Was in the shopping center for lunch and saw this place. There was a long line out the door. I love Vietnamese desserts so of course I had to get me some to satisfy my sweet cravings. The place is small, but they have so many choices to choose. The only thing I didn't like is that there are no prices listed anywhere. Not sure if we are being rip off here. They also don't give you a receipt. Guess we just have to trust them? Not sure if they even accept credit card. Other than some of the negatives, their desserts are pretty good, hence, the long line. Would I come back? Maybe, if I'm happened to be shopping in this center.

Picked up so many things I didn't get a chance to take pics of everything. We got some Che' and some snacks. The banh bo was ok, didn't have much pandan flavor. The Che was really good, highly recommend.

Solid spot for che and other Vietnamese snacks. I tried che 1 and it was not too sweet, which I prefer. There's another che spot in this plaza that makes their desserts way too sweet. There was a line with Viet aunties even on a weekday afternoon, so I knew this had to be the spot for desserts and that it'd be authentic. I want to try their other desserts that other people were purchasing next time I stop by.

They have sooo many Asian desserts! They get busy but line goes fast! I got some things which were good! But one item went bad by the time I got home but I am on a road trip so maybe it needed refrigeration. They only accept cash is my issue! So bring cash with you! They also accept zelle but I don't have that so I was limited on how much I could spend. I really liked the rice dessert and pandan roll dessert I got! They are lightly sweet.

The Che 3 mau was too sweet We liked the com xôi with coconut The pandan bánh da lợn was slightly crunchy and not like the usual ones with real mung bean but it was good. A mix between jello texture and chewy. Service was excellent Quickly and small place to pick up and go, not a sit down Plenty of options to try again next time

I love this place, it's the OG spot to get Vietnamese desserts. There's never any prices posted so I feel like I'm at one of those food trucks with no prices on the truck and they give me a price based on how they feel that day... lol. We need some posted prices LOL. A lot of things are questionable here (sanitary wise) but it hits the spot. The line is very disorganized. Man I used to like the 3 colored dresser but for almost $7 something, I'll pass until the cravings really hit. I probably won't come back if I don't have to.

My favorite Vietnamese Che (dessert) chain in Little Saigon. It's always hard to choose what to get here as everything is on my favorite list. The cow cakes and pandan cakes are usually my go to items along with the various types of banana desserts smothered in coconut cream. I'm kinda drooling writing this review. Easy parking on a weekday. Please come and create your own adventure.

This seems to be a classic Vietnamese dessert shop and I was lured by the lines... almost everything in there was sweet, including the rice. Not sure I'd go back but it was an interesting experience.

This is the OG spot for Vietnamese desserts. Every time I visit Cali, this is a must-stop for my sweet tooth. The flavors are nostalgic, perfectly balanced, and always hit the spot. All the aunties here work so hard, and you can really taste the love and care they put into every chè and thạch. There are so many options to choose from, so good luck!

1st time visiting this store. Been to another location which I thought had better pricing and bigger portion. The Che here in large was $6.50 and it came in a tiny cup with mostly ice. Thought I got ripped off but I think their small is even smaller. While it was pretty good, still not worth it. Go to the other location instead.

This place is as authentic as it can get if you want real Vietnamese desserts. There's nothing pretty or fancy about this place. The desserts are in large trays and you just point to whatever you want and they scoop it in to-go containers. It's cash only and there are no tables or chairs. Even if they had tables and chairs, you would not want to sit there. The place is ugly and could use a fresh coat of paint and decor. They are always crazy packed, so they're doing something right!

My friend said we needed to make a stop here on our drive past. It did not disappoint. I haven't had a lot of Vietnamese desserts, but I felt like a kid in a candy store. I like to try new foods and flavors and there was so much to choose from. There was a line out the door and it is cash only. The staff worked quickly to move people through. Other staff was refilling items from the kitchen in the back. I bought a tapioca drink (#3), Sponge cake, and sweet rice. I also couldn't pass up the coconut cream with tapioca and plantains (my favorite!), and colorful sponge balls (maybe sour dough?). I'm sorry I don't remember the Vietnamese names, I just pointed and they loaded up my bag.

Assorted beans dessert. Served either coconut milk.

Walking into the shop, you're greeted with a dark gray concrete vibe with plenty of matching decor. They've got some multiroaster vibes too, which means they're slinging beans like Dak, La Cabra, and more! Robusta and Arabica heads can both rejoice! They've also got a nice little patio to just rest and relax at while you enjoy your drinks. I've had a few pretty deep conversations coming out of this place. Okay, even though I did come to a coffee shop, I did end up getting a hojicha latte that was roasty, nutty, and delicious alongside the vanilla notes that they add. Great choice for some of you who don't do so well with caffeine. It's easy to drink, and thoughtfully prepared! I got something a little different. It was a strawberry co-ferment espresso in a cappuccino ratio. You could really taste that strawberry come through, and having it hot and with milk was a perfect choice. Fruity, complex, and funky! Love to see places serving co-ferments. I don't think it's over-played in specialty coffee, and I do appreciate having the option! And, I didn't get it today, but getting a fancy pour-over at this spot really hits. If you coffee sweats like the fun stuff, you'll have plenty of that here! If you're looking for both fun coffee and great day, no doubt you should check out Re Ca Phe!

The workers are really nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I tried their Earl Grey Matcha Latte, and it's honestly one of the best I've had. Not many places offer this combination, so whenever I see it on a menu, I have to try it. What I really liked about this one is how well balanced it is. The earl grey is light enough that it doesn't overpower the matcha, so you can actually taste both flavors clearly without one taking over the other. The Hojicha Vanilla Cream Latte was also really good. The cream on top was silky, smooth, and rich, adding a nice layer of sweetness that paired well with the roasted, nutty flavor of the hojicha. It made the drink feel really comforting and well put together.

I have this belief that if a bakery has a perfect chocolate chip cookie, everything else is great. My definition of a chocolate chip cookie has to have a crunchy outside, a good balance and amount of dark and milk chocolate chips , perfect sweetness level with the perfect ratio of brown to white sugar for sweetness and chewiness and the obvious soft and gooey center. Paderias is a 9 out of 10 for me and it never disappoints. My 2nd fav is their triple chocolate. Those two are hands down my all time picks. Ordering is done through iPads which is simple to navigate. You have to come early to snag their items because they do sell out rather quickly esp on the weekends. I came here on a Thursday afternoon, and it was already packed, but we had no trouble finding seating in their outdoor section. There are so many options to choose from between the drinks and food, and honestly, I'm not mad about it. Between my partner and me (we ordered a lot), we got the London Fog Matcha, Banana Matcha, Popcorn Chicken, Longanisa Burrito, and a Corn Cheese Cookie. Keeping it simple: everything was absolutely delicious. As of the date of this review, this is the best Earl Grey Matcha I've had. It was perfectly balanced between the floral Earl Grey notes and the grassiness of the matcha. The Longanisa Burrito was hearty and came served with Kei Concept's aji verde sauce. Lastly, I have to call out their Corn Cheese Cookie. It had such a great balance of savory and sweet, and I'm genuinely going to try my best to recreate this at home since I'm in the Bay Area and won't have easy access to it anymore :(. I also appreciate how on top of it the servers always are and how they make sure you are well taken care of. Nep is known for their Banh Mi Chao, which is kind of like Bo Ne but with an "everything but the kitchen sink" vibe. I definitely recommend first-time visitors try this dish since it is really what makes them stand out. The tenderness of the beef mixes so well with the sauce, tomatoes, and pâté, while the banh mi acts as the perfect dipping vessel that ties everything together. Besides the Banh Mi Chao, there are so many other dishes that are equally mouthwatering, such as their Crab Toast (with a generous amount of crab and a creamy mouthfeel) and their new steamed egg dish with pork floss (a salty flavor balanced with custardy egg).
