I ordered the spicy orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken breast. The teriyaki was overcooked, dry, and tasted more like char than chicken. The spicy orange chicken, to be fair, was great. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Her chicken katsu was mostly breading with very little chicken, visibly overcooked, and tasted burnt (see photo). It was hard and honestly inedible. It has been many, many years since I first visited Teriyaki Madness not too long after they opened. I was going to another restaurant nearby when I changed my mind and decided to go to Teriyaki Madness. You walk up to the counter and order the bowl you want (you pick a size of small, medium, or large). Except for apps, all their food is served in bowls. I chose the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl, medium size.. You have a choice of starch--rice, noodles, etc. and a side. I chose white rice and broccoli. I took a seat and in a short time my dinner was ready. It's a short drive home, so the food was still quite hot when I got home. The chicken had a nice spice to it and the broccoli was crisp instead of being cooked too soft. With the bowl was a small plastic container with some extra sauce. I used it all. I'm glad I gave this place a try after all the years. It's something different for dinner rather than getting Chinese take out. read more

Decent place service is a bit slow but what can you do their bowls are a solid choice

First time trying this place and I loved it! The food was super delicious and fresh, meat was made to order! The portions were huge, a medium size was enough for lunch AND dinner. The entire restaurant was super clean, including the soda machine (which usually isn't seen often in other places). Even though we visited the restaurant during calm hours and it was not busy, the entire working team had something to do. There was no wandering around! I loved to see that! Haven't been back here in over 4 years.... But today I decided to stop. Ordered the salmon reg bowl and crab Rangoon's. Once I made it home and tried the salmon bowl, it had an old, not fresh taste. The veggies even looked brown around the edges and old. The Rangoons however were great!!! But my main meal was terrible. I called and the man on the phone said I need to bring the dish back for a refund even though he remembered me just ordering. I don't know why I need to drive back up there but I did..... he asked did I want to order something different, I said no way, my refund will do for the bowl since the rangoons were fine. 2 star is just a place holder. This place is normally always fine. You get what you pay for. Quick delicious. Etc. Bad experience tonight. Uber Eats order. They didn't deliver one of the 5 meals. My driver was willing to go back and get it. He went above and beyond! But when I called the restaurant, they confirmed that they didn't even make the item. To make it right, they offered either to a) make it for me (or my driver) to come and pick up or b) take my name and info down and get a free meal another time. Well obviously A is a no go. That would have taken at least 30 minutes and been a really crappy thing to do to my delivery driver. I went with B. Honestly I wrote all of this because I really want to be surprised and have them give me a free replacement. The thing is I don't think this is going to come to fruition. Finally dropped by this location after being in the area for 3 years. This place actually is much better and cleaner than some other locations. The staff are nice and service is quick. They have plenty of tables in the dining room. The food portions are good, came in hot, meat was tender, and vegetables are surprisingly perfectly blanched for a fast food place. But of course, prices are much higher now. So value really depends on one's perspective. For a large bowl, I can get an entree/main dish in a sit-down restaurant for the same price. This is a great place for healthy and taste food, although they definitely have more indulgent choices. On this visit I opted for the large chicken breast teriyaki bowl with all broccoli and a substitution of noodles. It wasn't a long wait before it was ready, and it was very tasty. The chicken was perfectly grilled, and the teriyaki sauce was tasty without being overly sweet or salty. It was just the right amount as well without drowning the chicken. The broccoli was perfectly cooked with a nice crunch. The noodles were well cooked, but next time I might try the yakisoba style which would involve the noodles and ingredients being tossed together instead of the noodles being clumped at the bottom. First time checking out this restaurant in Summerlin. I ordered the fried rice bowl w spicy chicken "mild" spice and veggies. I got the regular size bowl combo w a drink and a chicken egg roll. My guest got the large bowl w steak and orange chicken w crab rangoon. Overall they provided friendly service in a clean establishment and delivered quality fresh hot food. My wife Duck and I were on another nice little "covidestination" and headed out to Sin City! Not minding if my IBS acts up because I'm on vacation, I order a Spicy Chicken Teriyaki bowl and Duck gets the classic Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. We have a short wait and take our food to the car and prepare to consume. Opening the bowls we see fresh vegetables and big pieces of chicken with copious amounts of sauce! They gave us even more sauce in the bag, other places that dabble in teriyaki make you fight tooth and nail for more. I thought the spice on the chicken was perfect, just enough to not make my IBS act up but enough to make me nervous. Perfectly in limbo. The veggies were a nice fresh hit to complement the thick and robust teriyaki sauce. I couldn't get enough! I was debating walking back in and buying another, but due to fear of overdosing on teriyaki chicken, I refrained. Duck thought the chicken and rice was great, thick sauce that was very good. The more we ate there the quality of the food dropped. I received one order where the bowl was missing about a 3rd of the order. Next the chicken was cooked without marinated, just plan chicken, then they just topped it with teriyaki sauce. On one order the chicken and veggies were mixed with the rice, more like stir fry. The pictures on the web site are not even close anymore. There's no quality control. We wont eat there anymore as it's not cheap. read more

I am a regular at this location as it's a block from my home. But I asked for extra spicy chicken paid for the extra amount. When I got home I noticed there wasn't any extra chicken. So I called them to let them know. Instead of being accommodating they said they weighed out the chicken.
