In the midst of getting our house ready to put on the MLS, we discovered there was a leak in one of the bathrooms that in turn affected the baseboard of the adjacent room. I've used Khoa's services many times before for my other property and each and every time, Khoa was very professional and prompt in helping us getting things fixed in a timely manner. This time was no difference, as we were 5 days away from a proposed open house, so you could imagine how stressful that would be. I called Khoa in panic and khoa had just returned from a memorial weekend trip and was still on vacation mode, but in his calm and collective voice he reassured me that everything will be okay and that he would come out to help. Sure enough, Khoa showed up 30 mins later with another person from his team and went straight to work. They were able to identify the source of the leak using a camera tool that goes in between the wall through a small hole they made in the wall without having to open up a big section of the wall. Great service! Messaged them on Friday night and they were able to come out Saturday morning. They arrived exactly on time. They presented the price before staring the work and when the plan to fix this issue changed, they confirmed the new price before starting that. They gave us the choice on how we wanted to proceed and worked to find the best solution. They clearly explained the warrantee. They did not try to add in any extras that were not necessary and gave their opinion on what would be the best/most value based way. We cannot say enough good things about Dan at Team Contractors. We had a clogged toilet that our usual plumber could not fix. After paying them $155.00 to be told they couldn't do the job, I headed to Yelp to find someone that could. That is when I found Dan! I saw that he had great views but it was talking to him on the phone that convinced me. He was honest, very informative and he definitely seem to know what he was talking about. I called him at 11:30 and he was at our home in less than an hour. Dan and his partner were so thorough. They checked all the toilets, went under the house to see how the pipes ran. He even took a video and showed it to us and explained everything in detail how he would fix our issue. They used a hydro jetting method and cleared the line from the roof. They warranty their work. Two thumbs up for Dan and Khoa!! They came out to jet our sewer lines. They answered all our questions and concerns. And we feel our lines are cleaned. They were courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. While here, we had them checked a small leak from a toilet thinking we just need to replace the wax ring. When they removed the toilet, they found a broken flange and a soggy sub-floor. There was no sub-floor left to screw a new flange in. Water under the tub may be a possibility. They recommended a bathroom remodeled (the last remodel was over 20 years ago). Khoa offered a temporary solution to get the toilet up and running and also buy us time to plan for a future remodel. An estimate was given to replace part of the pipe, install new flange, and built a temporary floor layer underneath to support the pipe and toilet. We accepted the proposal. Again, we felt the estimate was reasonable. Dan & Khoa returned the next day and spent a good portion of the day to complete the job. This completes the third time we used Team Contractors. I called Team Contractors, they came to clear my sewer line, they then used camera to show me how bad it is when the rooting trees get into the sewer line. I had a leaky 1.5 inch galvanized pipe that is feeding the water tank in my house. After agreeing on the estimates based on the picture, Danh, Khoa and the crew showed up on time to get the job done. Ended up replacing the entire 17 inch long pipeline based on the recommendation, but that was a good decision after seeing what the inside of the pipe looks like (lots of deposits, and threads are rusting).
