We found this spot through yelp and decided to give it a try. The menu offers a good selection of breakfast favorites and specialty dishes. Our drinks and food were served fast with great quality and taste. Dina provide us with fast, attentive and warm service. We felt safe while dinning at this location as our server followed all recommend health practices. Everything was wonderful and I recommend this place for the food and the amazing wait staff. However everything changed when we made it to the cashier counter where we encounter the cashier whom seem to be the owner/manager/ money caretaker, (I did not catch her name), but she was horrible. She did not offer a warm greeting nor did she provide good service and screamed at us because we were trying to go back to the dinning room to leave the tip for the server. I understand she is trying to follow safety protocol but at a minimum she could have offered to take the tip for the server after I explained to her why I was going back to the table. It would be a benefit to the restaurant if they replace the cashier with someone who can provide good customer service that fits well with the rest of the crew. Leaving a positive lasting impression would guarantee return business. I would have rated a perfect five star if I would have not experienced your cashier during my visit. The owner treated my friends and I horribly. After letting her know that we we're charged for food that our waitress told us was included in one of the combos, she told us that we would still have to pay and that the waitress was new, which is why she made the mistake. Rather than taking it off of our bill because of the mistake her staff made, she forced us to pay for something that the waitress assured us was included in the meal. I recommend going to restaurants that understand customer service. I will never go back to this place. read more

This place is so so... I come here from time to time for a quick cheap bite with my kids. The food is decent and the $ is good. Nothing to rave about though. Not on the beaten path, but worth finding. This diner style restaurant has a great breakfast and lunch menu at very fair prices. I love their home made tortillas with eggs and the best sausage (like kilbasa) ever. Get the chrispy hash browns on the side! Alright locals if you haven't been here you can't say you reside in Richardson. This is the best place to fill up on the breakfast crave. The price is cheap and it comes in large portions. The restaurant itself is pretty old so you won't be sitting in luxury seats with high class napkins. I walked in last week ready to have some hearty breakfast and walked out belly up. The location is on a business strip and next to a tree. My meal was great and everything I craved was on my plate. Perfect for a hungry cheapskate like me.. The odd thing is 90% of the customers were men so I thought there was a men's club meeting that morning. I'm guessing it's because this place is similar to a diner and us women like to go eat at fancy pretty places.Just saying but you should def try this place for breakfast. My husband is from a small town and he was right at home here. $15 for two huge breakfast platters, I could only eat half of mine! This is our go to breakfast place. Service is always very fast. Food is wonderful. I usually get the Migas, but we have also enjoyed biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and waffles. It is nothing fancy. I don't know how this place is always packed. It's dirty and dingy and the last time I went I ordered tortilla soup. It looked more like yesterday's leftover vegetable soup with chicken added to it. I requested sliced avocado on the side and they brought out brown avocado. I told the server that it was bad and she said well that's all we have. This place is located in an industrial area! You can easily drive by and miss it! I ordered the #10 which was 2 scrambled eggs with ground beef and cheese, country potatoes, and toast. The potatoes and toast were good but my scrambled eggs were very bland and COLD! I don't understand how it had time to get so cold because our food came out quick. But my favorite thing about this diner is how they will sit another plate or bowl right on top of your food to bring it to your table! You haven't had breakfast until you've seen your toast plate sitting on top of your cheese omelet! Folks, have you ever heard of a serving tray. Wait, that won't work. No room. Only gave 4 stars because of the restaurant layout. It is a bit odd. When you enter a restaurant you expect to find a counter with the cashier and hostess. Well when you enter this restaurant you run into tables and booths of people eating. Felt super bad to pass by their tables while they were eating. Food was cooked super fast. I phoned ahead and ordered 2 eggs scrambled, ham, hash browns and biscuits and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Which it was. I loved the eggs and the biscuits were to die for! The hash browns were OK and the ham was bad! Salty and oily. It was definitely not ham off the bone. I think it probably came from a can. Over all it was good and I will be back. Loved this place. Was wonderful for a Saturday brunch with my family. Very welcoming and the eggs benedict was my favorite, my husband got the pork chop special and thought it was quite tasty, my 11 year old got pancakes and ate all of them, my 7 year old got waffles and ate almost all of it, and my 2 year old loved the corn side and peas and carrots that they brought out for her!
