For an appetizer we started with the fried lobster dish, which was a 10/10. They also brought out a complimentary Cesar salad which was also an easy 10/10. For our meal we ordered a steak (can't remember which one) and a side of papas frittas and the Gorgonzola tortellini pasta which was very good. The service is fantastic and above and beyond! Let's start with the bar. The bartenders are so skilled and knowledgeable. Their drinks taste almost multidimensional because they incorporate your sense of smell first flavor second flavors and after taste. They take so much pride in their work and speaking of pride in your work so do the chefs. The chefs are eager to receive feedback on their dishes, so I wonder if they improve their dishes overtime. Amazing experience! Upon walking in I was already greeted with a welcoming smile and warm greeting! I will say prior the parking is on the left side of the hotel and valet but it is complementary. Went to The Saint for jazz brunch and what a good time. The music was great and the perfect volume to still have good conversation with friends. We had a wide variety of food items from the rolls, bacon trio, the burger, smoked Carajillo, Bloody Mary, the eggs Benedict. All were delicious. the service here was remarkable as we came for my husband's birthday while we were in town. We got a table with a beautiful view of downtown. First let me give personal accolades to the kind service rendered to every representative who answered the phone. If I could give this restaurant a 10 star rating I would. We were trying to decide where to host my daughters 30th and without a doubt it didn't disappoint, as all parties were please with food, service and thr ambiance. When we arrived we were greeted with a SMILE by Courtney and was then seated immediately at a table that we requested. I have several comments to make, overall we enjoyed our dining experience. There are just some things to note for your reference . 1) Free Valet Parking was so nice 2) The building doesn't have markings/signs on it so show what it is- but that gives it kinda the elegant flare. 3) The front staff were so friendly and made sure you felt welcome. And were very organized in getting you seated. 4) Whenever looking over the menu- you're going to see "Saint and Sinner" under the pastas. Saint means- smaller portion and Sinner is the "full entree portion". I ended up getting the Saint portion of the bolognese and Saint portion of the Cacio E Pepe, so that I can try a little bit of both. The bolognese was amazing- the flavor and the quality of noodles and meat were unmatched !!! Would definitely eat again. The Cacio E Pepe.. on the other hand.. normally you would expect cheesy pasta right? Well.. there's has a twist to it.. there's was almost like a fried cheese ball with cheese sauce. They were good- don't get me wrong but they weren't what I or my friends were expecting. The interior decor was gorgeous. Great happy hour oyster deal. I was skeptical of alabama oysters but they were fantastic, well-prepared and with an original and delicious mignonette. First off, I have never had a butter candle comes with these mini Parker, house rolls, and a candle made from butter. So decadent so delicious. I can't remember our servers name, but she was wonderful . For some reason, we kept blowing out the candle, and she sent somebody over to light it each time. We decided to be very decadentand naughty ... we had filet mignon with their bone marrow fries ... over the top delicious. I had their hibiscus cocktail which really hit the spot . My wife and I came on a Saturday at opening for happy hour. We sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by bartenders. Both male bartenders were amazing and very catering to our needs but Marco especially made our night special. We informed him it was my wife's birthday and that we were new to the restaurant. He went over the menu with us and was very detailed. He even told us his favorites and some best sellers. The restaurant is dim and very sexy, and has an open format. It is perfect for date night rather at the bar or table. For drinks we had: macchiato martinis one with vodka and one with tequila, the saint spritz, old & fashionable, and endless pit of fire. All of the drinks were amazing but our favorite was the endless pit of fire, Marco had to improvise and create it with apricot jelly and omg it was spectacular. Just shows the magic they create here with their drinks. For food we had: 4 caviar mini baked potatoes, a dozen oysters, bone marrow fries, wagyu burger and lobster arancini. This was more than enough for 2 to share and everything was spectacular. This was some of the best food I've had in Dallas in a while and that was just bar food. I will be back. The panna cotta was very rich and would be good for at least two people to share. The brussel sprouts however were VERY salty. Be prepared that some of the dishes aren't ~exactly~ what you think of -like the cacio e Pepe doesn't have noodles but the presentation is so cute with them coming around with a squirt gun of sauce! I will say the food takes a long time and it's more of an experience so I felt bad rushing our waiter a bit as we had time sensitive plans afterwards.
