Aneesia (Anee) was a fantastic waitress! Never once did a drink at our table run dry. I was trying to decide on a drink and even tho she isn't of age she was able to suggest some ideas based on what others have had and found good. From where we were sitting, I could see the sign that said guests may not remember what you said or what they ate but they will remember how you made them feel! Anee definitely did that! Her spunk and cheerfulness made our night and my birthday celebration really fun and enjoyable. Of course the food and drinks were amazing. Walked in and placed a to go order. Found my way to the bar. Pulled up a seat and was greeted promptly by Ella. I ordered the legend Margarita with some warm bread and Cinnamon butter while I waited for my meal. Note they do not take drink orders to go. Stopped in on Friday night for some dinner. There was a 20 minute wait at 8pm. We were sat in a booth about 15 minutes after waiting. Our waitress quickly brought us rolls and took our drink order. Once we got our drinks my BIL orders the blooming onion as an appetizer and another basket of rolls. The rolls were excellent, served very hot and with tons of butter. 3 of us ordered steaks and one salad. Everything was cooked to order. The loaded mashed potatoes seemed to be the favorite. The lettuce in the side salad was super fresh and crispy. We were able to watch the end of the NC basketball game since there were huge TVs all over the restaurant. Our bill still came up to around $80 with tip for the 4 of us AFTER the free meals were applied. We were mis charged for our drinks and the manager did not apologize, just made me wait for her to show up and give me a lecture on company policy. Last I checked I'm the customer, not one of your workers. I suggested instead of educating me about the restaurant's policies she should perhaps do her job and educate her own staff. This was my daughters first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and it did not disappoint. From the food to the service, she wished we lived closer to Grand Rapids. Portion size was above and beyond the cost. My ribeye was prepared perfectly and melted in my mouth. We both tried the ribs; fall off the bone meat, paired with a great BBQ sauce. And my daughter loved the Mac and cheese. We did take out specifically for one item that we were craving, the blooming onion! We selected our pick up time for 5:30. As we are leaving to start heading that to the location which is about 20 minutes away from our location... we got the text saying that our order was already ready at only 5:12 that's 20 minutes early plus the additional time to drive over which we originally accounted for with our 5:30 pick up time. By the time we got there and back home our food had been "done" for an hour. The blooming onion was both ice cold, soggy, and had no flavor because it was made so early. This was my first visit to Texas Roadhouse, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the bread was warm and the cinnamon butter was tasty, that was the only highlight of our meal. One of our guests ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which arrived with a long dark hair across the top. It took until we were halfway through our meal before the manager brought a replacement salad. Although he apologized, there was no further effort to make amends--no discount offered, nor any follow-up to ensure the rest of our meal was satisfactory. We ordered a variety of dishes, including steak, burgers, and two chicken entrees. The steak was under cooked, the chicken was overly salty, and even the baked potato was shockingly salty. The overall quality of the food was sub-par. The service was equally disappointing. On my way to the restroom, I noticed that another family, seated after us, was already leaving while we were still waiting for our food. Adding to the frustration, we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. The server couldn't get other staff members to join in singing to her, and after waiting 15-20 minutes, we had to leave so she wouldn't be late for her night class. We arrived at 5:15 and left at 7:06--almost two hours for a meal with incredibly slow service and lackluster food. Sadly, this experience fell far short of what we had hoped for. read more

Our waitress took our orders for drinks the blue crush lemonade was very nice she made us feel very welcomed. My family member ordered the salad it came out with our appetizers I also had my little four year old brother with me I was very shocked in a bad way that my relative showed me a coin in the bottom of all the salad she ate when she was finished. I was thinking the worst like anyone would. This could've been on my brothers plate without knowing he could've ended up swallowing a coin! They took the salad off the bill, but I was still pretty upset leaving that night. Average experience but would still come here again. I ordered the porterhouse steak with a sweet potato and Caesar salad for sides along with a fried pickles appetizer. The meal first came out with complimentary bread and cinnamon butter. This was delicious and eases you into your meal. The fried pickles were the circular kind instead of the long and skinny variant which I prefer. The flavor was pretty light. Caesar salad had fresh greens but perhaps a tad heavy on the dressing. The porterhouse steak was a monster. The seasoning was a bit bland and perhaps have been a little less charred but I still ate the entire thing. Our food group chose to go to Texas Roadhouse for our monthly get together. We went on Saturday right at noon. We lucked out that it wasn't busy at that time and we were given a back area all by ourselves. Our waiter did a great job keeping up with all of us.
