They have a variety of salad such as crab meat salad, marinated seaweed, marinated octopus, and marinated mushrooms. They have a good amount of sushi and sashimi. They had fried chicken wings, cream cheese wontons, fried whole shrimps, sliced grilled squid, pizza, various types of steamed and grilled fish. A good amount of steamed vegetables, fried fish, sweet and sour chicken, roasted duck, steamed clams, steamed tofu, beef and broccoli. They had a section of Mongolian bbq, grilled sausages, and roasted beef. Their mashed potato and gravy were ok. For dinner, they serve steamed crab legs with melted butter. They have single serve ice cream in various flavors - chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, rainbow sherbet, orange sherbet, and raspberry sherbet. I did not expect to find such a nice variety of foods here. Pleasantly surprised! Took me a while and quite a lot of laughter with the staff to understand that they did, in fact, have frog legs. For lunch, the buffet had fruits, a salad bar, Mongolian barbecue, sushi, Chinese food, dim sum staples, and dessert. Since it was a weekday lunch, we didn't have crab legs as an option. Check in through Yelp to get a free drink. When we ordered beer we were told their alcohol license hasn't been renewed, though the alcohol drink menu was on the table. Cleanliness wise, it was ok. I really wish there was something to bring us back here, but unless they offered more variety then we would just pass. Service was very good though. There were A LOT OF people - so for those who are very afraid of sitting next to other people in close proximity, then this is not your go-to place to eat. Perhaps Fridays are usually busy? They use paper plates and utensils instead of porcelain. Only the porcelain soup bowls are being used. They also have plastic gloves for you to wear so that you can safely pick up the tongs, etc. to get your desired food. Lunch Buffet for Adults: $16.99 per person. They have: sushi, seafood (clams, fried shrimp, salmon, & fish fillet - warm dishes; mussels, octopus - cold/raw dishes), french fries, soup (lobster, fish ball, etc), steamed white rice, and desserts (fruit, cake, and ice cream). They also have a Brazillian BBQ section where you can ask for sausage and other meats. You can also build your own mongolian-style chow mein. If you are looking for more seafood varieties, especially baked mussels, crab, and lobster then you would have to stop by during dinner time - however dinner price is insanely expensive and not worth it in my opinion. BEWARE: I got some corn with shrimp, and before I ate the corn - there was a MINI FLY/BUG in the corn! I came after the Salmon Sashimi as it's my favorite. I was there over an hour and half, and the sashimi section was only refilled once. I kept asking the chef when there will be more sashimi and he ignored me a few times. I waited and waited, and finally before I left I was able to get a few more pieces before everyone devoured it. The rest of the sushi seems fine, not quality. They serve lobster, but very small and dry, not worth the hype. $35 for a few pieces of sashimi and mid quality sushi wasn't really worth it. By the time the second round was refilled I had already had other foods. Quality of overall food was 3/5 The first sashimi was better quality than the second round. We get sat, our server comes by right away and tells us "hi, just so you know we're closing in one hour.".. nothing else, just that blunt straight to her point. So we brush it off, we go grab some plates, a few of the options were empty, what was there looked a little iffy but it was late and we noticed they had a hibachi style area as well so we thought okay we can at least get fresh food from there, we made a plate with the buffet options and made a hibachi plate to leave to cook while we tried the other items at our table, the chicken was dry and hard, the coconut shrimp was room temp and mushy, sushi was room temp as well which was unsettling. We got our hibachi plates, had egg shells throughout mine and the veggies were still very crunchy uncooked. All 3 of us were unhappy with everything we had, mind you the server told us 3 more times that they close at 9, we get it you want us to leave and never wanted us here from the beginning. We paid up front at the register and left with over a hundred bucks missing from our pockets for the bill, felt like robbery at that point. The crab is cold and unappealing, the oysters are good, and the lobster had green stuff on it that was unappetizing. The butter tasted like nothing. As far as buffets in the IE go, this one has been the best . Bear in mind I've never been to one of those very nice Vegas buffets so I don't have much to compare it to. The amount of options this place has was pretty great. A variety of nigiri and sushi rolls and some sashimi. I found that the sushi rice they used very very vinergry. So much so the rice was a bit soggy. I ended up mostly eating the sashimi which was very good. The crab legs were small and cold but they always had some out and they had melted butter for them. We went on the weekend so it was more expensive but they also had lobster. You can get one lobster half per time you walk up to the stand. If you keep going up you can technically get unlimited lobster. The other options were decent but since it was about 30 per person I would recommend eating the more expensive foods to get your money's worth. That had a decent dessert section including an ice cream bar and chocolate fountain. Most of the dessert did taste the same though. They are supposed to implement a mask and glove policy when people serve themselves at the buffet, however many people weren't following this and the staff did nothing to enforce it which was upsetting.
