So far the staff are really nice.They changed the football when somebody asked and are really kind. The food is extremely good! IMHO, If you are within a couple of hours drive time and want breakfast, brunch, or lunch, you have to find Kuna ID. and The Pork Belly. The food is out of this world good. The staff, all of them, are the absolute definition of customer service. If you can be there, bring your appetite, you'll need it. Even their cinnamon roll covers a dinner plate! I would be there at least weekly, accept I live 2,462 miles away, according to goggle maps. Converted old volunteer firehouse, very pleasant atmosphere, a bit small so go early. read more

This place was great! We called this morning with a party of 17 and they were able to accommodate in about 20 minutes. We sat down and got our drinks order super quick for a party of 17. I never had to asked for more coffee or more water. The service was impeccable from our server to the rest of the staff who were very friendly. The food came out at the same time, was hot and the portions were huge. If you've ever worked in the service industry you know that was quite the challenge and they crushed it. When I come back this will be an absolute staple while staying anywhere within an hour of the Pork Belly. I couldn't recommend this place more. read more

We've been here 4 times now, each time was great! There is a small twist put on each recipe to make this place and it's menu just a little different from even the best breakfast/lunch places. Oh, on the omelet with jalapeno peppers, unless you like "HOT" ask for fewer pepper's, but the taste was fantastic. The stuffed French toast was great, you can get the shreds (hash browns) cooked perfectly any way you like them. We had 3 meals there just this past week and will be taking our kids there during their Christmas visits. read more

Love this place! Service is always excellent. The food is really really good. Obviously their basics for a breakfast place are on point. I'm pretty easy with breakfast and just get bacon, sausage and eggs and they nail it. My wife has had several of their fancier dishes and she's never disappointed. Don't let the outside of this establishment fool you. Inside you will find kind staff and delicious food. I got the half order of busted biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon and scrambled eggs. The scrabbled eggs were the best I've ever had from a restaurant. Bacon was cooked to perfection and the half order of biscuits and gravy were amazing. When visiting our friends who are local to Kuna, they suggested this place! I'm so glad they did, it was delicious! We ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy to share amongst the 4 of us, and they were AMAZING! It was hard to not order more! My husband and I shared the Kaveman hash, and they shared the pork belly hash. All of us were so satisfied and impressed. I will say, we were mind blown at how nice they were. They were aware we wanted to split each of the items and they brought it it out already split amongst the 4 of us. That's never happened before! I heard about this place on the radio station I listen to. Our family loves a good breakfast and have tried many of the local places. While we have found some good ones and some not so much, this is by far our favorite. We have only been there once, so far, but cannot wait to go back. Everything we got was amazing. I think what set this place apart from some of the other places was the service. Our waitress was very attentive to everything we need. My son even spilled his water and she was quick to bring some towels over to get it cleaned. We tried to help, but she would not let us. In addition, my son got 2 huge pancakes, 2 bacon, and 2 eggs and finished every bit of it. We cannot wait to be back at this place and we will be bringing our family. Definitely worth the drive from anywhere in Boise area. They also have their own donuts that are delicious. I have been wanting to try this spot for a while. I had high hopes. Sat down, three ladies at the front no one acknowledged us for a while. No menus nothing while they stood there and talked. Finally we got menus, and ordered but first were told they were out of bacon, chicken and cinnamon rolls. Took us 45 min to get our food. People that came in way after us got their food finished and left in the time we got ours. Our order when it arrived was wrong. My eggs were on my husbands,and his was on mine. I asked for gravy on the side and he didn't ask for any gravy but we both got it on top of our hash. Daughter ordered waffle with whipped cream and was told after she received it that they were out. Not only that I found a hair in mine and my son found an eyelash in his. Waitress never told us a reason why it took so long or apologized. Still paid full price! With all the terrible service and experience this review could have been way better if it wasn't for all of the above. Cause the food was good. Unfortunately we probably won't return. read more

We were with a group of about 14 people. They already had a table ready to accommodate our group. The two young ladies waiting on us had beverages served quickly and took our orders for lunch. Considering the size of the group, the food came to us quickly and was served hot. My wife had the "Mushroom Swiss Burger" with "Tots" and couldn't stop marveling over how good they both were. My "Pork Philly" with fries was equally good, in fact, one of the best "Philly" sandwiches I've had outside of Philadelphia and the fries were excellent as well.
