I ordered a Frick'n chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were delicious! While I'm not fond of jalapenos, the few on the bun weren't overpowering. The chicken breast was large and the sauce, pickles, tomato slice and onions were plentiful. I got excellent service since it was just me and Hansel. The ambiance is old rustic, with an open ceiling and high rotating fans. I've been here before when the place was crowded and loud, but tonight was a quiet date night with my dog.

While I'd prefer they take their chances on a limited menu of real cocktails, it was nice having something new you don't really run into outside of a small town. We would meet here on Fridays fir beer and chat with the many Cochise College instructors who hung out here. Back then the bar served no food. I was the first real craft beer bar in the area, wirh 18 beers on tap. Owners have changed hands a few times since and a kitchen now serves hot meals. The bar is historic and smells of musty western history. I walked on on a Tuesday night and ordered a chicken parmegan sandwich and a beer. I was told it would be a 25-minute wait. My server was efficient and polite. It was more like a 40-minute wait but it came out hot. Bread had a slight vinegary aftertaste and didnt have enough zest, but it was still good. Beer and sandwich came to $21 plus tax and tip.

A man waiting for his food told me the owners changed the name of the place from Bisbee Beverage and Deli to Dylan's Pizza Bistro after they turned into a full restaurant. I walked in at 5:30pm on a Saturday. There was one server and three cooks and the place was busy! The server kept taking phone orders, drive-through pick-ups, and walk-ins like me. He never stopped to take a break while I was there. I ordered a cheese pizza for my husband and a gyro special for me. I also had a mango margarita while I waited and the drink was the best thing about my meal! The pizza did not impress me; the crust tasted like a frozen pizza but the server told me the pizza was made in house. The salad dressing didn't taste like Caesars and it had tasteless little dough balls in it. The gyro was good, though. I liked the ambiance and will be back to order burgers and sandwiches. The server was very attentive to all state and local Covid19 regulations and made sure all customers were at least six feet apart from each other.
