Went here for the first time today with my Fiance I can't recommend this place enough. Very busy so don't be surprised if there's a wait especially in the weekend like today. The staff is absolutely amazing we had Jaden and she was absolutely the best even though she was juggling dozens of tables and cleaning etc she was quick to bring us our food and all we asked for and it's so sweet her parents work there as well and it's become a family job for them. The food omg eyes rolled back into my head it was so good. My Fiance and I both got the chicken and waffle wrap it comes with eggs inside and a hot honey which wasn't hot so those who don't like spicy trust me you'll be good with it. Jaden even brought us extra honey to pour on as well. We also got the maple bacon beignets which were to die for and their corn bread that has a sweet butter that was hot and fresh and to die for. We are definitely making this our go to breakfast place and I can't wait to go back. Holy moly!! Unless you have been starving yourself, a sumo wrestler, or a descendent of Vikings, it would be wise to split a dish with someone. The taste was average and their wow factor is the quantity of food. There isn't anything that makes you say, "I absolutely love the food here, I want to come everyday." Besides the shear portion size, they are a breakfast place that smoothers sausage gravy on almost all their breakfast items. This isn't a gourmet brunch spot, but it isn't some Denny's or IHOP either. It is a nice dinner-esk restaurant that should at least be tried one time so you can experience their awesome portion size. My brother and I split the "Don't Be A Chicken," and it was huge. Not only did we get our fill, but we took home almost two containers worth of leftovers. Very good food! I was raised on southern food and this has a great twist on southern classics. Their cornbread more like a cake texture, not dry, sweet, lemon zest, and the butter just tops it off to perfection. Definitely top two cornbread I've had, it's killing me to say a northern place can beat most of my southern favorites. Their "chicken little" was amazing! Their SOS gravy is pork free, yay!! It was a busy Saturday morning when we visited but we were seated right away and the service was quick and attentive. The inside of the restaurant was quite dark for breakfast and brunch for me that felt a little off. I was very happy with Traditional Eggs Benedict I ordered. Eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandais sauce was yum! The biscuit was just right. I also enjoyed the potatoes that came on the side, they were cooked to almost crisp. They have some pretty good food! We've come back a few times and their food quality and consistency has improved. The cornbread is super yummy! They've made some changes to the interior, it's a bit kitschy but it works. It's homey! The staff are still a bit lost sometimes; we usually have a few different people bring us drinks, take orders, and bring us food. They usually forget silverware and bring your things out in different stages as they, and you, realize what's been forgotten. That aside, most of them are really young, and are probably still learning. They're always nice though. However we found out the hard way that It was very overpriced for breakfast for two folks which ordered grits and eggs with the fixings in a bowl. Food was not that great either. I was here for dinner around 6:00 on a Saturday night. I was hoping to get a cinnamon roll, but no such luck. I'm not a fan of steak fries, so I wanted to get tater tots instead, but they don't have them anymore. They also don't have the diced potatoes anymore, so I went with the sliced potatoes. About half of them were super crunchy, like potato chips. Not really my thing. The bacon-wrapped prawn po' boy was good, though. The prawns were large, and wrapped with generous amounts of bacon. The soft hoagie roll was drenched in butter and grilled, just how I like it. I'm not usually into sauces, but the remoulade wasn't too bad. The menu said it came with pickle, but it didn't. Huge portions and pretty tasty, but went straight through the pipes if you know what I men :/ I'm not sure I have the digestive system to handle what their dishing out there. Pretty disappointed with breakfast special today (and the service). It was maple bacon waffles with a side of bacon for $15.99 with the options to add 2 eggs for $1. Over easy eggs were cooked great and the bacon was so-so, I've had better. But the waffles :o( so much powdered sugar, pretty much inedible. I ate 1 and left 1. I don't think my waitress came back and asked how my food was ever. I actually had to get up to fetch salt and pepper. The gal that was kind of assisting her was much more friendly and attentive. I tried to make mention of how the waffles were inedible the the waitress when she was clearing my table but she didn't listen to me. Sadly, I still left her a $5 bill tip. I'd read they got it together after the reports from the other location last year, but this was really troubling. My waitress did a good job trying to accommodate me, but there were a lot of other problems. It was a busy Sunday brunch time, and I understand that, but they were out of hash browns, cinnamon rolls, and when I ordered a side of fruit, was told something to the effect it was rotten and not available. My biggest issue though: we were seated upstairs, sending a 75 year old with a cane up a flight of stairs. I told 2 employees that the handrail was falling out of the wall, a safety concern, and was given the reply "Oh, that's my husband's job to fix, but he drinks too much." This will be kind of a strange and different review... We decided to try out this place downtown because we heard a lot of good things about it. I read some of the reviews and it was often on but I am always willing to give it a try myself before counting them out. Overall the atmosphere was nice, a little loud, but it was a Sunday, and a very clean restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian omelette with their house spuds ... But I ran into a personal time crunch, and had to roll..... so took it to go while others enjoyed chatting. As I was leaving I saw them bring over the hot chocolate, it was topped with a high mountain of whip cream . Well I had been here many years ago and hadn't been back not sure why but I wasn't impressed last time I guess. But today we decided to try it out again and we're pretty surprised. First, the menu is pretty big. If you go the servings are generous. I had the SOS with what they call mile high biscuits and spuds. I asked for the gravy on just the spuds. Lauren our server brought them out on two plates. First gravy is always tricky, this was not over peppered, and rich with heavy cream. It was hot (heat) and not too thick. The biscuits were light and fluffy not cakey or undercooked. My wife got the triple berry crepes. We expected crepes with three types of mixed berries, instead it was a blueberry, a strawberry, and a raspberry crepe. Oh and the coffee comes in big mugs and it's hot. I had a chance to speak with the owner because I saw all the servers trying a dish and I was curious what it was. Turns out it was the musabi Benedict. Rice, span, wrapped in seaweed, poached eggs, and sauce.The kicker is kimchi and sriracha. It looked great so maybe next time. read more

Bonney Lake location- Frankly, having been a cook for 10 years back in the day, it's not that hard to make breakfast. I ordered a side of their bacon, because they said it was very good. It showed up on a small side plate swimming in a pile of its own grease. I had to send it back to have them blot it off. It was nice thick bacon. This was when the Bonney Lake location newly opened. It had probably been six months since they opened. I was shocked at how dirty things seem to be in the dining room. Food caked on to the table and chair legs, and the floor was dirty, and some of the wall coverings looked damaged or water stained. I drove by there yesterday and I'm not surprised to see that they're closed. This is unfortunate, because I like to go out to breakfast on occasion. read more

Before I begin, it was 1:30pm when my family and I arrived at the restaurant. It wasnt busy. More than half the tables were empty. With that said, the place was a mess. Floors were dirty. Tables weren't bussed. Staff hanging out behind the front counter. The food was mediocre at best. I got the SOS (biscuits and gravy). The biscuits were super doughy and the gravy had chunks of hamburger beef in it. I was expecting breakfast sausage not ground beef. Biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns. No eggs. No meat. $16. My wife bought the Karisa (a breakfast burrito). It was huge BUT it was ALL EGG and one, maybe two, pieces of bacon and little to no cheese in it. The burrito wasn't seasoned at all. It was super bland. It was literally all egg. No joke. It came with spuds. That's it. $16. My 2-year-old son, who eats everything, got the strawberry French toast sticks. By the time we got our food, his french toast sticks were completely soggy. He ate 2 sticks. It came with one french toast cut into strips. Nothing else. $10. Btw... my wife found a long piece of hair in her burrito. The cooks have long hair and no hair nets. Pretty disgusting. Ohh... and the bacon!! The reviews said the bacon was amazing!! Ours was burned!! And not the good kind of crisp burned but the soggy burned. All in all, the place was disgusting, the food was bland, and everything was way overpriced. Went to this restaurant. It was busy. Got on the list quickly. Got told where to go by the hostess (upstairs). She said to grab any open table. So we went up and sat at a table. 20 minutes went by and no waiter or waitress is ever stopped by to see they had a customer. Not a word. No coffee or water. No menus at the table or offered. Family brunch today brought us to TBB. I was eagerly anticipating visiting this spot as my parents have been raving about it for months and the reviews seemed pretty positive. I always head into visiting a local place like this wanting to love it. I am sad to say I was fairly disappointed. The overall feel left a lot to be desired. It was dark and dirty. The bathrooms were a complete mess. I always appreciate a great "hole in the wall" no frills place if the food is great but this was just gross. The menu is quite overwhelming to navigate. There are so many items you don't even know where to begin. I decided to go with the Holly Go Lightly as I'd seen a few appetizing pics from other yelpers. When it came it looked slopped together and thrown on the plate. The hollandaise sauce tasted like a "just add water" mix and was topped with an avocado that still had the seed attached. It was simply ok. Nothing special. I attempted to order a side of biscuits and gravy but I was informed that they were out of biscuits... ummm.... really?!
