I have read many reviews about The Parkmoor restaurant and made an executive decision to try it and I was not disappointed. It's located in Webster Groves surrounding itself with many other must try restaurants. When entering we were greeted and seated promptly the waitress came over pretty quickly to offer drinks and a menu the restaurant was not too busy and there was some good music playing it was totally a vibe for me. It didn't take me long to decide on the chicken and waffles which the waitress let me know that it was a good choice and man oh man was she right. It came with 3 big chicken tenders and a nice sized waffle that even I tried I couldn't finish it so a to go box was needed, its so much on the menu that I would like to try so I will be returning.

The food was good as was the service. They weren't terribly busy our server was nice and efficient. The booths are horrible. Too low and tight as can be. Very uncomfortable. The old Parkmoor had the best booths I've ever sat in. The restaurant decor isn't anything special and it was messy but it looked like the people who were eating were throwing food or something. I would never leave where I ate looking like that. It's a good place for lunch. We had pretzel bites and a delicious cheese sauce, chef salad (very fresh and well made, and a burger. No complaints about the food.

We were excited to try out this diner that has just recently opened in Webster Groves. Okay, it hasn't opened that recently, but it's a new restaurant to us because we moved away to Arizona in 2019. We stopped in for lunch on a weekday and the place was nearly empty. This place is cute inside. Very casual, with hints of forest green and burnt orange. Various seating options such as a bar, tables and booths. The first negative we experienced was the service. Our server said it was his first day, and I do understand. However, it took us 30 minutes to order food. Multiple other servers were sitting in a booth behind us chatting loudly, and didn't once offer to help us. The food, once it finally came out, was good but not great. The Cookies and Cream Shake was really creamy and had a great flavor, but the portion was pretty small. Same with the entrees, my Cheeseburger was pretty yummy and my Mom enjoyed her BLT, but the portions were tiny. I personally wouldn't come back in recent days, mostly due to the poor service. The food and atmosphere were nice, but the service needs a revamp.

The onion rings are amazing. I came here just for the onion rings and I was not disappointed. The chicken and waffles was pretty good. I think the pieces could have been a little less dry but it was still very tasty with all the sauce. It comes with a spicy BBQ and a syrup. The dining area is kind of tacky but I don't know what I would change about it. The service was good but seemed a little distracted or out of practice. We did come during a slow hour so maybe it wasn't the regular wait staff.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I looked up orange spots and this was one of the ones that came up so I was like let's give it a try. Upon entering it kind of gave me like bougie steak 'n Shake vibes and I noticed that they had signs that they were known for their burgers so of course we gave the brunch burgers a try. The brunch menu was not huge, but they had a few different things. The service was not bad, but they did start to get packed after we were there for a while and I think it was too much for the few people that they had working. My waitress was getting ran around a lot and we were being patient because I know how we can get when a restaurant picks up . So for the most part service was good until we were ready to go and then it took a while for us to be able to pay and get out. For my drink, I tried the breakfast margarita which was OK, but I didn't really taste the margarita portion. The burger itself was cooked to perfection, but did not have much seasoning and the onion rings, I only ate one because they were way too greasy for my taste. Now the fries were excellent. Though I wasn't thoroughly impressed with the food. I would still be willing to give them another. Try to try some other things.

Stopped in at the Parkmoor for lunch as I was craving a burger and knowing it was Burger Week, I decided to try their King Burger. I got the King Burger as it comes, with EVERYTHING on it, WOW, it was wonderful! I also had fries (you could have had onion rings) they were crispy and delightful! The Parkmoor is cute and nostalgic looking inside, we actually ate outside as the weather was nice and they had really nice seating outside. They also have really good milkshakes, though that didn't quite make the pictures.... The service was wonderful, very attentive and super helpful with all my questions about the menu items...Check out the Parkmoor, you won't be disappointed, a cute, nostalgic diner!

My family had a great Sunday lunch at the Parkmoor. We enjoyed our meal at the communal high top so we could catch a game on the TVs behind the bar. I enjoyed the Crispy Chick, made spicy with their buffalo sauce. The sandwich was huge! The Buffalo sauce was the perfect heat. The fries were okay, but lacked some flavor. Service was good, but it would've been great to have a little more attention to drink refills. Overall the Parkmoor is a solid, family-friendly spot in an awesome Webster Groves dining scene.

Get the onion rings. Don't over think it. Just do it.

The parkmour is a lot more laid back than the name infers. It's a very casual diner great for families with kids who might be loud. We got gumbo, onion rings, and a burger. They might have had a staffing problem that day because the wait to be seated was long despite it not being crowded. The gumbo was not good, but the burger was above average, and the onion rings were the best I've ever had and you have to make sure to try them. So stick to the typical diner foods and you won't be disappointed.

Great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Food and service are always excellent. You have to try the pretzel bites with the cheese dipping sauce

The service was amazing! Amy was so sweet. Took my daughter and a friend and they went on how great she was. She was singing songs and having fun. Really missed the Parkmoor when the original closed. Went there with my grandparents when I was little. The food was great! Very fresh! Milkshakes were so good and the kids loved the old time glasses. Can't recommend enough.

First time here and wasn't sure what to expect. They have a to go window when you first walk in for purchase of beverages which was a good idea . They are kid friendly and also have a full bar. I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries, the sandwich was excellent, the meat was seasoned perfectly and had plenty of toppings served with crispy fries. Husband had the Single and said it was almost as he remembered from his younger days and was absolutely delicious however the onion rings were terrible, they tasted like grease and were cold.

This is a really fun spot in Webster! It's kid friendly and has a variety of options for apps, meals, drinks, and desserts. The decor has an athletic vibe which is really cool. We came during burger week, their double cheeseburger was the one being featured for the special ($8- pretty good deal!). I started out with a glass of wine. We didn't order any appetizers, but we did order two meals to split. I ordered the wings and my mom ordered the burger. She also ordered a side of onion rings. Our server was super nice and helpful. Definitely good service! Wings came out and were a good size! They come with the sauce poured on-top rather than tossed in. I prefer my wings a bit more crispy than this- but they were good and definitely good quality. I really enjoyed the sauce. The burger was super good! Smash patty style which is a delicious type. The bun is on the thicker side, but fluffy and fresh. We had a good experience! I'd like to come back and try some more items here :)

Place decor is cool! Very good theming. Portion sizes are HUGE so definitely worth coming if you're hungry. The food itself was pretty average, but tasted fine. Very greasy in general. Service was good and attentive enough. I recommend the king burger! The onion rings are just alright, as is the parlor dog.

We were 11th in line when we signed up, and by the time we arrived, we had moved up to 5th. Since it was raining, we decided to wait in the car. When we reached 3rd in line, we were unexpectedly removed from the waitlist. I tried calling the phone number listed on Yelp, which was the same number displayed on the building, but it went straight to what sounded like a personal cellphone voicemail. We decided to go inside anyway and discovered the waitlist wasn't necessary because there were plenty of tables available. The menu had a lot of interesting options, although I wish it included photos of the dishes. We ordered the Hawaiian Bowl, the Truffle Burger, and what I believe was the Blueberry Jam Burger, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and each bun was stamped with the Circle 7 branded logo, which was a nice touch. The Hawaiian Bowl was delicious and generously portioned. I had enough left over for another meal. The atmosphere is definitely more of a sports bar than a traditional restaurant. Every wall seemed to have multiple TVs, making it easy to watch the soccer matches from just about anywhere in the dining room. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Before leaving, we couldn't decide on just one dessert, so we ordered the dessert sampler. The cobbler was the standout--it tasted homemade, especially the crust, and all of the desserts were served with ice cream. The only disappointment was the brownie, which was quite hard instead of soft and fudgy. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the service. The only downside was the confusing Yelp waitlist experience, which could definitely use some improvement.

Before taking my first bite, I admired the crisp edges and actually ran my finger around them. My first bite was heaven. Inside was packed, with quite a few larger groups as well. Our table was right in the middle of the restaurant, so we had a good view of everything going on. It was loud, but in a fun, lively way. Our server was really friendly and quick. She checked in on us often and gave some helpful recommendations. We ordered drinks and a couple of apps to share, and she left us a full bottle of cold water, which was such a nice touch. We got the pretzel monkey bread, french fries (the best) and the artichoke bean dip. We weren't planning to stay for dinner, just wanted some snacks. The food came out fast and honestly looked too good to wait on. I loved the monkey bread, the pretzel bites had a great crisp to them, and the sauces they served with it were really good. The bean dip was good too, just not as much my thing since I'm not a big fan of dill, so I left most of that for everyone else. Once we wrapped up, we were able to split the check and head out pretty quickly. I really appreciate places that still make it easy to split checks, and even more when you can just pay right at the table with those handheld POS devices.

Since I shared that I was not currently drinking alcohol, he made a few mocktail recommendations and I loved how he was able to "sell" them to me. I went with a class G&T mocktail and my friend went with a mezcal drink based on his recommendations. We also ordered 2 of the apps to just have at the table while we chatted. The mocktail I had really did hit the spot and my friend really enjoyed her cocktail as well. The hummus we ordered witht he veggies was so good and we also had a potato app that was truly such a unique flavor with creme fraiche and walnuts. Honestly, it was so good I want to go back and order it again! I really enjoyed this HH and know that I need to visit again for the actual dinner menu one day.

I'd recommend if you're going with a party, share a bunch of the plates. Pizza is solid...crust is wood fired, sauce is perfect and unique creations make for a special type of pizza. Had the morel mushroom pasta (a special selection), the Brussel sprouts as an app, broccolini, a salad and it was perfect. Don't forget the bread & olive oil...it is to die for. Plenty of unique and crafty libations tie the entire experience all together. Place is busy on a Saturday night, so recommend a reservation. I'll be back over and over again. Nice work to the team at this hip place!

I debated between the 5 star burger and the gateway. They also offer veggie burger and bison burger on the menu. Gateway burger $12.95 - Smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings and house made BBQ sauce. Great tasting burger and lovely BBQ sauce on the side. The bacon pieces were a bit on the crunchy side. Sweet potato fries $3 - Crispy and delicious. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2026

After raining earlier in day, Lynne and I were able to find a patio table on a Saturday night. We…read morelove eating al fresco, so bonus on getting a table and being to watch the fancy cars driving by! However, we soon discovered the restaurant was short staffed and servers were in the deep weeds. It took a very long time to order water and drinks and an equally long time to receive them. In fact, we were very close to leaving, which is saying a lot since I've worked in restaurants for years. But this is not a negative review. As those who know, know....5 Star's kitchen crew saved the day by jumping right on our food order and getting us served quickly. Lynne enjoyed the always delicious Blue Ribbon burger...think gorganzola, bacon and port braised onions (aaahhh, sorry, I may have drooled a bit there). I tried the Burger-Of-The-Month, which was not actually a burger, but a sandwich And not just any sandwich, a classic Rueben. I love a good Rueben and this 5-Star version did not disappoint....loads of moist corned beef (yes, I said moist), sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing on marbled Rye! We also split the wonderful 5-Star Salad and a basket of Mixed Fries (combo of seasoned fries and sweet potato fries). This would have been a 3-Star review based on service but the food and drink saved the night!
