Last night was a shame, they undercooked our pizza then offered to microwave it. When they brought it back it was burned like charcoal. First time here. Got a to-go order. Food looked really good online, and the Kogi flatbread had me intrigued. The guy who took the order was upbeat and vibrant. I was hoping the food was made with the same energy, but unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. I ordered the fried chicken wings with Peri-Peri sauce, the Kogi pulled pork flatbread, and Loaded Nachos for a total of $47.04 Opened the Flatbread, and the pulled pork was clearly overcooked. Whoever made it could see it was burned but still elected to put it on the flatbread. The wings tasted rubbery, as if they were microwaved. It was accompanied by dried carrots. The Loaded Nachos were decent. Overall, disappointed to say the least. For $47.04, I would've loved to have left feeling like I got an average deal. This is a good place. Went during happy hour. They have Belching Beaver Peanut Butter stout and a host of other beers on tap. Belching Beaver makes great beer in my opinion. They also have a host of other drink options. I will say that the service was a little slow, but it was happy hour and busy. The staff was very friendly in spite of how busy they were. This used to be the place to go for excellent pub grub and amazing beers. Sadly only one of those things is true. The food situation has really taken a hit. The cheese sauce that comes with the signature pretzel bites is thick and clumpy now. The bbq burger and American burger did not deliver the quality I remember either. Completely overcooked patties where paper thin and dry. Luckily the beer situation is still on point and I was able to wash that mess down with a few 9.4% Elysian space Dust IPAs. We frequently go to the BT. Last time we went service was not up to there usual standards. When I got my drink something was floating in my glass. Waits changed me for a double and she never asked if I wanted a double. Wings and pickles were not crispy like they usually are.
