This is a new location that is closer to our house. We always do call ahead seating so we don't have to wait when arrive. The food is always consistent and the staff has been friendly. Love how they keep bringing rolls if you ask!

We come to this location about 1-2 times a month, service and food are always amazing! The homemade bread and honey butter is You can hand pick your steak and it's always cooked and seasoned perfect!! Chicken fritters are crunchy and made with white chicken breast, they are so good with their honey mustard! Grilled Shrimp is always a good choice too! The margarita-sangria is a must with the side shot!

Herb Crusted Chicken, Steamed Vegetables, and Steak Fries - delicious!

One important thing to note about seating is that some of the tables are high-top bar tables. I happen to have a disability, so had they assigned our reservation with one of those tables it would have been a problem because it's hard for me to get up and down in those seats. The service was A-1! From the hostesses to the wait staff and management. They were extremely attentive throughout our meal. Instead of just putting the appetizers on the table, our waiter plated them for us. This is probably the only misstep during our meal. He assumed that all of us wanted a piece of each app instead of asking each of us which app we wanted. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta. A couple people didn't like mushrooms. Also, we had more people joining us so by plating all the apps upfront there wasn't enough for the rest of our party. Even still he was a great waiter. The food was phenomenal! I got the steak and eggs from the brunch menu. The cut of steak was like a hanger steak. When I say cooked and seasoned to perfection!?! It was one of the best restaurant steaks I've had. Our entire table enjoyed the food we ordered, including the cocktails. The food is pricey, but for an elevated experience or special occasion it is absolutely worth the visit!

Regardless, since it was our first visit we wanted to try cheaper items before trying a steak to see if it's worth coming back. For appetizer we ordered the lamb chops. I had high hopes but they were all fat..worst I've ever had and I have a lot of lamb! We both had pasta dishes. Mine was the orecchiette pasta but it was under done and it was extremely spicey considering the menu did not say that. Had three bites and threw it out. We also had the shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp was way over cooked. Anyways - I thought this place was supposed to be upscale but the food doesn't match the interior to me from my first visit and like Eminem says you got once chance.

She added to our enjoyable evening at Prime. The surf and turf my girlfriend had had such a great presentation and equally good quality taste. I had their shrimp with were perfectly grilled. The wedge salad was on point and classic. And then layer on Frank Sinatra tunes in the background while sipping the well made martinis made by Alissa...a great evening. My only negative would be the calamari I thought would have been better, not hot. Maybe not a 5 in the options of a large metropolitan city, but for the square on downtown Crown Point, an absolute 5. Look forward to enjoying again when in the area.

They did accommodate us with two separate checks. Wine was good. Margarita de Casa was great. Plenty of salt on the rim, just I like. Maybe a little too much ice or it was so good that I sucked it down quickly. Chips and salsa was offered with one, two, or three types of salsa. The cost of the salsa depended on how many different you order. They ranged from mild to hot. The 1/2 pound of Carnitas was enough for two to share. Since I wasn't sharing, I had plenty for leftovers. The carnitas had a little too much fat for me. It was difficult to see the fat due to the lighting. The LED lighting above the table flickered. The hostess pointed it out and said she would take care of it. She didn't remedy it even after I reminded her. The shrimp tacos were good but they were not evenly portioned with ingredients across the three tacos. Restaurant was cozy and dark. It set a nice mood.

Apparently this is new and they certainly don't have the logistics figured out yet. The musician's voice came through but whatever instruments were being played did not resulting in an annoying scratchy vocal. The entertainment outside may have been terrific but inside with just the one vocal piped through the 8 speakers in our room we could not have the wonderful experience we anticipated. As to the food, the fish and filet were expertly prepared and our waitress was one of the best we ever had but we won't return unless the music situation is resolved.

I and a few other family members were invited by my mother and by the time I walked out, I was wondering why this place wasn't packed wall‑to‑wall every night. Let's start with Monday's AYCE perch -- absolutely outstanding. Lightly breaded, perfectly seasoned, and fried just right. It's the kind of perch that makes you rethink every mediocre fish fry your uncle threw that your family tolerated. If you're a perch person, this is your new weekly ritual. Then came the walleye, WATCH OUT NOW, and honestly, my sister wasn't prepared. She said it was flaky, flavorful, and cooked with the kind of herbs & spices she recognized that said, "Yeah, we know exactly what the hell we're doing." "It's the kind of fish that makes you pause mid‑bite and appreciate life for a second." But the real surprise of the night? The bacon, mushroom, and American cheese hamburger -- unforgettable. This thing deserves its own billboard. Juicy, stacked, and unapologetically delicious. Every bite felt like a small celebration. On top of all that, the place is spotless. I mean impressively clean. Floors, tables, bar area -- everything looked like someone had just finished polishing it. You can tell the staff takes pride in the space. And speaking of the space... Yes, the building once housed a gentleman's club. But now? It's so clean, so friendly, and so well‑run that the only thing dancing is your taste buds. The only thing exotic here is how good the food is. Pivot Lounge has officially earned a spot on my "must return" list. Great food, great service, great atmosphere -- and a glow‑up story worthy of its own documentary.

This comes out in service to customers. The food still is acceptable but the failure to be nice and friendly has made the experience an abject failure. There has always been an off odor here but can be overlooked if all else is good.
