Gyro wrap with potatoes and pickled turnip
    Mark M.

Came by again today, don't often get a hankering for real Persian food, but when I do this place fills the bill. All their items look very good, I always get the gyro wrap, with a side of their potatoes and it comes with pickled turnip. This place is inside a liquor store, yet they have dining both inside or on a side patio.

Wonder and Friendly atmosphere and service. The wrap has so much flavor that you don't need the sauce. I'm not sure why the fries are called spicy. They do have a kick and are delicious.

Although the restaurant was in a liquor store, the store did have so many non alcoholic beverages to choose from. Food was great! Very flavorful. I'd definitely come back!

I really have been giving this place a shot bcs it's so close to me, I always pick up my orders and cashiers are always great! The other day I was craving some fries with garlic (spicy potatoes on menu) and a fattoush salad. I understand the potatoes are freshly cut and all that but when I got home I realized $8.99 for a SMALL order fries is outrageous!!! I opted out of the spicy sauce, green jalapeño, too spicy for me, I like garlic with my fries so I got alil side of garlic paste. And I asked the cashier if the fattoush came with pita chips and they said no, which I recall different. Took my food home and yeah I looked online fattoush should come with pita chips. Anyway, fries were good but not $8.99 worth...

This is restaurant number 10 in my Bixby Knolls food tour. My son recommended this restaurant to me as I really enjoy Mediterranean food. Most of the food was delicious. The man who took my order is named Justin. He was very patient while I looked over the menu. Salmon kebab plate- A+. It comes with rice, hummus, and a small, delicious salad. The salmon was perfectly prepared. There is squash and onion on the kebab as well. The rice was fantastic. They have a sampler of rice at the counter. The salad that accompanied the platter was really good. Fresh and had some tasty feta cheese on it. Baba ghanoush- A. Full of flavor and just the right consistency. Chicken Shawarma platter- B. I meant to order a chicken Shawarma wrap, but got the platter instead apparently. I didn't try it. It fell apart. The spicy potatoes that came with it were undercooked and nothing to write home about. Beef kafta- A+. I ordered just a single kafta because I tend to rate Mediterranean restaurants based on their kafta preparation. Theirs was flavorful, not dry, and the spices really came through. The only thing that was a disappointment was the bread. C-. It was too thin and very hard. You could barely fold it in half to scoop up the baba ghanoush or hummus. Many reviews mentioned their green sauce. It is quite tasty and goes well with many of their dishes. The service was good, I had an IPA while I waited. They have tables inside and a covered patio outside with several tables. You can only drink alcohol out on the patio. My food was prepared, fairly quickly, long enough for me to enjoy the patio and my beer. I found it to be interesting that the restaurant is at the back of a liquor store. Brilliant idea.

I had a very nice lunch here with my mom. Went in Thursday afternoon. The cashier was very nice and he was patient with me ordering. I ordered the beef plate plus two chicken skewers my mom ordered the salmon plate and two shrimp skewers. It's was way too much food but everything was really good. The place is very small inside of the liquor store so it works well for takeout!

This used to be my favorite local spot for Middle Eastern food, but as of recent their food has been terrible. Last time my mix plate kofta, chicken and beef was too dry . This time their kofta, chicken and beef was horribly it doesn't taste good, the beef undercooked it felt like I was chewing on hard gum, I couldn't eat it. Idk if they got a new cook or changed the recipe, or their standards have changed, but I'm done eating here. I didn't even finish or eat a majority of it and it gave me an instant stomach ache & horrible gas. Don't recommend.

It's all about the food the ambiance and vibe. I have eaten here for many years the restaurant is setup and located inside the liquor store in back of the store they only have a two sets of two person seating tables it's clean the staff are chill always nice and ordering is easy low key just order take it home is what most people do. Chicken Kebabs Grilled perfectly and seasoned well it comes with rice a small salad and hummus and pita it's very good and that salad dressing is the bomb I'd suggest you buy an extra one and eat it with the chicken this meal was a 8/10 it was so good I ate all of the salad and had a lot of rice and chicken leftover. Hummus delicious but the pita bread is mid and not homemade it will do but I prefer it made fresh. 7/10 Strawberry cheesecake Delicious very buttery crust and soo good. Side salad I ordered a larger one to go and bought an extra salad dressing that was divine it's a yogurt based garlicky sauce and I love it. Green sauce For dipping the chicken in this one is tasty. Tsaziki sauce Creamy garlicky and soo bomb I always buy extra. I definitely recommend that you give them a try there's so much more on that menu grilled salmon beef kebabs falafel gyros and more. Just me Shawn C. ; )

Wowwwww, what an amazing place to stop by for lunch. The food is made with lots of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service and cleanliness is excellent. It's small and roomy with a good amount of seating available. I would recommend to order ahead due to the lunch hour rush. Will definitely return for more delicious food.

My New Go-To Coffee Spot -- You HAVE to Try This Place! I…read morewas just recently introduced to this little gem, and I am so glad I was! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, cute, and incredibly welcoming -- the kind of spot that instantly feels like your place. The drinks are on point. I've tried the iced coffee and the matcha, and both were excellent -- not overly sweet, not watered down, just really well done. But what truly won me over? The breakfast sandwiches. I had a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese, and it was chef's kiss -- fresh, high-quality ingredients, generous portions, and packed with flavor. Not a single corner cut. And the service? Amazing. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. That kind of hospitality is rare and it absolutely elevates the whole experience. This is officially my new coffee spot, hands down. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or sitting down for a full breakfast, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING Was looking for a breakfast…read morespot and came across this place. It was about a 20 minute drive from home so I was hoping it was worth it. Walking in the ambiance was regular typical cafe. The customer service was traditionally basic. I ordered for 4ppl and when I arrived home I noticed my order was partially wrong. I ordered 2 bacon avocado toast, 1 avocado toast and a grilled cheese. They forgot the bacon on one of the avocado toast. And 2 of the 4 drinks weren't full. As I mentioned it was about a 20 minute drive so I just took the loss. The taste of the food was ok for 2 of the ppl other 2 ppl one being myself was kind turned off with the missing bacon and half full drinks so I basically trashed my meal. I'm aware humans make mistakes but that alone doesn't make me want to rush back to this location. I do want to mention something good about this place I did like how they dressed up the avocado toast with the egg on the side.

I have not been here in 3 years. This is my 2026 review…read more Went here today for Taco Tuesday. Waited about 10 minutes for our waitress to take our order. Ordered everything all at once since the worker was playing cashier, waiter and host. It started to get busy so I did not want to wait any longer then I had to. Ordered a Margarita, Michelada, 7 Carne Asada Tacos, 6 El Pastor Tacos and 2 potato tacos. We were served Chips and Salsa as we waited. Our drinks arrived about 10 to 15 mins later and Tacos arrived 10 minutes after that. The Carne Asada was just ok. It was rather over cooked. The al pastor was better then the Carne asada. Potato tacos could of used some more flavor. So it was a hit and miss on the taste of the tacos being served. The salsa was tasty along with the chips that tasted fresh. The service was very slow. I am not knocking on our waitress. She was trying as the place started to fill up. She stayed calm as more customers started to come in. By the time we were done eating, about an hour or so later.. she finally received some help. I was relieved for her. Overall, this is a mom and pops restaurant. A family affair with their own children working in this restaurant. I wasn't to harsh on the service because I understood the pressure she was going through. Netti who was our server, waitress and host did her best to accommodate us. I really recommend staff management to support Taco Tuesdays accordingly. Lucky alot of the people in the restaurant were very patient with the service being provided. They could use some work on this subject I recommend supporting this family restaurant. I will try to order other things on the menu next time.

I asked the person on the phone what their best seller was, and she confidently recommended the chilaquiles. I asked if they could make it spicy, and she assured me they could...it wasn't! I also added protein (carne asada), and she mentioned there would be an extra charge of $10, I just didn't know the final cost until after ($30ish). I don't mind paying for great taste and quality, but this was, unfortunately, a bit of a tough bite to swallow when it came to the meat portion size. The real kicker? I thought maybe there was more hiding under the egg... yolk's on me...there wasn't! The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can (green sauce), and it didn't have that fresh, homemade flavor I was hoping for. The dish itself was very soggy, which just didn't hit the mark for me. We all have different taste buds, so I still encourage others to try it for themselves, but this dish definitely didn't crack the code for me.

When I walked in it was pretty quiet, but it was also right before dinner time. The place feels more like a casual deli spot -- you order at the counter and there are a few tables if you want to sit and eat. The space looked clean and simple, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The employee working there was very friendly. He came out from the back, answered my questions, and recommended the chicken pesto panini, saying it's their most popular item. I also added a Caesar salad for $2.99, which I thought was a fair price, and decided to try the bread pudding as well. The panini itself was pretty good. The bread was nicely toasted, the cheese was melted well, and the pesto had good flavor. The only downside for me was the chicken -- it seemed like it might have been boiled and then mixed with pesto. It was a bit tougher than I would have liked. The Caesar salad was decent for the price. Unfortunately, the bread pudding didn't work for me. It was very dense and almost brick-like. Overall, the value is there and the staff was very nice. For me personally, the food felt a bit average. I tend to prefer paying a little more for higher quality rather than saving a few dollars on something that doesn't quite hit the mark. Because of that, I probably wouldn't go back, but others might appreciate the price point and friendly service. Food 3 stars. Staff 5 average 4
