This is a hit a miss fast food restaurant. Mostly a miss. I have yet to receive my order correct. Yet like any lazy person in need of Thai food.... I order from there. Without fail they forget to add the expensive add ones or they just plain ignore what I order. So with a lazy hand I pick up my phone every three months or so in hopes of improvement. I ordered from here yesterday. I ordered chicken fried rice. That's all. It's overpriced but it's tasty and convenient so I ordered it. When I arrived at the location they would not take my cash. They said it had to be a card which was not posted anywhere or on their Google search. They didn't even offer me the food for my inconvenience. I order from there regularly. So hopefully they didn't try to re-serve that to another customer because it just sat there on the table and I had to walk out without any food when I had legal tender to give them. Used to love the South Gilbert location. Recently has gone downhill. Raised prices 20% and cut portion size. Last visit bowl of Tom Kha Gai one third full. I don't believe their excuse of using bigger bowls. Seem the same size to me. $16.50 for a takeout place lunch eating out of cardboard bowls and plastic utensils is absurd to say the least especially when you have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it. I can eat lunch at this price in nice Thai restaurants, being served, with nice atmosphere using dishes and metal spoons. Was a nice concept for Thai food but they've "killed the golden goose";-) (their customers) . Will definitely visit them less and go to other Thai Restaurants. read more

We ordered Thai chili like we do every other week. We buy the Benjamin Franklin student cards and it has Thai Chili buy one get one half off. We showed it the cashier and she had to talk to her "manager" who was the cook in the back who approved it but then told us her "district manager" told her we can't use them. She then took a picture of our card to send to her actual manager and tried to cross out our MULTIPLE USE coupon on the card we purchased with their business coupon on it. We told her she's not allowed to do that and she gave us an attitude. How the coupons work is not up to us as a customer but we have a coupon and so we should be able to use our coupon without backlash from cashiers. read more

While some buffets opened today this place has the doors locked with a doorbell buzzer.So I rang the buzzer and was informed that my order would be ready in about 10 more minutes.I waited outside,directly out front with a half dozen other customers that were there before me.One by one they all got their food.Hand delivered by the Hostess.Several more people showed up after me and were handed their orders.After now waiting some 25 minutes I went back to the buzzer.To my dismay my order was sitting on a table just inside the door.Why didn't the hostess bring out my order?Or at least call out my name?Decent food but terrible customer service! read more

I've been here maybe 5 times now and it gets worse with each visit. This will be my last. There's almost no flavor, very limited portion of vegetables, and definitely no spice. It's unfortunate to write a review like this because the food is pretty good. The food is only part of an establishment. We have ordered from here multiple times. Each time we have ordered and had food delivered we are missing something from our order. I have called and talked to the manager who comped the meal that was missing food. That was a great resolve. She said she would talk to her prep team to get better at quality control and work at making sure they are more thorough. We just ordered another meal today and we have, yet again, missed food from our order. We called to notify them and their response was "we'll give you a free side next time you come in" I'm sorry but we've already paid for the side for the meal that we would eat today. Unfortunately we will not be returning back. Hopefully others will have a better experience. read more

Walked into this location for the first time last night. Cashier said it's 15 min wait. Ended up being 45 mins for one dish!! Saw a worker wipe up a spill in the kitchen with paper towels, threw it in the trash, wiped his hands on his jeans, a proceeded to scoop rice out of the container. Disgusting! Sign outside states, "no mask no service" and yet their emps don't wear their masks above their nose. Wow! read more

Because the store is so small, the place is usually flooded with online orders. Staff has a bit of an attitude, but after hearing some lady b**** out the cashier on the phone while I was in line, can't say I blame them. Ordered their yellow curry, and it was pretty bland, so the next time I went I got their Thai hot which was allot better. Still could use some more spices, but for its location, it's really for people trying something new for the first time and that's okay. Wish I could give this place 5+ stars because they have excellent food and went above and beyond tonight. Here's why; Tonight, I had ordered dinner from the UBEReats app due to the car being in the shop over the weekend. The deliverer dropped my food off and I noticed I was missing a Thai tea and my order was also completely incorrect. Being that the car is in the shop it wasn't an option to just go and pick up the new order, because that wouldn't have been an issue. I call Thai Chili to explain the issue of my order and the lady was very polite and insisted on going above and beyond to help complete me order. I don't really ever leave reviews but this was such great customer service I had to share. Not to mention we ABSOLUTELY love their food! read more

So I was so excited to eat Thai today. I saw a Thai chili to go coming up off the exit on the freeway so I was like sweet! Pulled in and looked at the menu and was deciding on what I wanted to order and you can look right back into the kitchen and see the cook as he was making orders. It was a tall guy. He was reaching into tons of different ingredients with his bare hands then wiping his hand on his clothes in between ingredients. the girl behind the counter was like what can I get you? I was like nothing!!!!! And walked out. Casually walked right over to Five Guys Burgers where all the employees had gloves on!!!!! Super poor experience with customer service tonight. Ordered our dinner and paid online, I received a confirmation email for my order. We showed up on time and our order was ready to go. Once we arrived home we realized they forgot two orders of Thai dumplings. We called the store 5 times before they answered the phone. My husband was already in route to the store. This was more than $10 worth of food missing and about an extra 30-40 mins of our time driving back to the store for our money back or for the dumplings. The store was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Once at the store my husband asked for a manager. They said there is no manager on shift. Or they said the "manager-ish" person is busy. Seriously...? So you screwed up my order, didn't answer the phone 4 times in a row, and the manager ish person (not the manager) is too busy. They stated "you can take the dumplings or get your money back, which is it?" This is poor poor customer service. No apology. They didn't offer for a manager to call tomorrow. They didn't offer any kind of empathetic statement for our annoying pickup experience. Super disappointed tonight. Maybe invest in a manager on duty and find somebody with customer service skills.
