Yin & Yang fondue. Very tasty. Really like the white chocolate.

First time at The Melting Pot and we were all extremely pleased! All four courses were delicious and enough food for you to be full without going overboard. Service was great from start to finish. My daughter said "best meal I've ever had". Dining area and restroom were very clean. The whole experience made this an exceptional family outing.

Fondue fun! We were celebrating two birthdays and made reservations for 7 people. There were two hot plates at the table, so for each course we had a choice of two different fondue options. My husband and I split the classic 4 course meal, and we each got to choose our own salad and entree meat options. It was a pretty good deal for the amount of food that is served. It was a fun experience (first time for me), and you're basically getting dinner and a show! Everything was pretty tasty, and they have an app to help guide you on how long to cook each item. It's a bit of work, but the interaction element is part of the fun! It's not the most delicious food ever, but I think it still hits the mark, and the novelty of fondue is really what makes the experience special. We all enjoyed our time at the Melting Pot and were all plenty full!

amazing service and well priced menu/food. i am a huge fan of fondue, and now days its hard to find a place that offers good food, service, and reasonable price fondue. However, melting pot was able to deliver all above. Service: 5/5 from host to server, and to server assistant, everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Had the 4- course meal. every course was delivered in a timely manner. never felt rushed or waited long for each course. huge bonus that they even brought out refills on the dipper super fast as well. water cups were never left empty. Food: 4/5 flavor wise, it's not the best fondue i have had. but ingredients are fresh. however, i did find some of the meats in the steak lovers are sort of tough, but everything else was just perfect. huge s/o to our server vanessa and the server assistant on 3/26 for an amazing dinner. can't wait to go back *v*

Mon Cheri! Deliciousness!!! I came here on a dessert date with one of my girlfriends a few evenings ago. We tried the dark and dulce chocolate fondue. It was so rich and creamy, and well balanced with the sweetness but also topped with a little bit of coarse salt. The ambience was very nice as always. It felt very private. Our server was named Gloria, she was very kind and connected with us. Hot tip: they validate parking for the parking garage next-door!

I have not been to the melting pot in years and decided ti give it another try . We were seated upon arrival . Decor seems very dated. A touch dusty even . Our food was decent . First course was good as was the rest . Nice flavor to the fondue . The best service from Kane. He was very attentive and helpful. His service alone is 5 stars .

I finally got to try The Melting Pot and it lived up to the hype! They have a four course dinner in which you have: cheese fondue, salad, various entrees, and chocolate fondue. The starting cheese fondue was amazing and you have plenty of styles to choose from. We tried the signature Classic Alpine and loved how rich and nutty it was. You get various fruits and bread to dip into it. The salads were pretty solid. I especially loved the strawberry almond salad. The raspberry walnut vinaigrette with fresh greens and strawberries was a nice shift before the main course. For the main course, we decided to go with the Coq Au Vin cooking style, which was rich in mushroom and garlic flavors. It paired well with steaks and the duck breast especially. They do suggest cooking times, which was helpful. For dessert, we went with pure dark chocolate. The variety in items you get to dip into it was enjoyable, especially the fresh fruit. You really get your money's worth here with how amazing and plentiful the food is. Plus, the service and ambiance are perfect.

Full disclosure: this is my daughter's favorite restaurant so we have been here a half dozen times or so. I said that I would take her to dinner, her choice, to celebrate her new job. I did the requisite reservations online and in the 'notes' section mentioned the reason. When we were shown our table, I honestly thought it was a joke. It's like they took a curved booth and put a wall down the middle. It was also at the end of a walkway so everyone walking to their table had a straight view of us and our table. The feng shui was very off. I mentioned to the hostess that we would be happy to wait for a table but were told that they were fully booked. Honestly it is the worst table I have ever had in a restaurant. Our cheerful and energetic waiter felt badly for us (it wasn't his fault) and said he would do his best to still make our evening memorable. He asked what brought us there. Hmmm...what's the point of putting in the reason for the reservation if folks don't read the notes??? I can't speak about how the food was cooked because, oh wait, you cook it yourself. I can speak to how it was cut up and the presentation -- the meat was great, everything looked fresh. Kind of odd to feature baby carrots as a vegetable for cheese fondue but maybe that's a thing now. I don't do dairy so we opted for the vegan cheese -- this is why this place gets three stars, it was fantastic! They should mention that they validate the parking next door -- it is not on their website either. I would have parked in the garage but instead did street parking. I needed the walk and didn't think we would be there for very long. Instead, I ended up with a parking ticket, so I mentally added $72 to my tab. Long story short, won't be coming back. Also I need to introduce my daughter to more sophisticated spots LOL.

Came in for our 20th anniversary dinner and got absolutely fantastic service from the moment we arrived until we walked out the door. We were seated in a small, intimate booth, which was very nice and comfortable. Our server, Carter, was great and patient as it's been a minute since we've been there and had to get through the extensive menu. The food was fresh, seasoned well and tasted so very good with the various sauces. We ordered surf and turf and Pacific Rim, to give us a good variety, it was soooo good! We highly recommend it!

We went for a family member's birthday. A nice special dinner at a nice place with nice atmosphere for a great special birthday! We started with the Alpine Cheese Fondue. Always an excellent choice! The charcuterie is a good addition to it. We proceeded to meat fondue with Coq Au Vin cooking style. The Steak Lovers meat fondue selection is excellent! We felt the wonderful tasty Chocolate Fondue would be too much, so we preordered Chocolate Strawberries. Excellent food! Excellent service! Excellent atmosphere! A great special place for special events!

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary on a Tuesday night. We made reservations and were greeted as we walked in and were seated shortly after checking in. We decided to do the dinner for two and it was an amazing experience. Our waiter was super attentive and helpful with going over everything. My boyfriend ordered the melting pot mule and it was delicious! I really like the addition of the ginger liqueur it really added an extra punch. We did the classic alpine for our cheese fondue, my favorite item to dip was the apples and bread. The cheese was super flavorful and delicious and I felt like I could taste hints of wine in the cheese. For salad I got the house salad and my boyfriend got the California salad. I really liked the dressing on mine, it was a mustard based dressing but not too overpowering. For entree my boyfriend got the land and sea and I went with the garden pot option, I'm really happy to know there are vegetarian options here! For cooking style we chose the mojo! The fondue for our entrees was rich in flavor, we didn't need to cook our food for that long but we ended up leaving some of the veggies in the pot longer to soak up the juices. My favorite part was dipping our items in all the different sauces when we were done cooking, it was hard to pick a favorite but I think I like the plum sauce the best! Lastly we ordered our dessert fondue which was the s'mores. This fondue was decadent and smooth. So many different items were give to dip, I really like the marshmallows covered in Oreos and the pound cake but I'm also a sucker for strawberries and chocolate so that was also a highlight. Overall this experience was excellent, we had great food, service and the timing of all our food was great, with enough time between each course to enjoy the next. We were stuffed by the end but not overly stuffed so the amount of food was perfect, we are already talking about coming back here with friends!

My daughter having her first bite of the smores fondue...clearly impressed!

January is my birthday month so needless to say there was A LOT of eating, drinking, laughing and all things celebration going on this last month. One place that I love to hit every year (even though it's not kind on the waistline) is the melting pot. This year, my daughter and I went with some dear dear friends. We met when our daughters were 2 yrs old and we make it a thing to celebrate our bdays together yearly (we're born 2 days apart) . We tried all the things! Started off with the Gruyère fondue that we dipped all sorts of breads and veggies and then moved on to the various cuts of steak in a broth fondue (can't recall name off hand but delish) and then our girls fave course was the dessert! We got the s'mores fondue and dipped all sorts of goodies (strawberries, brownies, marshmallows. Bananas & rice crispies) our server was excellent and attentive and I so wish I could remember her name. Another fun aspect of the melting pot is the box of Chocolate covered strawberries that they gift you on your bday if you're a melting pot member....sp fresh and so yummy! Pics below to prove it!! Ps. Parking can be hit & miss so recommend taking a Lyft to avoid circling around or parking too far.

I want to start off by saying GRACE was an AMAZING server! She really made our night! Last night 11/21, my fiancé and i went out for a date night to The Melting Pot. I love this place but it was his first time and she gave us a nice rundown of the process. She was very kind and funny and just overall a sweet and lovely waitress. The food was amazing, as always. He got the steak lovers and i did the classic with Mojo, spinach artichoke, and s'mores to finish off. We woke up today just reminiscing the wonderful date night we had last night and again want to shout out Grace for her kind words and overall great experience. We will definitely be back!

Yin and Yang chocolate, SOO good . Waited forever :(

Fail. - October 22, 2025 at 9:00 pm. Me and my family of 5 in total walk in. Our reservation was at 8:50 pm so we were late. We walk in, they said it's ok for being late - 10 minute cancelation fee. So, we walk in. We are immediately seated, the seat was SMALL and there was only ONE other party of 3-4 people so.... This place was EMPTY. We waited and watched as our waiter IGNORED us and talked to the other people. Finally ordered our food and... Waited an HOUR just for the cheese. Either way, we ended up being here for TWO HOURS. 9-11:30 PM. OH MY GOD. Never EVER going here again unless it's either 6 or 7 pm so they can't forget us AND It was $343!!!

They not only acknowledged my birthday but were thoughtful of my food restrictions too! They went out of their way to make a sorbet for me to have since the normal dessert had ingredients I couldn't eat. SO KIND! Thank you pastry chef! The food was delicious!!! I sat in the back patio which was very cute and whimsical. The restaurant is incredibly decorated as well! I will absolutely be back!

It feels like the kind of place where politicians make secret deals over cabernet and couples get engaged next to a plate of scallops that costs more than your first car payment. The wine list is so extensive I'm pretty sure it has its own ZIP code. The service? Extremely polished. The servers glide around with the confidence of people who definitely know which fork you're supposed to use and are praying you don't ask. Food-wise, it's fantastic. Steaks arrive looking like they just graduated summa cum laude from culinary school. The oysters are elite. The desserts whisper, "You deserve this," right before your bank app sends a push notification asking if everything is okay. And honestly, the best part is the atmosphere. It's one of the few restaurants where everyone collectively agrees to lower their voice by 30%. You don't hear blenders, screaming toddlers, or a guy explaining crypto. Just soft conversation, and clinking glasses. Would I go back? Absolutely. But only after checking my credit score, hydrating properly, and reminding myself that "treat yourself" is not a legally binding financial strategy. In all seriousness: it's worth every dime. (And if you decide to pay in dimes.....bring a few dollies and some help.)

This is honestly one of the classiest and best looking breweries I've been to. The huge trees outside make it feel urban and fresh. They have a large patio out back too. I opted to sit at the bar on a quiet afternoon. They have a great selection of beer styles, I had a flight. All were delicious, clean and consistent. The bartender was attentive and welcoming. There's a merchandise area near the door, seating upstairs in a cool loft too. If you're exploring the Sacramento beer scene, it's worth a stop.

We were welcomed by Laurie (who is phenomenal) upon arrival, seated right away, and we ordered drinks after viewing their menus along with the food and drink specials. It was a back and forth deciding on our food orders as everything on their menus looked mouthwateringly tasty. I enjoyed the delicious potato and shrimp Peruvian special, which was incredible, and my husband devoured their rigatoni Alfredo. The wine, food and awesome staff made this first visit so memorable, and I mentioned that I had already planned a return visit for my upcoming birthday. There were quite a few patrons in the restaurant on that sleepy Sunday afternoon, so I know that we weren't the only lucky ones to experience a terrific lunch that day. We love you, Bodega Biondi!

The first thing I thought was, "I could easily come here alone, grab a glass of wine or a beer, watch part of a game, and just relax for a while." They had the NBA game on at the bar, but it didn't overpower or distract from the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. The dining room is made up of small tables with couples and friends quietly enjoying their meals and conversations. It has that kind of warm, comfortable energy that makes you want to slow down a little, settle in, and stay longer than you planned. Not every restaurant has to be loud or trendy to stand out. Sometimes a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and a good meal are enough. Definitely check this place out.

Even though the restaurant is very busy, the service was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The dessert after the hotpot was also a nice surprise and very enjoyable. The price per person is a bit higher than other all you can eat hotpot places, but the quality of the ingredients more than justifies it. I have honestly never had hotpot with such high quality black tiger shrimp, and the beef was the best I have ever had at a hotpot restaurant. The owner clearly focuses on ingredient quality rather than fancy decor or presentation, otherwise the price would easily be much higher. In Las Vegas, hotpot of this same quality usually costs significantly more, so this place is absolutely worth trying. A great option for family gatherings, with excellent freshness and ingredient quality you can really trust.
