I hate to even write this, this was my first time going here (I have been wanting to do so for a…read morelong time) and they were having a really bad day, I really felt sorry for our waiter. So, apparently, the cook failed to show up for work. They were late to open and when they did we were told the menu was very limited. Fair enough, what can we order we asked. Burgers, dogs and pizza were off the list, (how these are difficult items is beyond me) fish sandwich and chicken was on the list. We ordered chicken sandwich, haddock sandwich and chicken fingers. 30 minutes later food finally showed, fish was raw inside, chicken raw inside, fries were cold. Best guess, they had not thawed previously frozen food before cooking. I used to work in the restaurant business long ago and that is all that I can think would explain this as the appearance would have led me to believe it was cooked. So, if this is the case, the food is not "made to order" as it says on their page and since they were missing their cook, no one knew to thaw the food ahead of time (best guess). One other thing, the beer I ordered was listed on menu as a 16oz beer for $8, instead I received a 12oz can, this was while waiting for food. Very dissapointing, they should have shut down kitchen under these circumstances. Their own web page warns about eating undercooked food and then they served it to us, hopefully no one gets sick from that first bite. Food was sent back, we gave up, waiter said they removed food from bill...

From the decor, the sound system, and the food - the event itself was just so great. But what really earns the 5 stars is Betsy and her incredible staff. Their ingenuity, creativity, tenacity and optimism in the face of a major setback was truly inspiring!! I love The Dive and I'll be enjoying it again ASAP!

Wow, just wow. Maybe we were just hungry, but this place was terrific!…read more My daughter is vegan and gluten free, but they had a bowl that she really loved! I had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, not greasy, that is served with a nice-sized bowl of greens and your choice of dressing. Plus you get a side, chosen from among the day's list - I enjoyed the lemon slaw. Not very lemony, but definitely not bogged down with mayo so I dumped it into my salad! Good freshly made food at decent prices. Totally recommend!

Our food was fantastic! I hadn't had lamb out much in the last year and they did it up super delicious in the pita! Yes! It was so flavorful and juicy. Yum! My husband had the same and agreed. My daughter had the steak wrap and said it was fantastic too. We all had the spicy slaw and thought it was superb. Now, what we didn't like was that as first time guests, we couldn't figure out what to do for a minute or so, as there's nothing immediately pointing you to the 'on wall' menu, which is toward the back of the place, past the cashier. Three of us standing there to look at the menu was blocking others from going out back to the patio to eat (plates and drinks in their hands). It wasn't crowded for a Saturday afternoon but it was still noisy. We cleaned up after ourselves, though we still tipped. I hadn't noticed the bin for dirty dishes on the side counter when I got us silverware and straws. Next time I won't tip. It's quite self serve. Order and pickup from the same counter. I would recommend they work on a customer foot path 'flow.' They could hire a hostess or greeter, or perhaps provide better signage on where to go and what to do, similar to 'Five Guys' restaurants.

Driving in I asked my husband I asked what Kettlehead is known for an he said: Beer. Yet somehow, I can't love Kettlehead. A few things occured that damaged the experience: 1. The waitress spilled a sampler all over my wristlet and cell phone. She was oblivious but she has been spilling it the whole walk to the table! She seamed put out i asked of they had bleach wipes as we were in from out of town and i didnt want mty cell phone smelling like beer all weekend. 2. The waitress stated the coin change machine is wonky and they don't own it. The coin machine worked fine but it was the first game we played, Tokyo Drift, that ate our money. I reported it and seamed like the guy didn't care. He didn't offer me a $1 to make up for it nor did he shut down the machine after my report. I feel like if you have it in your place, you should stand behind it. An issue, it should become yours. 3. The pretzels are terrible. They are like sliced and fried with no flavor. They looked like little hot dogs. We go to a ton of breweries and this is the worst pretzel experience we have ever had. Also, the waitress told us the mustard was the beer cheese and vice versa. My kid was not to happy when she ate mustard! But also, the worst beer cheese we have encountered as well. Her excuse, she has been up since 4am. Well, my husband wasn't wrong. He raved over their beer. Nobody was impressed with their food.

Steve and I had the Triple Agent which is a Triple New England IPA. This beer was enjoyable. Flavor highlights in this one are juicy, citrus and tropical. While this IPA was good it didn't necessarily a beer that got etched into my mind as time passed I still had no complaints with it.

We were lucky to arrive without a reservation when we did because it quickly filled up with customers. The place is somewhat small and has an open kitchen concept. Outdoor seating is also available when weather permits. Please note that due to its size, they have only one unisex bathroom available. We started with the Gouda Tot Clam Dip. The picture posted on their website shows six potato tots, yet our serving came with four. It was pleasant and tasty. For my main course, I ordered the Peach Glazed Pork. The dish had a nice presentation. I found the pork to be drier than I would have expected, but it was still edible. I guess I had higher expectations. Despite a few minor disappointments, this is a charming local restaurant that is worth a visit, especially if you're in the area.

Prices were on the higher end but not unreasonable given the quality of food. Our primary disappointment (and the only reason for deducting a star from the rating) was the limited availability of menu items. Two of the items we ordered became unavailable after placing the order, and 2-3 other items we would have ordered in replacement were also not available. One probably needs to dine on the earlier side if wanting to access the full menu.
