We always find the nearest Texas Roadhouse to eat even when out of town You can count on the food being good and the service being good. They have great drinks from the bar; they have margarita specials. There is an accessible bathroom and a few accessible parking spots.

If you're looking for a meal that brings big flavor and even bigger energy, Texas Roadhouse delivers on all fronts. Known for its hand-cut steaks, made-from-scratch sides, and warm, buttery rolls served with that addictive cinnamon honey butter, this chain offers a down-home dining experience that's hard to beat. But what really sets Texas Roadhouse apart from your typical steakhouse is the signature line dance the staff performs throughout the night. Just when you're settling into your seat, sipping a sweet tea or a cold draft beer, the unmistakable sound of "Footloose" kicks in--and the servers hit the floor. Literally. All in all a great visit. Who doesn't love the Texas Roadhouse classic.

Aneesia (Anee) was a fantastic waitress! Never once did a drink at our table run dry. I was trying to decide on a drink and even tho she isn't of age she was able to suggest some ideas based on what others have had and found good. From where we were sitting, I could see the sign that said guests may not remember what you said or what they ate but they will remember how you made them feel! Anee definitely did that! Her spunk and cheerfulness made our night and my birthday celebration really fun and enjoyable. Of course the food and drinks were amazing. That is after all why we all visit Texas Roadhouse after all. So thank you, Chef and kitchen crew! There were also many who checked up on us and took out plates. Thank you!! And finally, the bar tender did an amazing job of creating my Pink Sunset. It was very tasty. Overall, my 21st (again) birthday was very enjoyable.

Always love Texas Roadhouse, as the food always turns out great and is quality. My only complaint was the service this time, as we did not receive our rolls until after our meal came out despite asking, and I had to ask again for my house salad, as I did not receive this when other members of my party received their salads. A little disappointed this time around, however, understandable due to the busy time that we went at.

Walked in and placed a to go order. Found my way to the bar. Pulled up a seat and was greeted promptly by Ella. I ordered the legend Margarita with some warm bread and Cinnamon butter while I waited for my meal. Note they do not take drink orders to go. So I have my drink, waited for my text on my food and watched what was playing in the multiple screens surrounding the bar area. The place was dinner busy. Lots of people filling the booths, and the wait staff happily attending to them. Overall good experience.

No problems with my salad today!

Poor service. Poor management. The food is okay. This time there wasn't foreign objects in my salad. We came to utilize the deal for free kids meals. Our bill still came up to around $80 with tip for the 4 of us AFTER the free meals were applied. We were mis charged for our drinks and the manager did not apologize, just made me wait for her to show up and give me a lecture on company policy. Last I checked I'm the customer, not one of your workers. I suggested instead of educating me about the restaurant's policies she should perhaps do her job and educate her own staff. We are good with this place for awhile. Second poor experience in a row. Not worth the money to be treated so poorly.

Good food and good environment. Service is good overall but they are super busy so minor delays in food. Love their bread still. And I like how the peanuts now come in a bag. More clean and organized. Prime rib still 10/10. Kids meal cheeseburger very mediocre though. Buns are hard. Recommend their sweet potato as a side.

Where do I even begin? Chris (our server) was the BEST!! So friendly, great sense of humor, and quick on his feet with our food delivery and service. This was my daughters first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and it did not disappoint. From the food to the service, she wished we lived closer to Grand Rapids. Portion size was above and beyond the cost. My ribeye was prepared perfectly and melted in my mouth. We both tried the ribs; fall off the bone meat, paired with a great BBQ sauce. And my daughter loved the Mac and cheese. As much as the food was everything we hoped for, Chris made our night! Superior service. Hopefully the next time we are down from Traverse City we are blessed enough to see him again.

First off this place is noisy. Not that it bothered me, I'm just letting other know. Staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. They sang happy birthday to a few patrons and were on top of the service game. Food was very good and I thought the prices were very fair. Dinner for two with drinks was under $50. Bathrooms could use a little attention though.

I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

To start with the positives: parking was easy and the restaurant itself is beautiful. We were a party of five with a reservation and were seated promptly. Since it was our first visit, we let our server know we needed a few minutes to review the menu. However, she didn't offer any suggestions or highlight popular dishes. When we asked about a specific appetizer, her only comment was: "Yeah, some people order it and it's pretty big." We kept our order simple--no alcohol, no substitutions, and we made it clear how we wanted to split the checks. Despite that, service throughout the meal was lacking. No one offered refills, and we had to flag down the server twice just to get hot sauce. We ordered items like the Turkey Club, a Burger, a quesadilla, French dip and a pasta dish. We also splurged and ordered a few appetizers. Our only dislike was the quesadilla. It was hard, bland and no toppings offered for the price you pay. Everything else tasted great. Given the beautiful setting, I had hoped for a more polished and attentive dining experience, especially for a birthday dinner. The fact that our server didn't even acknowledge the birthday celebration felt a little disconnected. Although it's not required of course but it would have been nice.
