I've always been a fan of the Cheesecake Factory - something about the corny ambiance just rubs me the right way. My wife is also a fan, but not one of chains...this is the exception. The service here was actually much more prompt than other CF's I've been to, which is always good. The bread, as usual, was fantastic. Ask for the balsamic vinaigrette to dip it into, it's a GREAT pairing... I got the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp, which was good. A Thai-based dish, it wasn't bad. I sat at the bar for a bit before ordering shrimp tacos, little loud and bar tender ordered me fish tacos. Maybe the loudness and inability to hear me, who knows. Was gonna try the fish and did not like the coleslaw on them. Shrimp ended up coming out in half the time. Let's say I should have ordered the chicken salad. It's a chain, I know...but the food here was fantastic! Went here for the first time with a group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The hostess made sure our table was accommodating especially with the toddlers. The herb encrusted salmon was fresh, and the steak Diane was delicious! I find the menu a bit overwhelming...the crab cakes are decent, the Cuban sandwich was not great at all (IMO) however the real MVPs at this place are the cheesecakes of course...I've tried several flavors on different occasions and they haven't disappointed. Not only did one our entrees have a hair in it and thank goodness the waitress was extremely apologetic but they didn't even comp our dessert. Very disappointed. Service was incredibly slow. We didn't mind waiting for a table, but it took us over an hour to get our food. Two people. Don't seat people if you can't take care of them. My friend asked for the Impossible Burger without their special sauce because she is vegetarian and has been told many times by the servers that the sauce isn't vegetarian. Pretty stupid to put that sauce on a vegetarian burger. When our food came out, it had the sauce smothered on it. We called over the food runner who brought us our food and asked for it to be corrected. He said he would let them know right away. He very politely offered her a salad or something else while she waited. She just asked for some mashed potatoes which is what came as the side with her meal. Very quickly, he brought some back for her. Now usually, even if someone else brings out the food, the server comes over within five minutes to check how your food came out. He came over twenty minutes after our food came out. We explained what happened, and he said he would go check on it right away. You would think that he would come back right away to let us know how much longer her food would take, but he didn't. He returned twenty minutes later with her burger. She had also asked for mayo and ketchup on the burger instead of the sauce. It only had mayo. Thank goodness she had already asked the very polite food runner for some ketchup. So she didn't complain and just made due. Forty minutes from when I got my food. I'm happy I didn't wait to eat until her food to came out because my food was down to room temperature. Not even warm. When we finished we had to wait a long time for him to come back near our table so we could flag him down to order dessert. We didn't want to wait anymore, so we ordered two cheesecakes to go each and asked for the check. I also asked to speak to a manager. She came over within a few minutes, so at least that was fast. We started to explain the situation with the sauce about how it wasn't vegetarian, so my friend didn't want it on her burger. But the manager INTERRUPTED MY FRIEND to say that the sauce is vegetarian and asked where she heard that from. My friend said that she'd been told by multiple servers at multiple Cheesecake Factories. The manager kept trying to say it's vegetarian, so my friend and I interrupted her to say that regardless, she ordered it without the sauce. I did say that we weren't sure if there was any miscommunication between our server and the cook to show that we weren't trying to blame the server for taking our order incorrectly, because it may have been the cook's mistake. She took the Impossible Burger off of our bill which was the least she could do considering what we had experienced. She started to scurry away, but I stopped her. I wasn't done. We explained how long it took my friend to get her food and how slow and inattentive our server was in general. She wasn't concerned at all and was clearly trying to leave. We just wanted to get out, so we let her leave. I did mention how polite and helpful our food runner was. When our server finally brought our cheesecake and our check, he had forgotten one of my friend's cheesecakes. Poor thing. It all keeps happening to her. We just wanted to get out, so she left it alone. It wasn't on the bill , so at least we didn't have to complain. We wanted to pay by card, but we realized how much longer that would take. So we left cash and a small tip. I haven't had great experiences at other Cheesecake Factories, but none as bad as this. Well, this is the last straw for dining in. I like the food and cheesecake, so maybe I'll still try to-go ordering. read more

This past Saturday (2/24) was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory, I took my girlfriend there also. I loved the atmosphere but food turned me off immediately. I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya and it was awful. Chicken and shrimp was so soft like it was thrown in a microwave and the portion was way too small. Hopefully I get a call from the manager of this location (Willowbrook Mall) because it was really horrendous. Was surprised to see only 3 stars for them. We usually have great service when we go. Can never get enough buffalo blasts. The only complaint I have is they freeze the butter. You cant expect the butter to not rip the bread while frozen. Step 1. When receiving the butter packetts, either hold closely, and blow hot air continuously onto the packetts till soft or Step 2, hide packetts under the warm bread and let it work its magic. Bread good. Came here with my family after a rather long day of shopping and when we walked in, it is just an inviting, ready for you atmosphere. The people are really great and the service is awesome. Evelyn's Favorite Pasta is ALWAYS cooked the perfect way that I want it and I end up tipping extra for the servers. I am not big on cheesecake or sweets, but I do allow myself the enjoyment of some of their food now and then. Excellent location and I have been to multiple. It's a great company. Prices are average for a Cheesecake Factory chain, but it is still a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy yourself with family, friends or your phone (when you're alone). The mall is apart of it as well so it's always a great starter or ender to the day. read more

I just visited this location over the weekend, and I have to say that the food was really good. The service was even better! We had a very nice waiter, who was very attentive, and refilled our drinks before we even asked. I think that is a true sign of a great server. I ordered off of the "Skinny Menu" and I loved it! I had the Chicken Salad sandwich with a salad. For the app we ordered off the "Skinny Menu" also and we got the Chicken Samosas...they were awesome! While eating the manager did visit the table and he refilled our drinks. He also asked very specific questions about our food. Cheesecake Factory used to be one of my favorite places. HOWEVER, last night the food was horrible. We started off with the stuffed mushroom appetizer and an order of nachos . I also ordered a small snack plate which was the Greek salad . We have no complaints about the beginning of the meal because that was pretty good . Then we ordered dinner which was a disaster and very expensive . My husband ordered the shrimp and angel hair pasta which was very very dry. There was hardly any sauce on the pasta. He had just a bowl full of angel hair pasta and 4 shrimp. My daughter ordered the herb crusted salmon. It was flavorless and dry. The mashed potatoes that came with her dish was very dry and seemed like it came out of a box. My youngest daughter ordered the fried shrimp and french fries. The shrimp tasted like it had been fried in old burnt oil. The shrimp had too much mushy crunchy batter and was not fresh tasting at all. The food last night was just horrible. To end our night we ordered desert. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake and my youngest ordered a Godiva Chocolate brownie sundae. Desert was good. No complaints with desert. I mentioned to the waitress that my husband's food was very dry and she just said Oh and walked away. She did nothing or asked no other questions. We got our bill which was $120.74 and of course included suggested gratuity which is super annoying after you have had bad food and mediocre service. Came here the other day for take out dessert. The place was mobbed and there was an hour long wait for dinner. Despite the large crowds of people waiting around for a table, we were able to get our dessert quickly. We are it at home and was floored by how good it was. Went 11/5 for desert. The cheescake was okay. Order two coffees and two shots of baileys to put into the coffee as there are no alcholic coffe drinks on the menu. We were charged $9 for each shot of Bailys. Mind you, it was less than 1oz of Baileys (1/8) the shotglass. The waiter said sorry bro they always overcharge for alcohol and manager said they don't set the prices. $18 for less than 2 oz of Baileys. I came here tonight for a nice date with my bf. Before I even got there I knew what I was ordering the fried mac and cheese and the pan seared salmon for my entree. We sat down and waited for a server to come. She took our order. We didn't get our drinks not two minutes before our appetizer came out. One bit into it and it was still cold. Kinda like they had them frozen and just threw them into the fryer for a min or two. The re- made it and this time it was not as cold but not hot at all. When our dinners came out they were excellent. The manager came over and took care of us. I love this place and I will be back. But next time I hope it will be a little better. read more

I've only been to The Cheesecake Factory a handful of times but I love it here! We always get great service (with the one exception of the somewhat awkward waiter we had once). There are a lot of options to choose from, which can be both a good and bad thing, haha. The variety on the menu is great though, and there are a lot of items to pick from if you don't eat meat. Love their smoothies, I get one every time and they really fill you up (which makes it hard to finish meals sometimes, haha). Went the other day and was helped by Stephanie, who was super awesome. We had a hard time choosing what we wanted and needed extra time and she was really nice about it. In general, I just wish they would give us a few more minutes before approaching us so that we'd have enough time to look through the menu. Also, the lighting in the restaurant needs to be brighter. Having a meal here can be pricey but most often definitely worth it! read more
