted the time they estimated, my food would've been cold. The cashier was super nice though. I never knew they have party trays! I would buy one soon for the upcoming party's! Please keep the price like that!

I always love coming to teaspots! The best place to grab a quick bit and sit down. It's very peaceful and the workers are so nice and friendly. The food is so amazing and the thai tea is the best ever!!

Needed a pick me up drink for the ride home aka sitting in traffic on the 210. I remembered this "tea spot" was here so decided to try a drink from here. Self service ordering is available so i can take my time to figure out what i want to order. There was a special for the red bean and milk drink and it was 50% off. I added the sea salt crème to top it off. This drink had lots of ice and red bean that it reminded me of the Filipino dessert halo halo except missing so many ingredients lol. Place is clean. Parking is tight in the lot. Really did not interact with staff besides the drink hand off at the counter. I may return if I'm able to find parking in the lot. I was lucky this time because it was Easter Sunday.

Definitely my favorite boba shop because of its prices and quality like it's so much better than Boba Time. We come here 2x/week and always get the icys and milk teas. I love their Thai tea snow soooo good my favorite. Parking can be a pain so we go during off hours. Don't like the automatic tip that's added to the kiosk too. Pro tip: happy hour pricing 4-7Pm!!

When I am in the mood for a honey green hot tea, or a decent bowl of soup, I go here. They have numerous boba, teas, soup, and chicken plates, etc., to select from. Great place to grab something fast. The only thing I do not like is the parking and the indoor seating. The parking is very difficult and sometimes you just leave because it's nowhere to park. The service is good. You have to order from a kiosk machine which is a little difficult if you do not know what you doing. Note: The place is trendy with very limited seating and difficult parking. Adjacent from PCC.

The lid was sliding/lifting off and soft serve kept running down the sides of the cup. I would suggest maybe taping down the cover or putting it in a small plastic bag to help catch all the runoff if you do end up taking it home. When you come in, there is a sign that tells you to order before being seated. My sister and her bf had yet to arrive so I placed a sizeable order for the 4 of us. Luckily, they were there (waiting in the car) so I told them to walk over so we can be seated. I ordered 2 orders of chiayi chicken (1with white rice and 1 with brown rice), 2 orders of thousand layer pancake (1 with egg and 1 with egg and cheese), shrimp wonton, dance dan noodles, wonton noodle soup, hakka mochi and forbidden rice pudding. For drinks we had a few of the shaken iced green teas and 1 taro milk tea (my sister said it didnt taste like taro) Everything was great. I was surprised my sister's bf liked the food. The chiayi chicken was good with a bit of the chili sauce (sambal). The thousand layer pancake was good if you dip it in the black vinegar (mixed with chili oil and a little soy sauce). The shrimp wonton were surprisingly light and tasty. The dan dan noodles was balanced my medium thin sliced cucumber. Everything was portioned very small so you can try everything.we didnt get additional sides because were getting full. The desserts was what I was looking forward to and it did not disappoint. The hakka mochi reminded me of the soy pudding stalls in singapore that had mochi balls filled with a black sesame paste and peanut paste inside. This is what the hakka mochi was but in dry soft chewy form with black sesame and peanut grains to top it off. For my sister, it reminded her of the filipino dessert pichi pichi. The forbidden rice pudding reminded me of a soupy version of the filipino dessert biko. It had chunks of sweet potatoes and tapioca. Also very good but my bias is the hakka mochi. The ambiance was bright, bustling and inviting. Very small tables perfect for a quick bite. Highly recommend if you want a tapas style lunch that doesn't break the bank.

With a name like Tim's Thai Tea, I expected mostly Thai tea drinks, but a lot of the menu is actually Filipino-style desserts. Some visits are perfectly pleasant, but there have been a couple of times when Tim seemed a bit snippy or short, which made the interaction feel a little uncomfortable.
