We stopped by on a Saturday morning for brunch with mimosas. We came to an empty restaurant which soon filled up. My husband ordered the donut burger and I got the breakfast pizza. Both were absolutely amazing note though with the donut burger if you don't like spice ask for the jalapeños on the side. We both also got the bottomless mimosas. They made sure our glasses were filled the entire time we were here. The manager also checked on us a couple times and made sure we had an enjoyable time. Lily was our server and I cannot rave enough about how amazing and attentive she was we're definitely be back just for her. read more

This place was pretty much what you would expect, consisting of bar food. I am giving the benefit of the doubt with the food being 4 stars. The service on the other hand was a 2. It started great with the person taking care of our table giving us awesome service up till we placed our order. After that the service went to sh@t. One person ordered a pizza which was missed completely, and we only saw them sporadically for the rest of the night. We assumed they changed shifts and never passed us off, but no, we were just completely ignored. Overall the food and drink were solid, but the service was crap. read more

Came here with the expectation of brunch. Came in & there was no brunch type of food. Was told that their summer menu is all they have. So just FYI if you're coming here expecting brunch. Was told they will be remodeling & brunch isn't in season, so that's why they aren't having brunch. Edited to add that this place is super cute on the inside, really hope they bring back brunch. This place is very "insta" worthy for photos. Management was super nice, they comped the drinks we had because we thought it was going to be a brunch place. Would be back, but for dinner! I have come here 3 times now. Honestly front of the house to back of the house staff is awesome. It starts with a warm greeting from the host. She's a lovely lady that wears converse. Michelle took care of us last visit and she defined what a perfect server is. She is a rockstar server. The manager I believe his name is Vick comes around and checks on every table and make sure food and service is up to par. Cocktails are amazing. I recommend the martinis. The Vespar martini is awesome along with the smoking rita and chocolate martini. The bar tender is awesome here. Food we come for the pizza and burgers. Both are top notch. We went here for restaurant week and the deal was great! The restaurant was gorgeous and has indoor and outdoor seating. The meatballs were AMAZING. They were super tender and flavorful. The steelhead was also really great, the skin was crispy and the middle was tender. We also got the buffalo cauliflower with the sauce on the side, the steak with yummy mashed potatoes, and bread pudding for dessert. This was the most interesting dining experience I've ever had. We walked in and the people next to us were furious that their food had been taking a long time enough to just want the bill and leave before it arrived. The family next to them did the same thing. Our waiter also let us know after sitting down that all burgers and steaks were out. Like half the menu lol. We had overheard as we were sitting near the kitchen that 3 of the 5 kitchen staff walked out over complications with their mgmt. This dude playing live music outside was overly loud and kid just running around everywhere. Our waiter Bryan (bless his soul) was super nice and understanding and I feel horrible for him as people were grilling him for something he couldn't control but he took it gracefully. We also cancelled our main entrees and had a salad then left. Skinny legend due to our pasta would've taken an hour. Popped into this joint yesterday while waiting for a seat at another nearby restaurant... enjoyed the brew and vibe so we committed to coming back today! Promptly seated outdoors at the end of brunch, and after our drink order was taken another server tried to repeat, that and the dirty tables that lingered around us were indicators of understaff situ that would hamper our visit. Took quite awhile for my beer to come and I was disappointed at the temp... I'm assuming it was poured immediately and sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Started out with the caesar... lacked proper dressing coverage, and we were completely finished before anyone came back to check on us. Also small portion for the cost....lettuce is cheap! Opted for the bbq chicken pizza, and crust was good but was underwhelmed by the amount of chicken. Ambiance was Southwest patio, service was slow and not very helpful, and price was above food quality/quantity. This joint does not make the list. read more

Our party of four had reservations last night at 5:45. We sauntered in a little early and we were seated immediately. The motif inside is a little drab but it was clean and it wasn't busy inside. We started with cocktails, that's the way to go for a dinner out. I had a couple of "Razaritas", no not at once but that tells you they were decent enough. We shared the "Loaded Pommes" but they were empty in the center. They were a little crusty on the outside, maybe a tad overdone. My "Hideout Pizza" was PHENOMENAL and I finished it like I was in HS after basketball practice. The ingredients were fresh and tasty with different layers. My friend and neighbor ordered the "Pear Pizza" which was also delicious and different, including a balsamic glaze. Our server Brinkley was training but she did a great job being congenial and patient. Overall, we had a great time here and the parking was plentiful right across from Hotel Paseo on Larkspur. I made a reservation for two, and when I arrived and waiting 5 minutes for someone to greet me, the hostess started naming off names that my reservation could be under. I told her I called the night before and even gave my cell number. She asked if I got the name of the person as they are completely full and cannot seat without a confirmation number. Thats to say the place was empty, and i sit there for about fifteen minutes before i'm looked at.And then the tattooed female bartender doesn't bother to give me her name or look at me , after a while she says What will you have to drink?What will you have to eat?I put my order in and my food takes about thirty to forty minutes,so i ask for a pre emotive box and my food comes right out Cout cold, which tells me it was sitting there since i orfered it.. i was never checked on or told my food might be a min. We found this restaurant late night during the week. We were looking for something good to eat outside of our hotel. This was one of the few restaurants that appeared to be kid friendly and open past 9pm. So happy we stumbled in. Vic- the GM was so friendly and welcoming, as was our waiter. We ordered the pizza for ourselves and our girls and it was sooo good! The house made chicken sausage was 10/10. I highly recommend stopping in here if you're in the area! read more

We've been to this restaurant on many occasions and the service and food have always been great! We've been with large groups and they've been very accommodating and equally valued as a party of 2. We enjoyed meeting the GM-Vic this evening who was a pleasure to talk with and we recognized his enthusiasm for making everyone's experience enjoyable as a guest at the Hideout. We were looking forward to trying the hideout after their remodel. Sunday night for a football game and couldn't be more disappointed. Sat at bar towards the end in spot that obviously someone had left previously as it was dirty with dirty glasses sitting there. To our right was the end of the bar with at least 40 dirty glasses just taking up space next to bar seats. 5 minutes we were finally acknowledged with a "be with you soon" People sitting next to us saw we had no menu and gave us their menu just a dinner menu A few more minutes one of the 2 bartenders came by and said happy hour until, what can I get you? We said any chance you could clean Thai spot off and remove the dirty glasses? He did hesitantly but came back with a normal napkin that he than ran under the sink below the counter with just water and proceeded to sip the bar down. Leaving a big wet spot. He wiped about 10% of it down with a Cocktail napkin ‍we grabbed a couple more and wiped the rest down. We than asked for a happy hour menu and 2 waters to start. Took him a few more minutes to bring that. He came back again took our order for 2 cocktails. Another few minutes later he brought back my drink but not my wife's and placed my drink in front of my wife. Than asked us, what else did you order? We told him again. Moved the drink over. He than went to his register and started pecking away while holding a mug for a mule. Took another 7-8 minutes for him to finally make the other drink. Finally it came and was so so. Something didn't seem right with it. A strawberry mule. We order some wings. Buffalo style with a side of barbecue. With blue cheese dressing. Took him at least 3 minutes pecking away at register to order them correctly. In the meantime, manager went to end of bar to ask them to remove the dirty glasses as multiple people tried to sit there but didn't want to sit next to or stare at dirty glasses. Bartend removed about 7 glasses and that was it. Wings came. With blue cheese crumbles. We asked staff if they had blue cheese dressing instead. "Oh yeah, oops". Wings were dry and not appealing at all. We planned on staying for entire game but left after one drink and the wings. At Least 6 people sat next to us and left without being acknowledged. A table behind us had the same issue. As they were never acknowledged after 15 minutes. Want to give them another chance but don't think we can because the service was so poor and obviously the manager doesn't care either because it all happened right in front of him. Really too bad because it is a great location but someone doesn't care in management. read more
