As a manager, he didn't own up to his mistake with Emily's review and had someone falsify a review to paint her in a bad light. Whoever this Sam person is, it's clear you don't write reviews being that this is the only other review on the account. There's no reason for someone to be so nasty when defending a "stranger". Personally, I don't go to this location because of the bad service but I've never felt the need to write a review until now because of this shitty Matt person. If you're in Westminster, the McFadden location is 100x better. Don't waste your time on this drama. UPDATE: We went on February 17 for dinner, just myself, my fiancé, and my toddler and they definitely redeemed themselves from the last time we were there. The service was probably the best it's ever been at this location. I wish I knew the two names that were working. One was a younger white gentleman and the other was a younger Asian girl. We were there around 5:30-6:00 PM. I'm giving this information in case upper management wants to give kudos to their employees they can easily look at the schedule and put two and two together. The place is always clean, but this time the service was truly excellent. The food was excellent as well. Our drinks were never empty, and they constantly checked in on us, bringing whatever we needed without us having to ask twice. We felt genuinely served and catered to, which made the experience so much more enjoyable than times prior. It honestly changed the whole vibe for us. My mom and I came here yesterday, the two people working were Jade and Matt they were extremely helpful and kind. We had a few questions about the sauces and they answered all of them. The food was amazing! To start we got the edamame in their mild sauce probably the best edamame and perfectly cooked! I loved it so much it had amazing flavor, great kick, and well-seasoned. My boyfriend loved it too since he's been craving for seafood boil. We both give it a 5/5 the best seafood & great flavor. I came here on a Saturday night craving crawfish, since it had been a while that I had crawfish I ordered the Combo One, Kickin Style - all crawfish. When the food came out, I was excited to dig in. But as I started eating, I quickly noticed something was off. A lot of the crawfish were clearly dead before cooking - the heads were caved in, and the insides were very dark and unappetizing. My wife and I usually have no problem eating 5 pounds each, but we couldn't even get through 3 pounds,The quality was that bad. When I went to pay the bill, I let the person at the counter know about our experience. Their only response was, "I guess we must've got a bad batch." No apology, no offer to make things right--nothing. This kind of customer service is unfortunately too common at some Asian-owned establishments, where there seems to be little regard for customer feedback or repeat business.
