Firstly, if you have not been to Jerome, it is a quirky little town. The restaurant is right on Main Street and looks small from the outside but is pretty spacious when you enter. Our server was really nice and attentive. We were seated almost immediately and our drinks came out pretty quick. I ordered the Chicken Milanese. It was so good! The chicken cutlet was juicy and the pasta was delicious. For dessert, we all split the beignets. They were a really sweet and tasty way to end the meal! We had a leisurely breakfast on a Monday morning. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, the brunch menu was interesting and the entrees were very good. We had pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. The pancakes were moist and creamy, made with ricotta and garnished with blueberries. The syrup was lightly spiked and rich. The breakfast sandwich featured chili glazed bacon on fresh bread. We started with the steak and Bleu cheese bruschetta- the steak was tender and just melted in your mouth, grilled onions and Bleu cheese rounded off the appetizer to perfection. I had the Cauliflower burger with truffle fries. This was hands down an amazing burger with goat cheese, garlic aioli. Unique and delicious. My friend had the lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes. It was not too sweet but sweet enough to not need syrup. Perfect paring of flavors, our other friend had the fried chicken and biscuits. I didn't try it but he said it was definitely delicious. They have 1cent Mimosas if you get there and order brunch before noon. The service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Great with suggestions. The vibe is casual yet classy. We came to the restaurant after hearing good reviews. We are locals living in Prescott. First thing, I walked in and the employee at the door was chatting with a couple at the bar. He let me stand there a good 2-3 minutes before he turned around to acknowledge my presence, which I took as condescending and rude. Then it was again, quite a few minutes to have a server approach. Once he did he was very delightful and attentive. I ordered the Cobb salad. It was unfortunately bland and not a good salad. No onions no olives nothing to make it pop. This place was great. Went here after hiking at Deadhorse Ranch not far from here. After lunch at haunted burger we decided to stop here based on its old timey look. Joe was a great bartender. Very attentive to the people at the bar and even giving samples of his cinnamon whiskey. Enjoyed the ambiance the moment we entered. We had dinner reservations and were seated on time. Our server was quick to greet and get cocktails flowing. They do marvelous margaritas. Nice array of menu items. For some reason we were craving fish tacos , which really aggravated our server. I asked how they were, she responded very annoyed that she was there to sell us a dinner entre, not tacos! Wow, what an attitude. This has been on my list since it opened. The sangria was great with a peppered vodka and jalapeños. We sadly weren't that hungry when we came but we got the truffle Parmesan fries which was so good. Also got the beet salad which was very refreshing especially on such a hot day. Loved the inside of this little place with the cool bar and big mirrors. This place is AWESOME! We have been here for 14 Sunday's in a row now - so I can speak to the perfect consistency in their food. To me, that's one of the winning things that make a great restaurant... simply fantastic. The food has always been superb. It's fresh from the kitchen, healthy portions and full of flavor. A greasy spoon, this place is NOT! I am working my way through the menu and I have not had anything bad. The avocado toast is probably my favorite. It's light, and has protein enough for me. The taco bowl is wonderfully delicious and filling. We always enjoy the buffalo cauliflower with our breakfast and that's a treat. The service is absolutely perfect and the way I enjoy being treated when I'm out - like I'm family. Shawna is the server we have had the most and she is one of the best servers I have ever had. I know it's setting a high bar but she is truly the best. And also as consistent as the rest of the restaurant is! Some mornings there is a line to get in, so get there early. We highly recommend the hotel and restaurant for several reasons. The food was delicious including the shrimp and grits and the sausage and pasta. John our waiter was great. My husband spilled salsa all over and John like a ninja, had a stain stick in our hand before we knew it. We had a bit of a mixup with our room and the manager couldn't have handled it better. The issue was fixed and they even brought out dessert for us on the house. The beds in the room were so comfortable. We highly recommend staying at the hotel and eating in the restaurant. It is in downtown Jerome and it is popular, do expect a wait, but being downtown allows you to browse shops and take in the mountain views. Parking can be an issue, but drive around and a spot will open up. But the food? Cauliflower Bites - I don't think words can describe how FREAKING GOOD this dish is. I am vegetarian but my son, who is a carnivore loved this dish too. I will dream about this when I am back in florida. Ceasars Salad - very tasty, pretty awesome but I was not thrilled with the croutons. Chicken Milanese - my son thought this was AWESOME and rated it up there with the cauliflower bites. Tort Max and Cheese - this dish surprised me with its simplicity but with such a rich abundance of flavor. Peach Bread Pudding - RIDICULOUSLY good. On BUDGET - have the cauliflower bites as your meal (a lady an an adjacent table did this and she said,"And I don't like cauliflower). There is also a grilled cheese and tomato soup option that looked good. Want to SPLURGE - head for the filet mignon and pair it with a salad and dessert. You will pay for it, but you won't mind. A few things I DID NOT like - $.95 for our take out desserts (we were full) - 3.50% charge for using a credit/debit card. Something I really DID like: - They use a website called WAITLIST, which shows you what number in line you are and how long you have waited. The portions were huge for the price and , on every point, the restaurant was well run, clean, with excellent decor incorporating the history of Jerome. The staff was amazing and got us into the restaurant quickly without a reservation on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. All the food was amazing, but the service and respect we were given as guests of the hotel was what stood out the most. It was so much fun taking the Perkinsville Road to come into beautiful Jerome It's been a while since we have eaten here, so I was so excited that they had a table available I highly recommend the Clinkscale club, and the gourmet Mac and cheese Margie was our server and she was AMAZING!! Popped in on the drive from Prescott to Sedona. They have a few salads on the menu as well as gluten free bread. I had the chopped salad without couscous and my friend got the club on gf bread. They also had a flourless chocolate cake available. The fryer is *not* designated gf so there's possibility for cross contamination with fries etc. Would definitely recommend. read more

Driving to The Clinkscale at night from the Enchantment was a bit of an adventure and when you park near the restaurant you start to wonder a bit why you are there. It is impossible to tell from the street but the vibe in this restaurant is great. Fantastic bar and the bartender makes a good stiff Negroni. Party of 3 and each of us loved our food and thought that of all of the meals we had during our 5 days in Sedona this was tied with Elote Cafe for best food we ate. read more
