I ordered take out this evening. When I got to the spot to pick it up there were like four kids back there just socializing. Two of them even looked over at me. So I'm waiting and waiting then finally one comes over to help me. The last time the service was better. Anyhow this time they left out condiments for the potatoes and that was kind of annoying. Came in with my parents and brother around 3pm. Was seated immediately. Our server was very attentive! Upon hearing it was our first time at their restaurant, we were given a coupon for a free appetizer and a bag of peanuts. Salmon and were very well presented under the unusual Covid conditions . This establishment is really worth trying out. The side of green beans were salty though but the main entree was delicious. The waitress was genuinely kind and accurate and I was very pleased to the very end. We revisited two weeks later and Observed the same genuine level of "attentive" employees. My family and I had wanted to visit the Texas Roadhouse for some time now. We stopped in lastnight for the first time. The Good: seating was fast, the server had taken our drink order fast, and came back quickly for our dinner order. The Bad: Food was fast food quality, both my wife and I ordered dinners we thought couldn't be messed up. We where wrong, super salty and not much flavor. The kids ordered burgers and a salad. Texas Roadhouse Veterans day free meal.... Great idea and super nice of them but....... Oh yeah, we all know nothing good ever comes after "but". I was very anxious to get my Veteran's hamburger so I looked at their web site and it said they opened at 3 PM. However, I thought it was a lunch offer so I was confused and waited until 3. I just considered that an early dinner. No big deal. But...... they told me the offer was no longer being offered because it started at 11 AM and they already had a wait list until after 5 so I'm out of luck. I explained I went to their web site for times and they said "I guess we forgot to change the times". I asked if they would honor it since it was their mistake, not mine and I am a veteran. The answer was a firm NO..... It's not like I needed a free meal, just the idea was nice and to have it end that way was very disappointing. I should have spoken to the manager but I knew I'd lose my temper and a free meal isn't worth that. PS. I do like their food so this review is just me venting! read more

However, I saw there are many empty tables, almost 20 + tables available, I dont really understand why they dont let customer to be seated asap and just let them to wait so long. I've came to this specific location 3 times and each time the service was bad. Tonight, we had called around 4 about a party of 13 people. The hostess or whoever answered said that it was fine but to call an hour prior to hour arrival. We did, and the lady on the phone said that unfortunately they are no longer taking a party more than 6 for the rest of the night. As to my understanding, the person who answered before said it was okay and to call an hour prior. But now they can't sit us because we're more than six and that we had to split our party We arrive to the location and spoke with the manager, who made no effort to try and find a solution to the problem. He is a quote time of 2 hours to 2 and a half hours. From someone who actually works in the restaurant industry, this is the most embarrassing and unprofessional way to handle things. Fix your management. Fix your communication hostesses. And do a better job accommodating your customers. read more

Bomb Dot Com! Seriously have never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse. Once our meal took forever to arrive when they were not even that busy but the manager checked on it and made it right immediately. Always fresh, consistently cooked & seasoned! If anything goes wrong they will bend over backwards to make it right. The rolls are so warm and fluffy and when you add the tasty honey cinnamon butter it melts right into it. Rattlesnake bites are not the typical frozen halved jalapeños. You can pick out your hand cut daily steak from the case or you can just order from the menu. They have great combos: Steak & Ribs or Chicken etc. Multiple options for different cuts of steak and they have multiple sizes to fit anyone's appetite. The ribs though! They are so tender and meaty you can literally pull the bones out clean before you dive in to eat. Great BBQ sauce, the ribs are all meat you can eat instead of mystery gristle that is tough and unrecognizable. Salads are excellent as well. I'm normally a blue cheese girl however I prefer their ranch dressing. The Cesar salad doesn't have a fishy taste to it so good job on that! Drinks.... yes! The frozen raspberry margarita is delicious. Several beers on tap and bottle. I could go on and on so I'll end it with saying that we have never had anything we didn't like here. read more

Issues with the waitlist made me wait an hour when the app stated it was a 10-20 min wait. When I first arrived I checked in and the hostess told me to wait in my car until I received a text. After waiting an hour I went to the stand again to see an update. She said she had sent a text but I showed her my phone and there was nothing... need to improve the check in system. We tried roadhouse last night and had a pretty good time. I can't believe they had a line out the door on a Tuesday evening. Good for them. We decided to go to the bar. The service was friendly and fast. Cold beer and my wife had her Kendall Jackson wine. All was good. We ate the grilled shrimp and steak kabobs. Food was ok. Nothing special but good for a franchise steakhouse. The only reason I gave three stars is the noise level was out of control. I would tell you who our server was but I couldn't hear her name after asking twice. But she was nice, friendly and efficient. Bottom line is if you like loud crowds, lots of kids, franchise type food. Then this is your place. Highly recommended it If not do what we keep doing. Try different places. We recently went here for a birthday dinner for our parents. I'm not much for eating out but I was pleasantly surprised with a great plate of pulled pork and mashed potatoes with mixed veggies. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was truly great. It's a busy place, so the volume is up, but it more than met our expectations for both food and service. So unfortunately they are not great for accommodating family's with children. We drove all the way over and made sure to call ahead through the seating hotline and still were not seated after waiting over 50 min. With children it is very hard to keep them patient and they said we still had another hour and thirty minutes to wait to be seated. read more

They told me the wait would be 15-20 mins but I actually ended up waiting 50-60 minutes. I ordered steak and these people legitimately gave me a hamburger PATTY! Even the waitress looked embarrassed (they're lucky my phone was dead or else I would attach photos). These people literally brought me out a hamburger patty with a ton of cheese and mushrooms on it. The mash potatoes tasted like they were made of powder and water. I had two bites and I was done, but don't worry, I ended up still paying that $50 bill plus a tip. What did they do right, you ask?
