The Noodle Den in the Sahara is an absolutely incredible choice if you are craving Asian food and are anywhere in the area. First location, walking up, our hostess was friendly and seated us immediately. The ambiance of the establishment is bright and welcoming and really made for a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. Our server came and I have to say that our particular server was the most friendly and professional server that I ever had. He was outstanding. In fact, when the manager walked by and asked how we were doing, we first commented on our outstanding server. The food itself was also very, very good. We started with an order of soup dumplings and then I had the hand pulled and knife cut noodles with duck. I asked for my dish to be extra spicy. The soup dumplings were very good. Full of flavor and presented attractively, they were a great appetizer. The noodle dish was also outstanding. It was wonderful. It could have been more spicy, but i did add extra hot chile oil and really, really enjoyed the dish. I would 100% recommend either of the two dishes to anyone fortunate enough to dine here. Pricing is very good, especially when you are considering that you are on the Las Vegas strip and the meal was as good as it was. My entree was under thirty dollars. I again would definitely recommend the Noodle Den in the Sahara hotel. If you are in Kas Vegas, definitely give this place a try. I will give it five stars not only on the food, but on the whole experience including the value of the meal. Go see for yourself.

This place had incredible service! They were having some issues with their kitchen when we went and they continued to supplement free food for us as appetizers until it was fixed and gave us 20% off of our bill, which was really nice of them. Overall, I really liked the food too! I felt like the portions were really big for the prices and thought it was a really cute ambience!

Always a joy to dine here when i'm at Sahara Hotel. The service is quick and fast. The restaurant is pretty big too so good for large groups. This time I had the hot & sour soup, Xiao Long Bao and Trufle Xiao Long Bao which was mind you the Truffle XLB is phenomenal. I will return again just for that. The soup is plentiful and the wrap does not break. Give them a try.

This place is not worthy of 4 stars. At most 3 stars. This is not a bad place don't get me wrong but a 4 star? This place is far from a 4 star taste if you know Chinese food. Food is alright, nothing special. Service is alright too, standard service. Cost is comparably cheaper than other similar restaurants in Vegas which it is a plus. Ordered like 4-5 meals and total came out to be around $67. This place is just an Americanize Chinese restaurant with nice settings and vibes.

Food was so good I was halfway done before realizing I didn't take any pictures! I came here with my family and we got the pepper beef fried rice, kung pao chicken, noodle den xiao long bao, pork dumplings, and Mongolian beef stir fried noodles, and the Taiwan beef brisket soup Everything was excellent and we were impressed by the quality, taste, price, and value for money. An excellent choice if you're in the mood for Asian food while in Vegas. Would recommend!

First off I'd like to compliment the service! We used a Groupon which was easy and we wanted the chocolate baos but since they were out they gave us an alternative on the house and comped one of our salads. The food was solid. Perfect spot for lunar new year!

Noodle Den is located inside the Sahara - the same casino/venue where Magic Mike is hosted. Whether or not you're planning on attending a show, I'd recommend trying Noodle Den. Our party of 6 made a reservation for ~6:00pm on a Saturday, and we were told there was a 10 minute grace period. We were a little late beyond the grace period but luckily they weren't busy and were still able to seat us. We had two folks in our party with dietary restrictions / allergies, and our server was very attentive and accommodating -- which made it easier for us to have a family style dinner. We started with the cucumber salad (good - definitely recommend.) It had a strong sesame flavor and wasn't spicy despite having a good color to it. Our spicy wontons came out next (this was our party's favorite dish - don't skip!) they were juicy and flavorful and had a nice refreshing taste to them. We ordered 3 portions of the XLB, or soup dumplings. They were good - tender, a bit delicate, and freshly steamed. I wouldn't write home about them though! Our green scallion pancake came out next. It was good and served with ginger vinegar sauce (wish it came with chili oil tbh). And lastly we had some veggie noodles which were on the sweeter side. The onion in this dish was very strong which I enjoyed but others did not. One of the great things about this place is that you can always add more from the menu and it comes out quick. Their drinks are also substantially cheaper than other restaurants (margs came out to $10/ea). All in all, our party had a really positive experience and we were content with the efficient service.

Not bad but not a "go out of your way" restaurant in my opinion. The food is decent but not top notch. I don't know if you would have to pay for parking but if so, then becomes another reason to go elsewhere. We ate there out of convenience because we were staying at the hotel and didn't want to go out. The service was average but I would have expected more for the type of restaurant and location but did think the atmosphere was pleasant. Flavors are ok but our Mongolian stir fry had very little meat. The cabbage with garlic was decent as well but lacked pronounced flavor.

Ambiance is lovely. Welcoming warm decor with beautiful crane ceilings. At the entrance one can watch the chefs make the long noodles and handmade dim sum dumplings. All very fresh. Started with the street food pork wonton soup and requested added bok choy to it. Plentiful wontons and bok choy/vegetable. The vegetable knife cut noodles with added duck was a little on the greasy side and had a sweet flavor to it. Very flavorful, nicely done with bean sprouts, green onions and bok choy. Chinese Oolong tea, a pot served and charged per tea cup. Felt good for the sore throat from the dry smoky environments we sustained over the week. Coffee Mochi for dessert - 2 small pieces. Light and refreshing; it hit the spot. Excellent service provided by Stephanie. She was prompt, attentive, professional and friendly.

Absolutely loved this spot - I was able to make a same-day reservation on OpenTable and I'm so glad I did! The service was good and quick & the food was delicious. Portions are big enough to split and there are so many tasty options on the menu!

When we got off the plane, we decided to have lunch at The Noodle Den. The restaurant was very clean, and the ambiance was nice. However, service was slow from the start. It took a while for our waiter to come and take our drink orders, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at the time. When the waiter finally arrived, we ordered drinks, an appetizer, and our meals--but everything took way too long to come out. We started with the Szechuan cucumber (expecting it to arrive with our drinks), but that wasn't the case. My hot and sour soup came first. About ten minutes later then we received the pork belly noodles and our drinks. The cucumber, which the waiter actually forgot, didn't arrive until much later--toward the end of our meal. As for the food, the hot and sour soup was just okay--not the best I've had. I love a good hot and sour soup, but this one didn't hit the spot. The pork belly noodles were thick, and the bowl was so full that it left no room to mix everything properly. The dish lacked flavor, which was disappointing for my BF. On the other hand, the Szechuan cucumber (when it finally arrived) was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, service was the biggest letdown. Our waiter was rarely around, and we had to flag down another waitress multiple times for things we needed. Overall, this first experience wasn't the greatest.

Staying at the Sahara last week and wanted a light dinner. I decided to try this restaurant. Decor was quite nice, good vibe, friendly server (Sinead). I ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Noodles. Noodles were handmade and delicious. Loaded with oyster mushrooms and small pieces of chicken dark meat. Topped with green onions. Somewhat satisfying, but the broth was on the bland side. The menu does have quite a variety, and I will return. Ive heard good remarks about the other Sahara Restaurants! This really is a player friendly Casino Hotel.

We ordered the two-item combo with roasted duck and honey-glazed BBQ pork, along with wonton soup and chow mein. Everything was delicious, especially the duck. The wonton soup was also very flavorful, although I wish it had come with a few more wontons. I also thought the vegetables paired really well with the meals. The restaurant is a bit small and cramped, so it may not be the best place to dine with a large group. The service was quick, although we did feel a little rushed, likely because of the limited seating. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

Alex took care of us from walking in all the way to dessert He was witty, funny and took the extra time to explain the intricacies of the dishes we inquired about. The experience was phenomenal lead by him and backed up by the kitchen and the rest of the team. He talked us into the duck special which came with duck soup, salt-n-pepper duck and whole duck carved at the table by Alex. Duck Soup - Delicious and savory broth. The cuts were tender and delicious. The best I've had in a long time. Salt N Pepper Duck - A crispy duck dish I've never had before. Good times. Guo Bao Pork - Creative, delicious and I understand why this is a feature dish. Green Beans - Perfect veggie pairing for all this food. It is located in the Trop Plaza on Tropicana Ave and Decatur Blvd. Plenty of parking. Spacious inside with lots of seating. Klaws and other games were near the entrance which I find interesting especially in a Chinese restaurant. We were greeted and seated right away. They weren't super busy on a Monday late morning. Our server was pleasant and amicable. He attended to us frequently throughout our dining. Other lady servers brought us our food timely. Thank you All! Menu offers quite a variety... reg dim sum, delicious dim sum, chef specialties, house specialties, super dim sum, vegan no-meat dim sum, congee, noodles, rice dishes, appetizers, entrees, lunch specials, and more. Prices of the dim sum vary from $5.98 and up. We chose a handful of dim sum and one Shrimp & Pork Wonton Egg Noodles. Overall, dim sum was decent. A few of them could have been better in preparation, flavor, and taste. Wonton noodles were tasty. *Bean Sauce Chicken Feet - skin was on the tougher side, could have been more tender, sauce was too thick, flavor was okay *Crispy Taro Pancake - top layer was crispy, but taro fell apart when picked up by chopsticks *Egg Tarts - light and flaky crust with soft, smooth & jiggly egg custard filling, amazingly good, definitely would get again, wished it came with 3 instead of 2, they are bigger than normal egg tarts, but still *Fried Pork Ball - just okay, nothing special *Golden Sand Lava - huge baked bun with lots of oozing sandy egg yolk, must get! *Shrimp Dumpling - full of shrimps in thin skin, tasty filling, good size, worth the price! *Shrimp & Pork Chives Dumpling - more chives than shrimp and pork, flavor was mediocre *Shrimp & Pork Shumai - surprisingly flavorful, but wished there was more shrimp than pork Glad we got a chance to try this place.
