Our server Ed, was very attentive as were the other assistants. We all ordered our dinners and here is where it kind of went downhill. Our friend ordered the lobster only and his wife ordered steak & lobster. Our server placed the orders into the kitchen and not too long Ed returned to tell us they only had one lobster left. So it was decided that our friend who wanted the lobster only got the lobster and his wife opted just for the steak. Food was served and when our friend tasted the lobster he immediately stopped as he said the lobster tasted old. He advised Ed who asked if he wanted a replacement of shrimp, and he said no. It spoiled his appetite and so he just ate some mashed potatoes and creamed corn. Very disappointing for our friend who really wanted lobster. The restaurant provided a slice of cheesecake for their anniversary. Now, to me, the one slice was very slim. For the inconvenience they just had, a slice for both of them would have been more appropriate and not cut so slim. My humble opinion is that slice may be something you would have served to a child. They brought 4 forks for us to share that slim piece. The restaurant is always so clean and friendly settings. We all enjoy our favorite server, Ed. We all will be back, but hopefully if ordered; the lobster will be better than this visit.

Came here for Father's Day…read more It was a good time. The show is a bit cheesy, but you get entertainment and dinner at the same time. Things could have been better in regards to the service. They really never checked on us and took what seemed like really long time to get anything to us. It's probably not easy to serve that many people in such a short amount of time. The show itself has a plot which was kinda meh, but the acrobatics and aerial silk performance was pretty impressive. The show kept my 2 yr old toddler entertained and she was on the edge of my lap watching the whole show. Food was okay, but you come here for the show. It was just a chicken leg quarters with some veggies. It's pirate themed throughout the venue and you have a lot of time before the show to browse the gift shop.

We went on a Friday night and parking was very challenging we ended up walking a good distance to get to the venue. Once we arrived it was very small compared to the brea improv, id guess that it holds around 10 to 15 percent of the audience that brea does. The up side is that not a single seat is far from the stage. So it feels very intimate. 2 items minimum per person, same menu as the brea location. Table service and you can scan a QR code on the table to order yourself. I had pepperoni pizza and my fiance had her regular chicken quesadilla. Ordered some seasoned fries, a Pepsi, and chocolate brownie sundae. We had a great time, if the parking situation was better it would be a fantastic venue. I'll definitely return.

In addition, there was a service fee for each package that you purchase as well. Parking is a block away and no valet - plan ahead. We thought the food was just OK. Every dish was cold which we thought was odd. We had a birthday in our party and I even emailed them asking to see if they could put a candle on the dessert - they said no but they will be doing something special. I also noticed others who celebrated birthdays had happy birthday written next to their name - that was not the case in our party. On top of that, at the end of the night they gave us a bill for a meal that we prepaid in full. Overall, I was disappointed in the food - it felt like a dry/ practice run on opening day except the price did not reflect that. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The line to get in was not bad at all, it was moving pretty quickly. We arrived in an hour before the show started. The box window gave us our VIP passes and we walked over to the tavern to hang out before the show. Wow, the drinks were expensive! I received a plastic souvenir margarita cup with non-alcoholic beverage for $25. I will say that the strawberry lime Virgin margarita tasted like a delicious slushy. I also purchased a sword, plastic one for a gift and it was $45. They really get you with their merch. They do give you a free flag to wave for your Color team. At least they give you that. We had a wonderful waitress, her name was Bridget S. She was in theme constantly, was on point with food delivery and very friendly when asked questions. Five stars for her! The reason I did not give five stars for my total review is because the food wasn't as tasty as I remember it. The tomato bisque was pretty watered down and salty. The potato and chicken were fine. Nothing outrageous. The garlic bread was tasty. We were also given a mini chocolate eclair and confetti cake. When I bit into the chocolate eclair, you can tell it had been previously frozen and it had nothing but frozen water gushing where there should have been cream. The confetti cake was so sweet from the frosting, but the bread lacked so much flavor. I do love that they come by with coffee at the end. That was a nice touch. The show was great as usual. Perched on a hill overlooking the city, it's especially beautiful at sunset and after dark. The scenery alone makes it a wonderful spot for a date night or a special occasion. The food has been consistently enjoyable. The hors d'oeuvres served at the events I've attended were all delicious, and during a previous dinner I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, which was excellent. It was cooked just the way I like it, moist and flaky with a firm texture rather than soft and mushy. My only real complaint is the parking. The restaurant uses valet, and I wish there were a self-parking option instead. Personally, I'd rather park my own car than pay for valet when the parking area is right there. It also puts guests in the awkward position of feeling obligated to tip on top of the valet fee. That said, the beautiful setting, great food, and overall atmosphere make this a place I'd gladly return to, especially for a special evening with an amazing view.
