I cornered her in the kitchen where she was with a manager and asked for our check. There was no apology from her or the manager. Thankfully, we could scan a QR code to pay. Any manager who does not step in when a customer has to ask for their check (in the freaking kitchen!) needs improvement. I doubt anything will change considering her lack of concern.
