All the way from NY. We enjoy the noodles and the experience.

The noodles were great. Great experience. All the way from NY. Would definitely recommend. The pineapple passion fruit drink taste delicious. Please stop by to support them

I'm sorry but it's far to pricy for what you get. It is a cute idea and maybe would work better in certain areas. First I do think the location will have some downsides, likely you will have to drive here to eat store bought ramen. That being said the lack of variety is other main issue. Most of this ramen is available down the street at H-mart or even your local Kroger. There are some that I haven't seen/harder to get, but majority are common in stores. Since it's all prepackage I can't really rate this restaurant on food? Yes the noodles were good but also it's the same noodles you can make at home. The main reason my review is so low is the price. One small slice of spam is $2 and a small shot of corn is $1. The price for the bag of ramen was like $6 but I guess what felt off was how high the price of sides were. And it's not like the sides are cooked before, they are (I assume) canned corn and canned spam. I bet this place would do better in a downtown setting for a quick lunch.

What a cool concept! Inspiration from those 24 hour ramyum stations in Seoul, they did an awesome job with the set up. With dozens of ramyums to choose from, you can add countless toppings to them It is on the pricer end if you look at the prices per topping, so something to keep in mind. Enjoyed the experience overall

Came here all the way from far to try this place out. Heard lots of good things and it is great! You order on the tablet when you walk in add all the things you want. I had the teum-sae for spicy lovers! Good spice, very good spice. You cook your own ramen on some cool hot plates. Cooked in about 3 minutes and was so good. You have to try the place if you like Ramen

the ramyun library opened recently and offering a one of a kind experience for DFW locals and visitors. Paul has switched gears from web-design to restauranteur. Service was on point. Paul made sure to help everyone go through the process like a pro. Everything was delicious!

Love the concept but boy was it pricey. I wanted to check this place out and while I love the ramen wall I wasn't totally impressed. I even ordered an appetizer and was like WHAT FOR THAT PRICE... Too pricey for ramen and appetizers that didn't even look like the pic

The concept of this restaurant is cute and despite the controversial prices, I would definitely come back here! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars would be the wait-time. I waited an hour to get my ramen, which was definitely a little absurd, but even then the staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended the perfect amount of "spicy sauce" and gave my party a lot of attention to help us make our ramen as tasty as possible. They truly want you to have a good experience which is really what the place is all about - making your own comfort dish with friends. I had a blast and plan to return, albeit during a time that isn't peak lunch hours.

I mean it was just Ramen but I've never seen so many options!! The wait was about an hour, but you were warned on the kiosk prior to ordering. The staff were very friendly and attentive and I just loved the aesthetics! I surprised my daughter because she lovesss Ramen and she definitely enjoyed although I think I was more excited to see the concept. I would recommend going during less busy hours.

The Ramyun Library is such a gem! The food was absolutely delicious! The ramyun was packed with flavor, and the presentation was spot-on. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. And let's talk about the ambiance. the wall of ramyun packets was such a unique and fun touch, creating a cozy yet vibrant vibe. While some people say the prices are high, I personally think it's completely fair for the quality and portion sizes you get. You're not just paying for a meal; you're paying for a great dining experience that's totally worth it. Definitely a must-visit spot for any ramen lovers. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

Place is AMAZING!!! Every kind of Ramen flavor you can think of. I will definitely be back!

Great concept here in the US, after came back from Seoul couple month prior. My kid and I decided to do road trip and drove by this little town so we want to check it out to see how it compares to S Korea. Great spacious, clean and perfect place for selfie for sure. Parking might be an issue in the weekend but there's street parking too. We're there when they're open so the staff or owner, she was very nice and friendly. She pointed out what are goods and what are just aok. We ordered via kiosk, you could order through her too. We got several different noodles and added on plus appetizers. It's a self serve but you can ask for help but it sort of self explanatory. Overall it's a fun experience and similar in S Korea, except you have more choose of add on and drinks there. The prices can be on the high end but it's worth it, especially when you have kids and they are actually doing it it themselves instead of clueing to the iPhone/ipad.

Fun for all Ramen lovers! We were promptly greeted by a staff member who directed us to an ordering kiosk & offered to help if we needed guidance in ordering. The dining area was immaculate & plenty of communal seating. Pretty quickly we were called up to the front & the staff member instructed us on how to prepare our bowls. It was such fun to see our noodles bubbling in the bowls in a matter of seconds. Our bowls were delicious with just the right amount of broth. I added the pork dumplings to mind - they were delicious. My guest added the Kimchi to her order & really enjoyed it. Fair value for the experience ($25 for 2 bowls & 2 drinks).

I've been here twice now so I feel I can make a review now lol. Both times I had a great experience. Now, I already knew kind of what to expect by some videos I seen but I still like to experience things for myself. Clearly, it's the cheaper ramen packs you can buy at the Asian markets. So if you're wanting to just eat the ramen go to the Asian market and make it at home. If you're like me, and you like a fun food experience, then definitely come try this place out. Best time I've went without a wait was on a Tuesday right after work. I made the mistake of first time going on a Saturday and it was packed. Now, they do not have a lot of seating and you will be sitting by strangers more than likely. If that is not your thing, again, don't dine here. You put your order in on the big screens by the door. You can pick from various soups with or without broth. You pick your toppings, which mostly range from $1.99-$5.99. Now the main thing I don't like is that you can only pick 4 toppings per bowl. They also have apps, drinks, and desserts you can pick from as well. Once you place the order, try to find you a seat. Wait for your name to be called, and then you will go up and make your ramen. The workers instruct you on what to do, so this part is easy but fun if you like to have interactive food experiences. I enjoyed this part. Plus I love instant ramen. I was ready. Both ramens I've tried were delicious. I got seafood ramen each time but tried two different ones. I added shrimp, green onions, extra veg flakes and an egg to my ramen. I plan to try new toppings next time. I personally think the ramen is delicious and I like the additions you can add. I wish they would allow up to 6 toppings though but I can understand the need for a max limit. The place is cute with the ramen all over the wall. I think it would kind of make this place cooler if you could pick your actual ramen off the wall first, take it to the register to order and then make your ramen. But the wall ramen is for decor only! Both times I had pretty fast service. While me and my friends were eating, the line was getting pretty long and ppl were essentially just waiting for ppl to finish their food before they could even be seated to make theirs. They need more seating plain and simple, especially since this isn't really a place you can take the food to go. I hope they can make some tweaks to allow for more seating and possibly adding more toppings. Still a pretty good place and the ice cream and apps I've tried were also really good, so I will be back for more instant ramen a lot.

Cool experience. Just regular packet ramen. You can add sides as in boiled egg, dumplings etc..a little pricey but overall good experience.

The dumplings were not only delicious but also the cutest little dumplings ever. We also tried the garlic fried rice, and it was amazing. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waitress was fantastic and paid attention to the little details. My friend was making sure our order didn't include mushrooms, and she took the time to ask if it was due to an allergy so she could make sure everything was safe. That level of care really felt like going above and beyond. Great food, great prices, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

All of the items that we had are in the photos, but the creative presentation is what stood out most! Cute bao buns, chicken served with ramen to allow the customer to enjoy it as they would like, and good sized portions. My only ask would be for more broth with the ramen dishes. The noodle to broth ratio was just slightly off. 9/10 would recommend.

I went the day before Thanksgiving and the japanese chef was a one man show. He was the only one running the establishment because everyone else had left to go to Japan for the holiday. He is so so so so nice. I don't go back to restaurants very often but this place has my heart. This time I got the spicy pork ramen (17), spicy garlic chicken ramen (18), and then got the spicy garlic pork ramen (19) togo. I will say it is a little bit salty, with the garlic ones being more salty than the non garlic ones. However the garlic ones do have more flavor. There's not that much meat/protein either just one piece of meat and an egg. The could be slightly better but it's still good. It also just has bamboo shoots but nothing else. A very simple bowl. Ambiance is nice, it feels upscale but also homey at the same time. They have an open kitchen concept which I like.

We were seated quickly, and our waters were brought out right away. However, the menu here is different from the other locations I've been to, so I recommend checking it before you come if you're expecting specific dishes. They were also out of some of their noodles. We placed our order, and the karaage salad arrived first within about 10 minutes. Sadly, the ramen came out almost 30 minutes later and wasn't plated cleanly. There was broth all over the edge of the bowl, and I even think the server's finger was in the broth when she dropped it off. Additionally, the ramen was missing the egg, and the noodles were overcooked. One of the waitstaff seemed to be the only one actually working, as he was helping about 95% of the customers in the restaurant. Overall, I highly doubt I will be returning to this location anytime soon.
