Visited for the first time in many years. Always loved this place. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and decided to have appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Guava Daiquiri and the Pineapple Ginger martini. For appetizers we chose the Stuffed Mushrooms, Avocado Egg Rolls and the Arugula and Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza. By far the best dish was the flatbread pizza. Crust was well toasted, with layers of cheese, prosciutto and arugula. Well balanced and sooo delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were our second favorite. Piping hot and stuffed with gooey cheese. Unfortunately the avocado rolls were not as we expected. Bland tasting, greasy and the accompanying sauce overwhelmed the taste of the rolls. All that being said the most upsetting part of the night was the bill. We noticed that the drinks didn't have printed prices next to each drink. We were extremely disappointed to find that our drinks made up 50% of our bill. The value of the shared plates was surpassed by the overpriced drinks. Because of that we decided to bypass the trademark cheesecake. Really was going for a better experience although the food fairly good and I would still go back and give it another chance but i won't ever have drinks here again. read more

This is your typical chain Cheesecake Factory restaurant attached to the Willowbrook Mall. It is usually very busy and crowded. The food is usually decent (nothing bad, not extraordinary either). Overall it is not a horrible place to eat but if you plan on going to a five star restaurant this is not the place. read more

Good food at a good price. Order carefully, as many selections aren't healthy at all. However, there are some very healthy selections hidden amongst the carbs. I always get the Ahi Tuna Carpaccio and Fire Grilled Artichokes. Delicious! read more

Absolute worst service ever. Ordered Chicken Caesar Salad they ran out then ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and they ran out of that too. Out of our party of 9 they only brought 6 meals. After the water finally came to check on us did he go back and look for the other 3 meals. He brought out two more with one having rice that looked like mash potatoes because it was sitting so long under the heat lamp. The food runner said the food was made but the chefs never said it was ready. The 3rd order had to be remade and when the "manager of sort" came said sorry dropped the plate and left. Never made any attempt to address our issues. The actual manager came over listened to our complaints but at that point it was already two late. After waiting 2 hours for our table(not mad at that because we were a large party with no reservation) it was almost another 2 hours waiting for all our meals. The cheesecake is excellent, the main courses are average, and the service is downright POOR. My God are they SLOW there! Every time I go I wait 30-40 minutes for my food, not to mention the 20-30 minute wait just to get a table. There are always a ton of people present, and they seem to like to linger a bit too long after their meal as well, IMO. Perhaps it would be a good idea for the company to build another restaurant in a neighboring town? Just a thought. The waitstaff is clearly overwhelmed with the number of diners and just can't seem to keep up....sad. Such a shame. read more

This location is great on weekdays. The wait can get a bit long on weekends but the food is always great. Cheesecake is the reason for going. They have a friendly staff and try very hard to be accomodating. read more

I would normally rate the Cheesecake Factory as 4 or 5 stars but I had to take a star or two away because they made my husband sick :( I normally love their food and ambiance, although the service is not always great. I usually have very good service. The crispy crab wontons and strawberry martini are my favorites. read more

The cheese cake factory at the Willowbrook mall is my favourite dine in and take out place for the past three years ever since I have moved to NJ.I had conducted my college graduation party and several other small mini parties at this place and I have to say that their food, ambience and courteous staff are amazing. My personal favourites from their menu is their Louisiana Chicken Pasta, crab bites, dynamite shrimp, jamaican black pepper shrimp with rice, jambalaya, tex mex rolls , veitnamese tacos , potstickers .Im in love with their pina colada cheese cake , pine apple upside down cheese cake , mango keylime pie, white choclate rasberry cheesecake and red velvet cheese cake.During the fall I must have their pumpkin pecan cheesecake.This is a place that makes me happy with their delicious food . read more

I've been to this restaurant twice and both times I went I placed an order and was told that they were "all out of that" dish. The first time is was Chicken and Waffles and the next was the Chicken Parm. This unpreparedness coupled with insincere and rushed service left a bad taste in my mouth about the place. I have eaten here three times within a decade and had no problems there. My husband adores their cheesecake and the people are always nice. I think considering the size of it, some of the tables are a little too near to other people's, causing me to hear conversations I really don't want to hear. Definitely would not recommend! My family and I went here for a lunch that lasted almost 2 hours! The wait to get our food was ridiculous for 4 items and then the burger that my mom and aunt ordered came out bloody instead of well done! By the time she received it cooked to temperature we were all done with our meals and she did not even like hers because it was double cooked. This is my favorite place to grab food. I come here for every birthday! Old-fashioned burger is my favorite, and always cooked to my liking. I also enjoy getting the caesar salad and some sort of pasta with my friend and then splitting it - more than enough food for 2 people! The vanilla sundae with melted chocolate is amazing. read more

As always I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. The tuna tar tar was usually enough for me and my husband to split as a small app but now I feel like it's gotten even smaller. The spinach and artichoke dip was good. Their salad (half portion) was really big and loaded with stuff. Their half portion pasta was the same deal. I believe what I got was some sort of spicy pasta dish. It could have used more chicken but it was still really good. I highly recommend this location! read more

So, the last review is exactly what I sent in an e-mail to the Cheesecake Factory corporate. I did receive a call from the manager in a day or so, he apologized and asked me again what I ordered and what was the bill, so I told him it was exactly 37 dollar and some change... he then challenged me to say it was a bit high for 3 desserts and 2 coffees like I was trying to up it for my benefit lol. I did get a bit upset and thought if I wanted to do that I would have lied and said we had dinner also... well anyway we did get a gift certificate for 40 dollars, still have it, not sure if I want to go back after what the manager said. They get 2 stars because the food is always pretty tasty, but the customer service is beyond poor. On this warm and sunny my fiancé and I decide to dine al fresco here before heading into the mall for some shopping. We got seated right away, however we didn't get offered water for about 15minutes at which time our orders got taken...an hour has passed and still no food. Someone just came out to offer a complimentary appetizer and told us that our first dish got burned. I get it, they screwed up and are trying to recover for the mis-hap, but someone should've come over to us way before I had to flag down our waitress. Literally 15 different parties have been served and left and we're still here waiting... (Haven't walked out because my fiancé thinks it's dramatic and embarrassing). Horrible experience. read more

It's rare that I'll dine out at a sit down restaurant by myself, usually it's either if I'm stuck in the city due to snow or years ago on business trips. But today I decided to treat myself to lunch. I've been to this Cheesecake Factory many times, some good times some not so great experiences. The food is standard Cheesecake Factory food. But what really earned them 5 stars today was that no one batted an eyelash that I was dining alone. The waitress was really polite, friendly and efficient. I didn't feel awkward or stared at at all and I completely appreciate that. Thank you for a delicious meal and a pleasant lunch. read more

By no means am I a big complainer and when I eat out I'm usually fine with what I receive. As a General Manager of a Chipotle Mexican Grill I can appreciate situations where guests can be difficult so I don't want to be that person. My lady and I ate at Cheesecake Factory together close to 10 yrs ago for the first time. The meal was great, portions fantastic!! I had the shepherds pie and it didn't disappoint. When our first dinner choice was not available I suggested Cheesecake Factory. So we go there and we sit and peruse the menu. Now mind you on the first page of the menu they go on and on about the generous portions blah blah, so I'm thinking about what to order and we decided on the spinach and cheese dip with tortilla chips $11.00. We get the smallest bowl of dip, I'd say a four inch by four inch by two inch deep bowl 75% filled. Not terrible but you would expect more from a place saying their appetizers are huge...It was flavorful so we over looked that. On to the entree lol if you would call it that. I decided on the Shrimp Scampi and Steak Diane combo she ordered the Shrimp Scampi. We waited and when our server brought our food we were amazed at what was placed before. Now when I ordered the combo I was thinking yeah this should be good and filling so I'm eager to eat. Boy was I in for a shock!! My over a foot long oval plate had three of the smallest bites of steak on one side with some mushrooms and onion with three shrimp all they way on the other side. Now for $21( a dollar extra for sweet potato fries lol) I would expect a decent portion not the paltry amount of food I received!! Hers too, big plate with five shrimp exactly and a small mound of pasta!! I can't tell you how many other place you could eat at and spend $21 and get twice the amount of food of equal or better quality.Total let down and I know things are tight in this economy but that was just wrong how they did us!! So to sum it all up, one guinness, pina colada and appetizer $27.. one Steak and shrimp combo and shrimp scampi $42..... two pieces of cheesecake for $16 a bill for $92!!! and two people that will never return to this ripoff restaurant.........Priceless!! read more

Manager was very helpful when my daughter had an accident and cut her elbow outside while waiting. Service was very pleasant everyone was very nice &food came in a timely manner. Only complaint : chicken on my Louisiana pasta was not very crispy at all, kind of greasy . Everything else was good, drinks were fabulous. My favorite was the Asian pear martini. read more

Ordered curbside pick up. There were no curbside parking spots available since no one cares what the spots are for. I parked next to a taken spot and called the phone number to advise them of my arrival(2 minutes after my pick up time). "Julianna" assured me that she would notify the appropriate employees of my arrival. After more than 20 minutes, I called again to let them know that I was still waiting. Julianna put me on hold and had her manager answer the phone. The manager took my information again and stated that he would bring the food out immediately, and so he did. I could instantly tell that the food had been sitting for some time since the containers were less than luke warm. By the time I got home (5 min drive), the food was room temperature. My daughter's spaghetti w/meatballs and my spicy chicken chipotle pasta were decent. My wife's steak diane was sub par since it was a bit dry all around. The crab meat and artichoke dip was gross and dry. I usually have a good experience here. I don't know what happened. read more

I've always been a fan of the Cheesecake Factory - something about the corny ambiance just rubs me the right way. My wife is also a fan, but not one of chains...this is the exception. The service here was actually much more prompt than other CF's I've been to, which is always good. The bread, as usual, was fantastic. Ask for the balsamic vinaigrette to dip it into, it's a GREAT pairing... I got the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp, which was good. A Thai-based dish, it wasn't bad. Not spicy at ALL, which was a bummer, but the nice veggies and peanut sauce did it justice. Passed on the dessert this time, but that cheesecake...... DAMN. read more

Had dinner there yesterday. First and last dining experience at this location. Walked in we were told 10-15 minute wait to sit outside by A long brown haired hostess and given a pager. Waited on bench outside. Can see out door seating from bench. Plenty of open outdoor tables. Went inside to inquire about seat after 25 minutes. Same hostess was playing with her nails joking with another girl by hostess stand. Explained this to her and lo and behold we're promptly seated with an attitude!. Food took almost an hour to come out. Nothing was good!! As a matter of fact mall food would've been better. 65 dollars and we didn't have alcohol. Never again! read more

I've never had such a bad experience with The Cheesecake Factory. Wish I would've gone with my first choice of Bahama Breeze. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Costolleta and it tasted horrible! The mashed potatoes were dry and flavor less. The asparagus were very bland and brown looking as if it was old. The chicken was also dry and just tasted warmed up from like two days ago. Oh and can't forget the avocado rolls I had as an appetizer they were so soggy and tasted reheated. Not to mention the famous "brown bread" tasted hard and old. I was so disappointed, I'm actually glad I didn't get dessert. Never going there again and I don't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Our server was OK however couple of the other servers were chewing gum like horses. Server was really not knowledgeable on liquor. Meals came out one every five minutes per three guest.
