I should have opted for an adult scoop instead of a kids size.

I am in town for a ln educational conference. During my post conference stroll I stumbled into this creamery. I opted for a kid size scoop of Oregon Dark Cherry Ice cream. It was absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]High quality ingredients and a friendly atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As an added bonus, the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great ice cream! The person who helped us was really kind. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have some inside seating and a few chairs outside as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be back!

The people and service was super friendly but the ice cream was the best I've ever had in my life

We visited at an unfortunate time--only one employee was working, and she appeared visibly frustrated. I overheard her explaining to the customers ahead of us that the ice cream had melted because someone had unplugged the appliance. While I understand her frustration, it was disappointing to hear her suggest we all go to Liberty Station instead. After three of us drove separately and struggled to find parking, we weren't about to leave--and neither were the patrons before us. Despite the situation, everyone remained in good spirits, and I wish the staff had matched that energy. Professionalism and good customer service go a long way, especially when customers are still choosing to support your business. We opted for a couple of the pre-packaged ice creams, since those hadn't melted. I was disappointed to learn that milkshakes were only available in chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla. I had hoped to try something more unique, especially since the coffee flavor had received great reviews. I ended up buying a pint of it, but it didn't suit my taste and I gave it to a friend. I also had a scoop of the berry sorbet, which was pretty good, but none of the other flavors I sampled stood out. The name "Craft Creamery" sounded promising, but overall, the experience and the ice cream didn't live up to expectations. Still, I'm glad I gave it a try.

Perfect afternoon pick me up spot for either ice-cream and/or coffee lovers as the Creamery is connected to Moniker Coffee Co, which provides the coffee/espresso for their creations. If you're a fan of both like me, I highly recommend the Affogato with a scoop of vanilla (you can pick any flavor scoop) Came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon and the service was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The comfortable and fun vibe of the decor and outdoor patio makes it a fun place to hang out for a coffee or dessert date.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Employees were super nice and bubbly. Ice cream was good- about 15 flavors. Child scoop size was enough for one person and felt like a lot still! $4 for a child size scoop in a cup. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only curb parking and high tables/chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outdoor seats are not shaded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Connected to the coffee shop, this place had more of a young adult, modern feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I probably wouldn't bring my son with me next time but we had a great experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A great little find with immensely delish ice cream. Connected to moniker coffee too.

Still my fav spot to meet for espresso and get special ice cream but [[HIGHLIGHT]]a needed addition for us patrons with purses and IT bag carriers would LOVE the addition of "purse hooks" under the window and street side counters![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is a small expense for a grateful group of regulars!

Smores single scoop in the waffle cone

The name is rather misleading considering all their ice cream is made by other name brands that you could easily buy at your local grocery or go to their own store (MooTime in Coronado Island).. You're pretty much paying for the service. Got the smores flavor which was pretty mid. It was basically chocolate ice cream with hard-to-come- by graham cracker & marshmallow chunks. Not to mention the chocolate flavor could have been stronger. Service was just ok. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will say there was plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But I'd try somewhere else next time.

When walking back to the SDYC we came across this yummy ice cream place that my daughter loved! Huge serving and great customer service from the boys that evening. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice place to enjoy a cone with the family![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] See you next trip!

Stopped here on the way home from Sunset Cliffs. When we walked in, the place was packed with fellow ice cream lovers. There are a bunch of bar stools with a limited tables and chairs for you to sit and savor your ice cream. Nothing fancy but you're not really here for the atmosphere-- it's the yummy creamy ice cream! There were many ice cream scoopers on hand to handle the rush. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Samples were offered upon request to ensure that proper flavor choices were made. Even though my ice cream order was misheard it was quickly rectified with NO hesitation whatsoever and an apologetic smile. For those dairy-free folks, there are oat milk ice cream options too. And if you thought of the delicious ice cream wasn't enough, you're in for a magical surprise. Be sure to grab the pink spoon -- it changes colors from pink to purple while you eat your ice cream. So FUN!!! One thing I found odd was that there were no napkins. So be prepared to not be messy eating your ice cream.

Friendly staff, SUPER cute atmosphere, delicious ice cream flavors!!!! They have revolving flavors that are from different ice cream establishments. They offer ice cream and coffee... imagine an affogato!!? To die for! There is a sushi spot right next door that has amazing specials. Go get sushi, then finish it off with ice cream. Please bring back UBE!!

My friends and I were just looking to get a coffee in Little Italy, but when we walked in and saw all the delicious treats we had to try something else as well. I ordered a latte and neglected to tell them it was for here so I was given a paper cup, but they give real cups if you ask. The latte was good, and my friend bought a kitchen sink type cookie with chocolate, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was warm and gooey good! Another friend tried the gelato and said it was very good. There are a few tables inside and tables out in front outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful San Diego weather. The decor and tables definitely gives you an old school Italian neighborhood vibe with Italian markets right next door. If I am in the neighborhood again, I would definitely come back here to try the gelato and/or a piece of an excellent looking lemon pie bar I spotted.

The decor and setting is cute and quirky, including cow sculptures hanging upside down from the ceiling. There were only a couple other visitors when we arrived, as it was near opening time. Our dishes took a whopping 35 minutes to be ready, and service was not very friendly nor helpful. Luckily, the music playing through the speakers added a nice vibe to the place, songs like Our House by Madness and Can't Fight This Feeling. We ordered the brunch pizza (with eggs cooked overeasy) and the breakfast flatbread which looked almost identical when served, as well as an iced mocha. The quality of the pizza was pretty average, and the eggs were slightly overcooked. The drink was really good, made fresh, with a smooth taste and a nice sweetness to it, the plastic cup coated in chocolate sauce. It tasted more like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee, which I personally enjoyed. They typically serve gelato here, but it would not be ready till almost two hours after opening time. So no milkshakes or cold desserts were available in the morning this past Sunday (no worries, Ghirardelli is just a block away). I appreciate the variety of menu items offered here. But they really should communicate online that their gelato's not ready till two hours into the day. If there's one thing that irks me about an establishment, it's failure to communicate appropriately. Even though our recent visit was somewhat disappointing, I still gave 3 stars, assuming this was an off day for them.

We stopped by recently and got incredibly lucky--there was no line in sight, so we walked right up to order! The Cookies: Gooey, Crisp, & Perfectly Balanced My wife decided to try a trio of cookies, picking out Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter Reese's, and classic Chocolate Chip. They completely nailed the texture. Every single cookie hit that golden sweet spot--warm and gooey in the middle with just the right amount of crisp edge. What really stood out was the balance of ingredients. Chocolate Chip: Perfectly measured so you get sweet chocolate in every bite without feeling overwhelmed by chips. Peanut Butter Reese's: An absolute dream ratio of rich peanut butter to chocolate peanut butter cups. Snickerdoodle: Perfectly spiced, striking just the right "snicker-to-doodle" balance! Of course, we couldn't leave without trying the ice cream. I ordered a combination of Cookie Monster and Campfire in a single scoop. The portion size was remarkably generous--it completely filled up the small cup and delivered a fantastic mix of flavors. My wife went with a scoop combining Espresso Oreo and Mint & Chip, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, these were easily some of the best desserts we've had in a very long time. Whether you're a local or just exploring the downtown area, Milk & Cookies is well worth a visit.
