Spicy pork dumplings were incredible, they came with the most amazing sauce that we ended up saving off to the side to dip our calamari in. Mongolian beef with split noodles was top notch. Was not expecting ancient noodles after watching the video of them making noodles fresh... The duck looked like it had been made weeks ago after being told it was made that day.. Duck was soggy and looked days old... very scary, if they don't know what duck is supposed to look like head over to Asian BBQ on Jones and Spring Mountain- duck is made daily there and is hanging for you to see.. I had a Hair a dark short hair in my Dumplings that I sadly saw after I had finished majority of them.. it was literally hiding under the last dumpling.. The Ox tail Soup had 1 piece of Ox tail for $16.00 lol I don't even know how this place has so many stars... Sent the duck back was about to hurl the dumplings out, ended up finding a fly in my soup ugh... Then the waiter JESUS wanted to charge us for cilantro haha ... then didn't tell us how much was the charge and they wanted to charge $2.00 for a teaspoon of cilantro.. lol of course I asked another waitress and she said there was no charge lol what a D-Move so disappointing after reading all the good rates and seeing the photos but never again ... I told her for $45 dollar I have integrity to pay and not risk going to jail .I gave the manager an advised to over communicate to her staff of proper customer service and do better!! dont be two face sneaky snitch biatch -after the fact she offered to comp our food!! dont offer shit you cant deliver and since these incident I now avoid to come back to Vegas all together..Honest review of this place aside from all the drama!! food is good! onion pancakes were superb! the hand pulled noodles were tasty, the fried flounder was perfection!! This is an awesome place to get a good bowl of soup with freshly made noodles which you can observe. It was pretty crowded and had a wait list but we didn't have to wait too long to get seated. I always take that as a sign of a good restaurant so I don't mind waiting. They have a big glass window to watch them make your food. Pretty entertaining. They give a little story here that the Chef is a certified "senior noodle technician" from Bejing, and with a title like that, I had to try it out. I got the braised beef noodle soup and soup dumplings, and sat right at the window. The women making the dumplings gave me a warm smile, and as I took my first bite, looked to see my reaction. The braised beef soup was one of the best I have had, delicious broth and expertly made noodles, the hype and title is real. I smiled and thumbs up approval to the cooks making the dumplings. This is a legit noodle restaurant, and not one they just put in to cater to a groups to attract. I'd eat this if it was a standalone spot. I didn't have to go to Chinatown to find good Chinese food, although the prices were based on the Strip, it's cheaper than me having to uber to Chinatown and back. I thought it was better than the highly rated Shang Artisinal Noodle, which I got via uber eats teh next day. read more

A friend recommended me to this place because I'm a sucker for noodle soup! I ordered the spicy wontons for appetizer and the Taiwanese beef noodle soup! The spicy wontons were in this amazing sauce (which I kept to add to my noodle soup haha). It was not too spicy - in my opinion - but very flavorful. I really enjoyed the broth and beef of the noodles as well and was fully satisfied by the end of my meal. Oh wow, I'd come back here in a heartbeat. This was some of the best Chinese food I've ever had, and some of the best food of any type I've had in Vegas. We ended up coming here after a show. We were really hungry and this was the first place we saw. Although we didn't have a reservation, there was no wait. I don't know the names of everything we ordered since our friend ordered for the table. We had some sort of noodle dish, fried rice, a chicken dish, and honey walnut prawns. Everything was absolutely delicious. The meats and fish were tender. Everything was seasoned well and had just the right amounts of sauce, and nothing was too salty. The honey walnut prawns were my favorite. The prawns were large and tender, and the sauce was creamy and savory-sweet. We also had the BEST sake any of us had ever had! I wish I knew the name of it, but it was one our server had recommended. It had a good flavor and no burn. That's right- no burn. It was smooth and you could actually enjoy the taste. Our server was very nice. He helped our friend choose what items to order, and the service was fairly quick. It was expensive, as pretty much all places in Vegas are, but this place is actually worth the cost. If you are going with multiple people I suggest everyone ordering different items and just sharing the protections are large enough the food was good. We had garlic green beans they were so flavorful definitely one of the best items they have. The minced chicken spicy fried rice was could however it wasn't spicy it did have a lot of egg but it was still really good. Broccoli beef was really tender. The honey walnut prawns I didn't taste but every else said they were delicious. The crispy orange chicken I didn't have either but there was no complaints from the table either. The vegetables knife sliced noodles were a nice surprise I didn't know what to expect when trying them but I was glad I did. Lastly we had the casadores margarita. The Noodle Den is our go-to restaurant when in Vegas. We have tried so many items off their menu. None have disappointed which is extremely rare to find! The dishes are family style so I would recommend coming with a group so you can truly experience what their menu has to offer. The service is always excellent. All the waiters that we have had were prompt and attentive. My favorites are the Xaio Long Bao, Spicy Wontons, and Kung Pao Chicken. There noodles and dumplings are fresh. I love how you can see them make them. The only downfall is that they only have ready-to-drink cocktails which aren't the best because they are canned.
