I love to study here and they have amazing a unique dishes to eat that fill you up but also make you feel ready to take on the day. Honestly I love it but it makes me laugh every time because you can hear the cooks listening to Mexican music while the "suburban Livermore people" listen to hipster indie music in the cafe. Chèvre Avo Toast was delicious. Cheesy grits were pretty good. Husbands yogurt bowl was just okay (too many diced green apple's which made nearly every bite tart). I appreciated the attendant at the front door who asked how many in our party to ensure we got a seat while we waited in line to order. However, once seated against the back wall, we were tightly fitted in to a 2-person table with barely room on either side to squeeze in. To one side - a 4 top with 7 people and to our other side a 2-top with 3 people! Way too packed in. If it wasn't chilly outside that would have been the better option. Also the acoustics in the restaurant make it extremely loud. My advise to the restaurant is just don't squeeze people in like sardines. read more

Mediocre bland food that's extremely over priced. Not a sit down place if you want to actually talk to the people you come with bc it gets very loud and there is an excessive amount of lights in the ceiling that's too bright. We tried the Nordic Toastini and the pastrami sandwich. The toastini bread was rock hard and they sprinkled a sh8t ton of Tajin powder on the boiled egg which ended up being a sour bomb in my mouth. I thought it was Paprika and put half of the boiled egg in my mouth and it was so salty and sour I had to fight spitting it out. Who puts Tajin on top of boiled eggs ???? The rest of the Nordic Toastini didn't taste like anything but straight lemon juice bc they gave me a slice of lemon to squeeze on top. The goat cheese they used on the toastini had zero flavor. They also used such a small amount of goat cheese, it was a joke. They really should have buttered the toast at least. The salad that came with the Pastrami sandwich was also very sour. Hold off on your lemon and vinegar folks! Even the slaw in the pastrami sandwich was overly pickled and sour. Someone needs to taste test their dishes because I doubt the owners want these dishes tasting like this. It was also really expensive and not worth it. I was better off making the dish at home with grocery store items and cheese etc. There were also big flies coming in through the door & one kept flying near us and landed on our table. Not a pleasant experience from start to finish in all aspects. read more

The avocado toast was bland and dry. The Pb fruit was really good but the toast was just too thin to really enjoy the toppings. The ricotta tomato was also bland.
