Moved out here this past summer, but haven't been out. One of my friends recommend me to study here from a TikTok, so I decided to try it out. I ordered the Brain Lube Latte. It was so good!! I was able to fully lock in for my finals. The service and interior is nice as well! There are plenty of spaces and sitting area as well. Nice to chat or study! Parking is validated in the back. It was my first time in this area, so I didn't know and parked in the front where all the other cars were. I got a parking ticket, but now I know! :')

We were attending a car show in Deep Ellum when someone suggested The Meteor for food and cocktails. Where have you been all my life! I'm not sure where to start- the art deco design, the Design District, the friendly, helpful employees (Vanessa and Amelia), the BlackBerry Bourbon Mash, or the Meteor Burger made with Wagyu beef. But wait- coffee drinks in the morning and natural wines in the afternoon. And not finished - it's a bike shop . My head is spinning!! I'm an art deco chick and love the lounge, the booths, the round bar, and the bad ass doors. I could live here! Did you know it does connect to a high rise apartment ? So, apparently, some patrons do live there- technically!! I'm so jealous!! My new fav!!

Fantastic lattes and breakfast! Highly recommend! My friends and I stopped by The Meteor for breakfast on a Monday and there was no wait for a table. The interior is super trendy -- feels like you're in Austin! Service was quick and efficient! I got the Apple Cider Latte, which absolutely wowed me. It was perfectly cinnamony with a hint of apple -- loved!! For breakfast I got the Vaquero Breakfast. It was super filling, savory, with a hint of spice. Can't wait to try more of their menu items!

I got to know this spot because of DallasSites 101's Coffee Passport. I tried their vanilla latte with fronk nut milk and my boyfriend ordered their brain lube latte. We both enjoyed our drinks! I went back for the second time today (a week later) and I got the cereal milk latte and it's just as solid! The ambiance of the restaurant is super cute with this retro old diner vibe. I would love to stay for a meal next time!

This place is amazing. I have been wanting to come here after not being able to try the Austin location. The vibe is very cozy and vintage. I came in with a friend for breakfast. I ordered the Big Tex and a Caramel Latte(hot). The Big Tex breakfast sandwich was amazingly tasty, and it may be the best breakfast sandwich I have had. Their Caramel Latte was delicious, so much so that when it was all gone I decided to order it iced as well. Their Caramel Latte Iced was also amazing, and I can't even tell you which one I liked better. Their Pablo Smoky Rojo is their signature salsa and it was so flavorful and delicious, I purchased one to take home, because knew my husband would love it. Service was wonderful! The amazing ladies working the front were friendly and helpful. Overall amazing place, and I would definitely come back.

I've come to The Meteor a few times to grab breakfast and study. This is such a fun and vibe-y spot with comfortable booths. Reminds me of a retro diner. It's a great quiet spot to study, and it doesn't get super busy on a weekday. But it can get very busy on a Saturday morning (understandably). I waited probably 15 minutes on my iced chai when I went on a Saturday at 10:30 AM. The morning rush did calm down at around 11:30 AM though. I will say that the menu is very overpriced. A small mediocre breakfast taco was $6. You are most definitely paying for the ambiance when you come here. But I think it's worth it to experience going to this place at least once. It's a great spot to catch up with friends or grab food with family. Seats are first come first serve. There's a calm and warm ambiance-d room/lounge next door with couches and a fireplace. It can get used for private events, but on a weekday it's usually been available to use. There's also a large outdoor seating area that's perfect to use when there's nice weather. There is a parking garage close by, and they validate parking! It did get full when I went on Saturday morning though. Overall, I have greatly enjoyed my experiences with The Meteor and would recommend that anyone try it at least once!

Chicken sausage minus the bacon, egg, cheese. It was ok . Added some salt/pepper to the sausage. Biscuit was good. Soft and buttery.

This place has a very cool ambiance to it. The barista was kind. I honestly wasn't too crazy about the coffee though. I got a latte with Fronks milk and maybe it was the milk that was an issue for me but it had almost a too sweet flavor for me.

Came here for happy hour on a Thursday. The $5 jumbo slice is a great deal! I got the pepperoni and the amarillo. The amarillo was delicious and such a unique pizza. The pepperoni was also good but some pepperoni bites tasted a bit burnt and almost metallic so not my fav. It's super cute inside and they validate parking from the garage behind the building. I will definitely be back for trivia Thursday nights. You order at the counter to service us quick and easy.

Cereal milk latte and 6$ HH pizza
    Kaitlyn D.

The food and coffee were fab!! Week days they do big slices of pizza for 6$ and they are so good! The cereal milk latte is incredible. Trust me! It's counter service so no one waits on you. Really cool space inside

Fun hip spot for coffee in the daytime or wine and pizza at night! Such a beautiful interior and place to work during the day or hang with friends in the evening. They do $15 wine flights on Tuesdays at night and have happy hour where the pizzas are $5 for a jumbo slice. Pizza was decent- not my favorite but I'm picky coming from NYC! Coffee was okay- nothing mind blowing and at a higher price point (paid around $7-$8) but worth the price point for such a beautiful atmosphere and if you're going to hang out for a bit.

We got a round of espresso martinis which were impeccable. Made with fresh espresso and we saw her icing out glasses as we went to our table. So many seating options: multiple indoor spaces, booths, sultry couches, bistrot tables and outdoor seating. Service was fantastic as was the decor.

Probably one of the most beautiful coffee shops I've been to. It's so cozy and the design is really cool. I got a chai latte and would rate it 3ish stars. I'd definitely try something else next time.

The restaurant was probably 75% full and it was just 2 of us, so easy peasy. Amber(I really hope that's right) was a great waitresses. She greeted us and asked if we wanted anything besides the waters that had already been given. She then gave us a few minutes to look over the menu... Side bar: I guess I'm just old, but I want a real menu, not a QR code to scan. We looked over the menu and decided on 2 small pizza to split. Fourmaggio, which almost always my go to if available at the pizza place, and the Potato and Pancetta. Both pizzas were great, but the Potato and Pancetta was the winner for us! Really cool little spot that seems like a hipster sports bar. We don't live close, but will probably go in the future if we're in the area.

(just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.

Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. We called ahead of time as Resy was glitching and were told that we could just walk in and likely wouldn't wait long. Arrived the host was helping someone with a takeout order. We waited. And waited. She never even looked at us or said. "Hi...just give me a minute and I'll be right with you.." 2nd host came to the counter (more than 5 minutes passed as we watched them buzz around and still not say hello). She finally looked up and said, "2"? Then seated us almost silently. We waited another 10 mins for someone to welcome us, say hi, or bring water, then a waiter appeared with a rushed, "Are you ready to order?" Umm....how about drinks? Specials? Anything?? We wanted a beer and were told the taps were empty and the only bottled option was Shiner. Rough start all around. Honestly, we were tempted to leave. It was that uncomfortable. We didn't. For the food: 1. Chopped salad was good, though it's not chopped at all, just a tossed salad. 2. Gnocci was delicious 3. Pizza was very tasty but the crust was strangely soggy/chewy. Maybe that's the style, but I kind of expected a bit of a crunch to it. The flavor all around was great. Our waiter disappeared (I'm assuming his shift ended?) without warning or letting us know someone else would step in. If I had to sum it up, it was almost like we were invisible the whole time we were there. Service can make or break an experience--it broke it for us. I'd consider trying the Richardson location in the future, but I think it'll be a while.

Our table wasn't quite ready so we were asked to wait at the bar for short while. We started the celebration early by ordering a few drinks and by the time they arrived, our table was ready. We were lead to a large half moon shaped booth nestled in the corner; which was large and plush. Plenty of room for us four and honestly at least two more people. On our table was a place card that said Happy Birthday to my partner which was a nice touch. Our waitress arrived and very pleasant and helpful. She asked if we had questions and gave us some highlights of the menu. We ordered another round along with Meatballs Troubadour, the Heavenly Sourdough and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. The Heavenly Sourdough and Meatballs Troubadour were absolutely the stars of the show! The meatballs were flavorful and juicy. The marinara sauce paired wonderfully with the sourdough. For entrees, Dry-Aged Delmonico, Pomme Puree, Crispy Brussels, Honey Truffle Chicken and Whole Lobster Spaghetti. All the food was divine! To wrap it all up we of course ordered the 24 layer strawberry cake. The cake was bought out with a candle and 4 glasses of bubbly which was a very nice treat.
