I've come here twice now and was disappointed each time. Each time, I came for just drinks. They seem to be short on staff, so it took a really long time to place an order, receive the order, and to pay. Table turnover also took a long time and we sat with dirty dishes in front of us for a long time before the table was cleared. Beyond the lackluster service, the drinks were expensive and average at best. I have friend who never complains about anything who had to send his Paloma back. The one redeeming quality about this place is the building itself- it's absolutely gorgeous and the restoration of the First National Building appears to have been done with great care. It was really beautifully decorated for Christmas time as well! I waited until my second visit before writing this review, but I was quite disappointed each time and hope they can use this feedback to improve. read more

We had a reservation for our anniversary and they sat us immediately when we got there. Our server Ashley was amazing, took our order and food came out quickly. Food was very good, we had the diavolo pizza and the Short Rib Rigatoni Al Forno; BOTH AMAZING. Also, had the cheesecake and Tiramisu which were great as well. read more

It's definitely all about the ambiance! The National's Great Hall is the epicenter for its social scene. Eating at Tellers is intended to take your visit up a few notches. With their reputation, and corresponding prices, I was surprised that their efforts to present their food with artistic flair not only fell short, but the food's taste was a hit-or-miss. We came for a date night. The setting is beautiful in the remodeled First National building. We had the charcuterie as a starter as well as the agnolotti con robiola. Both were delicious. The focaccia served with ricotta and hot honey was next level. We shared the veal parmigiano for two and the spaghetti cacio e pepe. All were very tasty and thoughtfully prepared. I had the blood orange spritz which was light and delicious. For dessert we shared a dish of lemon sorbetto which was served with a pizzelle cookie reminiscent of what my mom makes. Overall a wonderful meal. Generous portions, but not over the top. Our server was responsive and allowed us to enjoy a relaxed pace with our meal. My only complaint is the noise level. Being such an open space it was very noisy and hard to communicate with the hostess and at times with our server. We will definitely be back! read more

I booked dinner here because I wanted to eat in the space that is Tellers. I did not have high expectations for the food. I went in with eyes wide open on food and service from the previous reviews. This being said, here is our experience: The bar service was not good. It took 10-12 minutes to order after telling two people what we wanted. For the six in our party, some drinks were not drinkable, others were just okay. The dinner service was better when it got started. We were at our table for 10 minutes before being greeted. The food was just okay, not anything you couldn't get elsewhere for less money. The reason to visit this location is the location. Beautiful room, incredible ceiling and soaring columns. It is a cool place to see. Go see it. I recommend taking the escalator up, bringing your own water bottle, lingering for a few minutes and taking the escalator down. You will save several hundred dollars and enjoy the best thing about this restaurant! read more

First off the ambiance in Tellers is amazing! Met a group of friends there for dinner and drinks and we all agree it is beautiful. The drinks were very good as well. We ordered the lobster ravioli, fried artichoke appetizer and a margarita Eid fired pizza. Everything was deleicious and their red sauce on the lobster ravioli was amazing! The only complaint was the portion size for the price on the ravioli dish which only include 7 ravioli and a few small pieces of lobster. I was upset that I left hungry. read more

I visited Tellers a few weeks ago. We sat at the bar and was surprised by the small menu, not sure if the actual restaurant was somewhere else but the menu was smaller than what I see online. My friend and I had to wait several minutes to be greeted or even acknowledged. We shared a pizza and the bottom was burnt. It was visibly burnt and tasted burnt. We were hungry so we were eating it but mentioned it to the bartender. He states that's what happens with a wood fire pizza oven. We told him it really wasn't very good and he replies with "to each their own". Very disappointed. read more

We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived about 6:20. We had time to have a drink at the main bar before we received the text that our table was ready. Our server, Brittany, gave us a brief history of the building upon her arrival at our table. She was very kind, quick, and friendly. We ordered the sausage pizza and the short rib pasta. Both of which were amazing! Highly recommend going down to the speakeasy after your dinner. read more

A MUST. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this gem after having a bad service experience at the melting pot and it was STELLAR. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere is so luxurious and relaxing and service was great (albeit a bit slow, but our server had a ton of tables to tend to). The food was INSANELY good, bf and I both had a green pasta dish with white bolognese sauce that I sadly cannot remember the name of and we scraped the plates clean. Teller's is a beautiful restaurant and the service is excellent. The food is meh. Nothing special about the Cesar and Chopped salad. Shrimp Scampi and lobster pasta were tasteless and dry. The eggplant parmigiana was mushy. Not a candidate for a return visit. read more

Best dining experience we've had in OKC in a couple years! The inside is breathtaking and the service was outstanding. Our server, Hunter, was excellent and really made our experience special. I've tried Tellers for brunch and it was "fine" for breakfast foods but the ambiance and drinks made it okay. We decided to do the 2022 Christmas Day 4 course lunch. There were three of us. As a precious Yelper mentioned, the staff was nice and polite but they seemed understaffed. Drinks went empty, silverware wasn't arriving. It was fine. Pleasantly mediocre. The food was ...... meh. We paid $65 plus drinks for the 4 courses. We had two butternut squash soups and one caeser salad. The soups were good but warm at best. The salad was great! Second course was lobster rigatoni. It was spicy but good! Third course was short rib, salmon and then a chicken breast. Food was warm, not hot. The salmon was well done and hard. The chicken was bland but edible. The best part was the short rib which was like a lot roast. Last was the tiramisu, pecan pie and chocolate log which all tasted like they could be from Crest. Which is fine! But not worth the price of admission. I love the valet but at not fault to them, some employees "didn't show up" so they closed it when we arrived. I wish I could give a local place a better review but they need to step the food and service game up compared to other similar priced places in the area! read more

Service here is absolutely horrible. The night we we chose to visit there were empty glasses everywhere and all over the bar top with left over food plates to where you couldn't sit and it was awkward waiting. The reason why we even went to the bar to order was because the waitstaff never came back to check on us. Our service started out very well even though our reservation couldn't be fulfilled on time, which is fine. The building and Christmas decor was absolutely beautiful so we showed up a little early and sat at the bar while we waited. When we were seated the waiter answered any questions we had as this was all of our first time here. I'd like to start off for the most part the food was great. We had a few appetizers then a Caesar salad which could've had a little more dressing tossed on it. Everything slowly started going downhill when our main courses started coming out, a different waitress brought out a steak first but had no idea what the cook temperature was and the steak orders at the table were different so she took it back to ask. One side was made incorrectly but was promptly fixed and no big deal, a drink was forgotten about and brought out after asking again. We asked for our leftovers to be boxed along with the a dessert menu and this is where the entire experience jumped off the rooftop. Around 15 minutes of waiting we had not seen our waiter, I tracked down a hostess and informed her we've waited about 15 mins for our food to be boxed and cannot locate our waiter. She finds him and updates us that our waiter will be back with them in a few minutes, within that time a different member of wait staff brought us a dessert menu but due to the wait we were no longer interested. Another 17 minutes passes by before our waiter brings our leftovers back to us. I'd like to say we probably would've abandoned the leftovers if we had our checks at this point because waiting over 30 mins for leftovers to be returned is unacceptable IMO but I personally only ate half of my meal to save room for dessert because I was excited to try some things so I was going to wait for what I paid for since I didn't get dessert. read more
