The option to drop off early is great. In & out! The windshield was repaired slightly earlier and I was given a heads up while waiting in the clean lobby. Great service reps. I am impressed by Tesla's unmatched overall service and product. Hoping the windshield repair becomes mobile soon.

Vroom, vroom, vroom... goes the Tesla. Does anyone actually ever enjoy car shopping?? it's a hassle, it's time consuming, and if you've done it in the past, you know that you have questions your own sanity during the entire process. Test driving the Tesla was an interesting experience. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, checked in, and was given a cell phone to start my car. No instructions, no help, and no one accompanied me from my drive about town. Truly an interesting start to test driving. Tesla's business platform in years past has always been not to have a show room and everything was ordered online. With the boom in the market for them, they now have locations available for test driving. They've also done this to comply with the strict California laws. I personally for one greatly appreciate that . I can't fathom purchasing a vehicle online without the scratch and sniff test. OK, no scratches just the ability to feel how comfortable it is on the road etc. If you have a Tesla, and you love it, congratulations. If you don't, and you're considering purchasing one, I would encourage you to shop the EV market more thoroughly. When I arrived back from my test drive, a pseudo- salesman came over to collect the phone, and proceeded to ask me which model I wanted to buy. The very first question I asked, was the difference between the highest and model that I was looking at, versus the lowest and model and the delivery schedule. he summed it up nicely in two sentences. All the cars are the same. The difference in the vehicles really has to do with the added internal amenities, outside of the gulled wing doors on the model that I was looking at. Basically, it's the same car with different clothes on. They all drive the same, and they are all built the same. If you're looking for a vehicle, you know the drill. Shop the market. I personally did not find the level of assistance in the show room to be helpful on any level. In fact, just some extent, I found the few people that I interacted with to be rather offputting and perhaps even rude. Checking in to test drive the car , there's no one to greet you and show you exactly where you need to go. Instead people point fingers and push you off on someone else, who in turn, does the same thing. They truly don't care if you want to purchase a vehicle or not. Perhaps it's because they have flooded the market and sales don't matter. The driveway to the show room is difficult to get into since they're located on Arden Way, and traffic is forever present on that street at all times of the day and night. The car is not complicated to drive, but you do need to be tech savvy to some extent. If you are not adaptable, this really is not the car for you.

This location has such nice and friendly staff! We on a demo drive for the New Model Y, ( im looking for a new vehicle) it went amazing. Tesla advisor let me know the breakdown of everything, the different types of models and features as well as customization. My only concern is that parking was difficult because they don't really have a lot of parking for guest/ visitors so be sure to be on the lookout as soon as a spot is available. Overall my day was good and I will be back soon to make my official purchase. The newly designed model 3 was nice !! Glad I was able to check out both models

I am surprised that they have such low reviews . I was hesitant to visit this location because of the reviews but I am happy that I did . The store itself is clean and well maintained. Service is good . The easiest car buying process we have ever had . So easy we decided to get a 3 and a Y. I recommend them . Thank you to the store manager , Pedro and Dimitri.

Went in and got helped right away by Jay and he gave us extraordinary service. Came out an hour later with a new car as well!!! Thanks Jay your the best man!!!!

Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

There were several aspects of the visit that I appreciated:…read more* The facility was clean, and refreshments and donuts were provided * The undercarriage inspection video was helpful and informative * The cashier kindly allowed me to borrow a charging cord for my phone * My Service Advisor, Matt, was informative and did a great job explaining the available service options to help me decide which services to select for my vehicle However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service experience and wait time. I scheduled my service appointment for 9:00 AM, but my Service Advisor, Matt, did not meet with me until approximately 9:45 AM. While he was very helpful during our discussion, I was quoted about an hour (possibly a little longer) for the completion of the service. By 11:30 AM, my vehicle was still not finished, and I had to ask the cashier to follow up with Matt for an updated ETA because he was assisting another customer. At approximately 12:00 PM, Matt apologized and explained that there was only one technician handling oil changes that day. He then advised me the vehicle would be ready in another 15 minutes; however, the service was not completed until around 12:30 PM. In total, I spent approximately 3.5 hours at the service center for a Service A appointment, which I find completely unacceptable, especially given the originally quoted timeframe. I understand unexpected delays can happen, but better communication and time management would have greatly improved the experience.

I have bought many vehicles over the years, but my experience with Mercedes-Benz Sacramento was by…read morefar the absolute worst dealership interaction I have ever had. From outright deceptive pricing tactics to severe operational incompetence, this establishment operates with a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. During the buying process, they artificially lowered the Out-The-Door (OTD) price quote by applying a lower sales tax rate from an incorrect zip code. When the final contract arrived, they slipped the higher, actual tax rate back in. To make matters worse, they attempted a secondary bait-and-switch by inflating the base price on the final contract beyond what was agreed upon and then played completely dumb when I called them out on it. The administrative process was a total nightmare. They messed up the paperwork at least six separate times, repeatedly messing up my basic personal details, including my name, address, and financial information. I had to audit every single line item myself to force them to fix their own mistakes. Communication was non-existent unless they were reaching out to collect my money; any time I called with questions or required updates, they dodged my calls completely. Before the purchase, I specifically asked about a suspect spot on a video walkthrough, even going as far as screenshotting and circling a clear paint distortion. Sales denied it was a scratch. When the car arrived, it was immediately clear they lied: there was a massive, deep scratch at least 8 inches long and a few centimeters wide right where I had pointed out. When the transport truck arrived, the car was delivered in unacceptable condition: filthy, missing floor mats, completely empty on gas, and without any paper plates or temporary registration. In California, releasing a vehicle for transport/highway use without proper temporary registration or plates is illegal. When I demanded they fix the missing temporary plates and registration, they refused to cooperate. It took a final notice of formal legal action and a state board complaint to even get a response. Even then, they attempted to gaslight me, claiming it was "my mess" and telling me not to involve them - despite the fact that I paid them directly to handle DMV documentation and vehicle preparation. Mercedes-Benz Sacramento represents everything wrong with the car-buying experience. Their dishonest sales practices, lack of basic care, and complete disrespect for customers make them entirely unfit for a luxury brand. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs…read more My husband negotiated a vehicle sale and a new lease deal for my mother-in-law with these shady people. The dealership agreed to the terms and made a good faith promise not to pressure her into purchasing any add-ons -- knowing she would be coming in alone, getting into her first lease, and unfamiliar with how leases work. They broke every part of that agreement. Not only did they change the terms and give her less than what was agreed upon for her trade-in, they pressured her into two unnecessary packages that increased her monthly payment by nearly $100. When she expressed discomfort and tried to leave with her original car, they conveniently "couldn't find her keys." While they stalled, they continued to pressure her -- leaving her feeling unsafe as a woman alone. She said she was sweating and experiencing tightness in her chest, and still they pressed on. She was so distraught that she ultimately agreed just to get out of there. To add insult to injury, they failed to return her house keys from the same key ring, leaving her to scramble for a spare just to get into her home that night. When she returned to retrieve her keys, she was treated poorly -- again. My husband had already called to complain, and Diane in financing, apparently personally offended by that, had a terrible attitude and treated my mother-in-law as though she were the problem. She had been nothing but kind and accommodating throughout the entire ordeal -- because that is the type of person she is. They saw that, and they preyed on it. For context, my husband and I negotiate leases this way regularly -- for ourselves and for friends -- and we never have issues. The process is simple: negotiate everything beforehand, go in, sign the papers, and leave. Niello confirmed they understood and agreed to exactly that. The moment they met my mother-in-law and realized they could manipulate her, they did. THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR THE WAY THEY MADE HER FEEL. Not once. To say customer service here is atrocious is a severe understatement, especially for a "luxury" brand. Personally I only lease with other, more reputable luxury brands that have standards for how they treat people. This has definitely solidified that. Shame on you, Niello BMW staff. I sincerely hope nobody ever treats your own mother or any woman in your life that you love this way. * I waited to post this review as my mother-in-law needed to go in a third time to get a tutorial on how to use the functions of her new car, and I figured I'd give Diane and friends another chance to redeem themselves. Unfortunately, this woman was even more horrible and went out of her way to make my MIL's experience uncomfortable. Needless to say she will be taking her business to another BMW in the area.
