Came here to eat with my family and I'm ready to pay, I go with my debit card to pay and I'm presented with the receipt and section to tip, I put 0 since money is tight and tips aren't something that's mandatory and obligated, after putting the 0 it upset the lady at the register saying no tip? I change it to at least 3 dollars and do it anyways. This was before and I go back today and put 0 same problem happened to me. The broth was bland and did not have the flavor and aromatics of Pho. Afterwards I heard that "Korean-style" pho is supposed to be less flavorful. I've had pho in Koreatown one other time before at Ktown Pho and the broth did have some flavor and aromatics (albeit not as good as in SGV) though...so not sure if the blander soup is because it's "Korean style" or because it is just bland. It was one of the few restaurants open late on Sunday night though, so I'll round up the review to 3 stars. read more

I've been coming here a lot during the pandemic because it's close to my house and they open pretty early. Although I've never ate at the restaurant, it's good to be supporting a local business because I can tell they're really trying hard and the guy who works here is super friendly! Since I to-go my order, I usually ask them not to cook the noodles. They give me enough onions and bean sprouts, which is also a plus!! They also have the rib pho here too, which is what I usually bring home. Not the best pho I've tried but it's decent and the portion sizes are huge for the price :) Plenty of parking spots too if you come early!! (I usually come at 9 right when they open) read more

This Vietnamese Restaurant is yummy-good. Had the Pho Chicken and they came with Angel Hair type noodles. Not sure of the correct name for them, I never had this type of noodle, but regardless it was really good. I went there because I've been craving Spring Rolls. Lots of choices for sure. We ate several different ones, and they were all delicious. Service is fast and the place seemed bustling busy with many hungry customers. The Cha Gio rolls are bite size, none the less very good. The Shrimp Summer Roll is very big and good, as well as the Egg Roll. I'm a happy customer. Parking for this establishment can be hard. The parking lot was packed, jammed packed with vehicles. Average pho place. Good for pho cravings and the quick fix but if you're looking for incredible vietnamese food, this is not the place. I got the #5 pho brisket. I liked how the brisket was cooked - nice texture and not overcooked. Easy to tear and have a piece with each bite. Broth is best hot and steaming as it first comes out, because as it cools I realized I really didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I did. Iced mango jasmine tea is standard. It's good that you can taste the tea flavor but the mango flavor is artificial and doesn't stand out to me. First pho place I've been to that gives everyone a little dish for bean sprouts, jalapeños etc. It was cute and portioned nicely. I wish they gave more jalapeños but I was able to take from other people. Upon request they'll also bring more of anything, so ask! Service was quick and food came out fast. Staff was courteous and attentive. Bathrooms are all the way in the back. Can't complain about my experience - review is mostly derived from food. read more

This time we got the short rib combo pho and the meat literally just falls off the bone and it was so tender and tasty. Their broth is always so rich and flavorful with a very clean taste. We've also had their shrimp summer rolls, beef egg rolls, rare steak & brisket pho, and spicy oyster noodle. The spicy oyster noodle had so much seafood including shrimp, squid, mussels and of course the main, oysters. There were about 5 pieces each of the different types of seafood except the mussels, having three pieces. And the portion of this thing was huuuge! It was more like a two serving size. The veggies are always fresh unlike some places where it has been sitting in the fridge for days. Their Thai iced tea and iced mango jasmine tea are both very good too. Every time I dine here the servers are very friendly and even when I call in for pick up orders they are always polite on the phone. First time trying this place and saw a one-star review saying barely any meat in the pho and complained about the soup being bland. NOT TRUE AT ALL! My pho was filled with meats and the soup was good. I wasn't a big fan of their egg rolls dish - only lettuce and this non-traditional vinegar dipping sauce. They could have added some pickled carrots and daikons. Adding basil leaves or cilantro would be great. read more
