Very honest contractors. I had another company fix a leak and told me that my water pressure was too high at over 100 psi. I called Team Contractors to install a pressure regulator. They were very professional and answered all of my concerns via texts and phone calls. We set up a time for the service and they came on time. They checked the issue and showed me that my water pressure was only 80 psi and I did not need a pressure regulator. Saved me a lot of money. I contacted Team Contractors on Yelp early in the morning due to a major leak under our kitchen sink which flooded the cabinet and a clog in my bathroom sink. Dan responded quickly and came out the same evening. The problems were bigger than we first thought so he had to come back the next day. Dan quickly replaced the line from the dishwasher to the hot water. Then he had to crawl under the house and replace some pipes down there. With most contractors I've dealt with, they quote low and end up raising the price but that wasn't the case for these guys. Let me start by saying that I was 100% satisfied withe the job that Team Contractors did at my home. We were shopping for a plumbing service to Install a Water Filter in the kitchen. So I looked up Team Contractors on yelp and read good reviews about them. So I decided to contact them for my needs and Khoa was really responsive in getting back to me with the quote for the installation. He asked me for the picture of the kitchen where this was supposed to be installed so he could give me exact number and his quote was lower than others I inquired. We also needed a drill to be done for the faucet on the counter and not a lot of plumbers do that. Khoa said he would be able to do that for an additional price. We set a date and Khoa and his team was there well before time and completed the job very gracefully. He had all the tools to do it and even cleaned up after. We also wanted to run a line from our sink to the fridge for the new filter and Khoa did that for no additional cost( we were just required to have the kit for that). We had Team Contractors back to repair extensive problems with galvanized-to-copper unions that weren't done correctly. The team spent two days fixing several complex junctions in hard to reach places under the house. When the water was turned on, the rust in the galvanized pipes partially plugged some faucets -- they worked several more hours into the evening to flush the pipes and the water is now running clear and with full force. I'd like to thank Danh, Khoa, and the whole Team Contractors crew for being the most honest, hardworking, friendly, professional contractors in town! This is the third time I used them. Today was to unclog a bathroom drain but I've also used them to install a pressure regulator, a new section of drain line, and to investigate a water hammer noise. Each visit, they showed up before or on time, were extremely polite and friendly, cleaned up after themselves, protected my hard wood floors, took their shoes off before entering, and were very knowledgable about their stuff. I'm planning to use them again to install a sewer clean out too. Danh accidently overlooked the time he was scheduled this morning, so he had to reschedule for later in the day, and because of that didn't charge me for today's visit!
