    Market table

This was my first time trying Texas de Brazil. The all-you-can-eat (AYCE), fine dining Brazilian Steakhouse concept here is just like Fogo de Chao's, but with a livelier atmosphere and more festive dark red walls. We made a reservation in advance, though with the numerous dining options at Fair Oaks Mall, it wasn't necessary - the space is huge and plenty of seating was available. When we checked in, the hostess asked if we were celebrating any special occasions (we weren't, but I appreciate the restaurant's thoughtfulness and care). We were seated when our full party was present. Once we were escorted to our table, our server, Sonia, asked if it was our first time dining there. Since it was, she gave us an overview of the experience. Her explanation was thorough, but it can be a lot to take in if you're a first-timer. She explained the market table (buffet) offerings, which included lobster bisque as the soup of the day, and she told us which meats were included in our churrasco experience. At $64 per person for weekend lunch, it definitely is a pricey experience, but it's still comparable to Fogo's price point. We started with the market table which has salad offerings and other fresh sides, veggies, and charcuterie. Everything was neatly labeled. I enjoyed their crispy bacon, lox, fresh Parmesan, shrimp, and prosciutto. They even had goat cheese and fresh mozzarella (yum!). While there was a pineapple carpaccio offering at the market table, I do wish there was a bigger fresh fruit selection. There was also a hot section with the lobster bisque, rice, beans, potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms. The lobster bisque was a lovely luxury item but was quite salty. I also found a lot of their meats to be on the salty side... but it will get you to imbibe, and they have an impressive wine section on display. Similar to Fogo, each diner has a coaster at their table setting to signal to the waiters when you are ready for the meat (red means stop and green means go, naturally). At the first flip to green, waiters quickly approached the table with meat ready to be served. However, attentiveness waned as the restaurant got busier, and some cuts of meat never made it over to our corner table. Some waiters were better than others at noticing the green card and offering their meat. After declining the same cuts over and over, waiters were good about asking if we were looking for a specific cut and sending them over to your table. We indulged in the picanha, pork ribs, beef ribs, leg of lamb, filet mignon, and flank steak. They also have Brazilian sausage, chicken, and other flavored versions of the meats. I missed out on the lamb chops :(, but that's on me for not asking. Sonia did an excellent job of checking on the table, seeing if there was anything we needed, and refilling the drinks and complimentary Brazilian sides. We were brought their pao (cheesy bread), garlic mashed potatoes, French fries, and cinnamon sugar bananas. We enjoyed all of the sides. You do have to eat the pao when it is hot and fresh out of the oven (the bread gets harder and the cheese less melty as it cools). The standout was the bananas - the lightly sweet and crispy sugary exterior will keep you coming back for more (our table ate multiple). Dessert and drinks are not included in the AYCE price, but the bananas quelled my sweet tooth and were a satisfying way to end the meal. On a Sunday afternoon, we were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch and left stuffed. I do think I enjoyed the market table more than the salty meats, but Texas de Brazil is a worthy location to gather and enjoy the steakhouse fare.

Dare I say...that it might be better than Fogo de Chao?! Their Pão de queijo (cheese bread) is insane but in the best way possible. You can literally pop them like skittles. The salad bar is stacked with everything from salads to fruit to snacks to appetizers to soup and their cuts of meat get better as the night goes on. Every time I think it's my favorite, here comes another skewer to change my mind. This place is a carnivores dream, but vegetarians can enjoy the salad bar for a cheaper price. Even the dessert is perfect. The espresso is the best final touch and service is superb. Our waitress was lovely and had some great wine suggestions. The dining area is spacious, clean, and visually appealing. The bathrooms looked good too, hehe. This establishment is perfect for anyone desiring copious amounts of meat in a pretty atmosphere. Parking is plentiful and the drive is worth it if you're coming from further away. Enjoy!!

Coming to this restaurant on a Saturday night, I knew it was going to be busy...and it was. However, I was seated in 5 minutes. The waiter was very knowledgeable and made few suggestions that made our dinner better. The salad buffet was ok. I didn't come here to eat salad lol. I only grabbed beets, Pickle onions, and pickle peppers from the buffet. Now the star of the night was the steak. My favorite steak was the picanha. It was tender and marinated just right. Overall was a pleasant dining experience worth a 5 stars review.

This Texas de Brazil branch was amazing. Our server was great always checking on us at the right times. The overall ambiance and atmosphere was cool and clean. I would definitely recommend coming here as I have came many times.

Went here for a work party. SO GOOD! The food keeps coming. The plantains are on point, all of the sides that come to the table was just unreal. The salad bar is so fresh, I wouldn't recommend the prosciutto though there were bones in it. I had to spit it out. Highly recommend you don't go nuts over the salad bar before the meat starts coming to the table. I was so full I couldn't try the filet mignon at the end . They also cook medium rare TO PERFECTION Great place for a date night.

Ever since I moved away from home, I've been going to Texas de Brazil for my Thanksgiving Day meal. It's become my tradition and I'm so happy for it! The food and service are among the best I've ever experienced at any restaurant. I always feel welcomed and appreciated while I'm there. They also serve some of the best, tender, juicy turkey breast I've ever had! Their Thanksgiving day items are delicious and I always make sure I get at least 1 plate of the traditional fixings but I come for the meats! The leg of lamb with some creamy horseradish sauce is my favorite combo! The shrimp at the salad bar is really good too! Obviously, the picanha is amazing and I usually get multiple servings. And the flank steak dipped in the chimichurri sauce! Everything is sooo sooo good! The restaurant is a dark red color with heavy decor elements. Lots of dark wood accessories that give off a royalty feeling. I feel like a millionaire when I'm there! It's one of the least expensive but best overall quality Brazilian steakhouses around!

This is one of my favorite Brazilian steakhouses. They serve a variety of different meats ranging from varying cuts of steak, lamb, chicken and pork. They also have a huge salad bar that includes lots of veggies and sides to accompany the meat. Compared to other Brazilian steakhouses, I think the quality here is pretty good and the meat is always seasoned well. My favorite cuts were the Picana (Brazilian marinated steak), the pork ribs and the filet. A great steakhouse with lots of options!

First, I apologize for not taking pictures of any of the meats, but they were goood, and I didn't want to stop to take pictures! This spot is much more grand than I expected from the outside, as I pass it going to fair oaks mall. The interior is very nice, and although it's advertised to dress business casual, many guests wore jeans and tshirts. I went for lunch, and I was stuffed for the whole day! They have a huge selection of salads and veggies, as well as charcuterie boards and soups! It's a huge buffet that goes well with the meats. I'd recommend getting their chilled string beans to go with the meats! For first timers, they have cards with green (please serve me) and red (don't serve me) cards, to let the waiters know that you want a cut of their meats. There are tongs you use to grab the slices. I liked the ribeye the best, that the waiter who was bringing it around kept coming back to me! It was wonderful! Overall, a great experience. It was definitely on the pricier end, but a nice time for sure!

SO amazing! The service was a true standout-- timely and attentive. The food was amazing as well, both the meats and the salad bar. A new favorite of ours! Very nice restaurant.

Carnivores heaven!!!!! Lots of meats to choose from and the servers come by so frequently. Good quality meat!

Does brunch salad bar include dessert and hot items like mash potato?

Dessert is extra. They have like a scalloped potato for lunch that's included

Is the vip card extended due to covid? I haven't used mine all year yet

    Yes extended to 11/30

Are Non alcoholic drinks , cheese bread and fried bananas included the price ? And unlimited?

cheese bread, fried bananas, and mashed potatoes are included. nonalcoholic drinks are not.

The staff promptly remade the appetizer without the pesto, which I appreciated. However, the interaction left me feeling a bit like an inconvenience based on the tone of the response. For my entrée, I ordered the Patsy's 5 Star Reserve Rib Eye. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was absolutely delicious. I wanted him to feel special and have a high quality meal versus an AYCE steak option we tend to book yearly for his birthday. I loved the location. Parking was PLENTIFUL, and no annoying garage or complicated entrance! I have to say I don't really understand the point of a valet service here, though. I mean, if you wanted to park and walk a dozen less steps that would probably be the only valid excuse. I've driven by this location so many times and I've always wondered if it's a Tiffany and Co. Something about the colors. But honestly, the colors are classy and perfect so props! Our table was ready 15 minutes early. The entrance to the restaurant was really impressive and large. My husband said that it reminded him of a nice restaurant in New York City. It definitely gives the vibes that I was hoping for a celebration. We had incredible servers throughout our whole experience. The bread basket was actually so delicious and the butter came with flaky salt. Immediately the way to my heart. Soufaine is an absolute gem!!! we were having a hard time picking a good red dry wine to go with our intended entrée, and he really went above and beyond to make sure that my husband loved not liked his option he picked. He liked the reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and I liked my Malbec. It was tough to resist the cocktails though, I'll def have to try those next time. I really love the special touches that they do for Events. The confetti on the table, the handwritten note, and the fresh long stem rose are so above and beyond. We were actually very hungry so we just opted to go directly to entrées. I ordered the bone in ribeye because I like a fattier cut, and I decided to try the Oscar style with lump crab. My husband got the bone in Porter house. Steaks here are actually cooked exactly as you order it. Nothing was overcooked. We decided to split the lobster mac & cheese, and the truffle fries. I think the lobster mac & cheese might be the best I've ever tasted. The noodles were not overcooked. The lobster chunks were present, and the cheese sauce was full of flavor and absolutely not lacking. The Oscar style was very interesting. Certainly had a lot of crab meat which I absolutely love, but I don't know what I was expecting necessarily. It came with a heavy hollandaise and I wish I would've asked for a description before committing to it. We devoured our steaks and still had a whole meal left to take home! This was a really nice aspect because it was not the most budget friendly meal, but the fact that we were able to enjoy it for two separate dinners definitely made it feel like a better bang for the buck. Lastly, the server brought out a complementary dessert for the celebration. My husband loved the crème brûlée cheesecake and I really loved all of the fresh berries! All in all, it was a very elevated dining experience. They pulled out all the stops and they really understand customer service because they were always checking in on us and always making sure that we were completely happy. What an incredible first experience at Evelyn Rose! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were…read morein for a great evening. As soon as we entered, General Manager Sam welcomed us like old friends. After we were seated, my wife asked if he had previously worked at The Dabney, and sure enough, that's where we recognized him from. It was great catching up as he shared what he'd been doing since then and how his dream had always been to open his own restaurant. Seeing that dream come to life made the evening feel even more special. The restaurant was busy (definitely make reservations), but we were able to enjoy cocktails while we waited for our table. My Grey Goose martini with bleu cheese olives was phenomenal and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We started with the Bison Tartare and the Ceviche. The bison tartare was leaner than traditional beef tartare, and the crispy chips added the perfect savory crunch. The ceviche was incredibly fresh and bright. For our entrées, I had the ribeye while my wife ordered the Dory. The ribeye was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. My wife couldn't stop talking about how buttery and delicious the fish was. To finish the evening, we ordered the 100-Year Port Flight featuring 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-year ports. Vertical tastings are such a fun way to experience how a wine evolves over time. The 40-year was absolutely outstanding, and the 20-year was another favorite. The 10-year was enjoyable but still showed its youthful character compared to the older vintages. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and relaxed. The main dining room can feel a little tight when the restaurant is full, while the bar area has a few TVs for anyone wanting to catch a game. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the women's restroom being stocked with amenities like hair ties and hair clips. We noticed they also offer a tasting menu, and after this experience, that's already on our list for our next visit. Between the outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, excellent cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Evelyn Rose absolutely earned five stars.

Draper's Steak & Seafood - The French dip sandwich was aesthetically pleasing; however, its flavor profile was somewhat understated.

Had brunch today at Draper's with my daughter and a friend. I will start off with our server Tate…read more Tate was a most pleasant and professional young man. Very attentive and "Johnny on the Spot" even though he was handling several tables. 5 stars for him! Next... The food. I ordered the Crabcake Benedict and my daughter and my friend both had Steak Benedict. We all agreed that the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, the hollandaise sauce was excellent and the potatoes were served hot and tasted great. I was the only one drinking alcohol and had the spiked cherry mimosa. Started our really tart.... Ended? Well... I drank 4 of them! LOL! 'Nuff said! I did not find out until after we left the restaurant that both my daughter and my friend felt like their steaks were bit overcooked, but to the restaurants defense, neither one of them told our waiter what temperature they would like to have it cook to and so I, and they, agreed that they both had enough experience eating in steakhouses to know to ask a steak to be cooked to whatever temperature they preferred. So this is not on anybody except them. I would ask the restaurant in the future to instruct their wait staff to ask anyone ordering steak, regardless of size, what they're preferred temperature is. That being said they said that the flavor of their steak was still excellent! It was my first time here and will certainly not be the last! I am a very, very picky eater and this is one of the best meals that I've enjoyed top to bottom in a long time!

Wanted to visit here with family since it's fairly new and we wanted to celebrate my birthday…read more Reservation was easy to get for a weekday dinner at 6. Parking lot isn't super big but we were able to get a spot. We got seated immediately. Restaurant had a nice classic look inside but the tables were a little too close together. We tried the Pan Seared Sea Bass and the Seafood Cioppino as well as the Calamari to start. Unfortunately they did not have the ribs despite its coming at the start of dinner. The Sea Bass was cooked well but not much seasoning, mostly the lemon sauce. We were told the Seafood Cioppino was spicy but there really not much spice at all. The Calamari was solid though. The vibe of the restaurant seemed more business so might have not been the right choice for a birthday dinner. No one acknowledged or asked about special occasions (I don't care since it was for me, I didn't make the reservation). The food was ok but I'm not sure I'll be dying to come back.
