Had no issues. Good service, greeted with a glass of champagne and our server was very kind. The bone marrow French fries and whipped ricotta were amazing.

Short rib and polenta special

Unfortunately my experience here was pretty lackluster. I took my friend here for her birthday and we both left feeling meh about the food and service. The decor, view, and overall ambiance is great! Very beautifully designed restaurant. I'm not sure if my waitress was new but she wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. I like to ask for their opinion of what to order and she couldn't recommend anything. She was also not friendly or polite. That probably should have been a red flag. We settled on the short rib special and the spaghetti and meatball. The short rib was 90% fat, it was really disappointing and almost inedible. The pasta was very flavorful but could have used more sauce. I enjoyed my cocktail. For the price, I expected an upscale experience, but that's not what we got.

Had a nice dinner tonight! Our server Stephanie was beyond perfect! Attentive, kind and thoughtful! The restaurant is beautiful with a great view of downtown from the design district. Cocktails were spot on--the carafe smoked old fashioned had enough smoke to be intriguing without being overpowering. The wine list also seemed better than many in the area. On to eats -- I am an absolute fan girl for a good wedge salad. This one hits all the notes. Cold, crisp, crunchy, with all the right accoutrements. Be still, my beating heart. For our main, my lover and I split the pork chop. This was an absolute beauty. So perfectly cooked and displayed in such a lovely way, begging to be devoured. Double cut, double delish. The charred Brussels sprouts were a lovely accompaniment. And...after reading all about them, we got the bone marrow fries. It feels like a bit of misnomer to call them that. The fries are undoubtedly tasty. And the spectacle of a person using a torch to melt what is most likely an herb butter that has been placed into a bone onto fries is fun and unique, but it isn't just marrow being melted with a torch onto fries. Let's just call them what they are. We were too stuffed for dessert, so Stephanie was kind enough to have a limoncello sip made for us to finish out the meal. Overall, spectacular staff and service (Stephanie made the evening), great views, and good food (if a bit overreaching on what is being presented). My only other thought is that prices are a bit of an overreach as well.

Came with my friend for a Galentine's dinner and we had a thoroughly good time! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a mini view of Dallas. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing! She provided an excellent overview of the menu and provided recommendations (if you ever come try to sit in her section)! I started out with the Endless Pit of Desire and this was a delicious drink - made perfectly! I love Buffalo Trace so on my next trip, I'll have to try a drink with that. We ordered appetizers of Caviar Bites (x2) and Whipped Ricotta. Then we ate the Ricotta Gnudi - I enjoyed the duck/duck skin in the pasta but wish the carrots were cooked a little bit more - dipping the pasta in their crunchy bread made the dish better! My main included - Prawn Scampi - and I enjoyed it. The prawn was cooked good and the noodles were settled nicely in the sauce. My only complaint would be the saltiness of the dish. The Bone Marrow fries, as a side, is a nice touch! We did enjoy the fries as the marrow added very tasty notes! We ended with some desserts - flan and zucchini cake - I enjoyed the flan but the zucchini cake was different but enjoyable. Overall, this was an amazing place and we had a good time. I'll definitely return!

The Saint in Dallas is everything you want in an upscale Italian steakhouse. Elegant, intimate, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone: dim lighting, romantic energy, and a refined atmosphere that feels perfect for a special night out. What truly sets The Saint apart, though, is the phenomenal service. Attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. The staff made us feel taken care of from start to finish. You can tell hospitality here is a priority. If you're looking for an upscale, romantic Italian steakhouse in Dallas that delivers on food, service, and atmosphere, The Saint exceeds expectations. Worth every penny and absolutely deserving of five stars. I'll definitely be back.

Very beautiful lively restaurant however unfortunately the service and food were not as expected. The drink was also just okay. I believe they still need some improvement in service and food criteria for being a newer restaurant. We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday and unfortunately the experience was not what we were hoping for and although they did try to make up for it I am not sure we will be back in the near future however I am hoping they continue to work on improving their food and service as they do have a strong potential.

I really liked this place! Valet is fast and efficient, service is excellent and very pleasant! Ambience works for date night or girls/friends dinner but is more on romantic side. We tried couple of appetizers: caviar bites and whipped cream ricotta and both were good, we also had a pasta with duck which was okay, when you order French fries as a side they burn bone marrow on top which creates an experience and adds tasty notes to the French fries, I ordered filet and it was cooked as I asked. I also enjoyed couple of drinks one from the menu and one I asked the bartender to surprise me and both were good! Overall great experience and Stephanie our waitress was great!

Oyster
Kady L.

Came here for happy hour oysters. It was a little confusing bc they have a better price oyster menu for Sunday. It's a small happy hour menu during the weekday. Everything we ordered was pretty tasty! Let's start off with the Parker rolls. It was a very interesting presentation. The candle melts and it is the dipping sauce. We were told it's very popular. Probably wouldn't get it again bc it's too fattening taste for me. Oysters are fresh! I forgot which pasta dish but it was VERY GOOD!!! Service was good as they were transiting to shift change. It is a pretty dark setting in the restaurant.

Bao Buns
Aj L.

Outstanding service and the restaurant had a very eclectic and unique decor style as well. The food also was pretty good overall. The bao buns had a great flavor but the meat was quite tough. The ceasar salad dressing was unique but not amazing. The whipped ricotta had good spice and sweetness. The steak was absolutely delicious and the ravioli were good but not worth the price in my opinion. Overall I would love to return to try more and The Saint definitely met my expectations.

I genuinely don't throw this around lightly, but The Saint in Dallas is a full-blown experience. From the second you walk in, it feels like you've stepped into a dimly lit, velvet-draped dream where every detail was curated with intention. It's moody, magnetic, and just the right amount of dramatic. The kind of place that makes you sit up straighter and order another cocktail. If you're looking for a date night spot that feels elevated without being stiff, this is it. It's upscale but still electric. Romantic but buzzing. Sophisticated without trying too hard. Let's talk food. We started with the Caesar salad, and I know that sounds basic, but this was not your average side-of-the-menu Caesar. It was crisp, decadent, perfectly dressed, and unapologetically bold. The kind of salad that makes you question why you ever order anything else to start. The cocktails? Unreal. Liquid luxury. The dirty martini was icy, briny perfection with that sharp, clean finish that makes you close your eyes after the first sip. The porn star martini was playful, sultry, and dangerously smooth. Sweet but balanced. Dramatic but refined. Both felt like they were crafted by someone who truly respects the art of a cocktail. For an appetizer, we ordered the Duck Pasta and I'm still thinking about it. Rich, savory, indulgent in the best way. The duck was tender and deeply flavorful, and the pasta wrapped everything together like a warm, luxurious hug. It was the kind of dish that makes the table go quiet for a minute because everyone's too busy enjoying it. Then came the mains. The 8oz filet was buttery, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Cooked exactly right, with that beautiful sear on the outside and a center so tender it practically dissolved. The ribeye? Bold, juicy, full of flavor with that perfect marbling that makes every bite better than the last. And the bone marrow fries. I need a moment. Crispy, indulgent, unapologetically decadent. They took something already elite and somehow elevated it into pure comfort-meets-luxury territory. We paired it all with a bottle of Cabernet that tied everything together like the final note in a perfectly composed symphony. Safe to say, I was beyond impressed. The service was polished, the ambiance was intoxicating, and every single dish felt intentional and elevated. This isn't just dinner. It's a night out that feels special. I will absolutely be back. And probably dreaming about those fries until then.

Appetizer rolls and sunlight

Steak was good. Appetizer presentation was a highlight of the meal. Oyster were missing basic dressings like lemons and salt. Service would disappointing at best. We rarely received refills and want to order more bar drinks but couldn't find anyone to order from. Whose dumb idea was it to open the window blinds in a dark restaurant? We were excited to experience the vibe created by dark walls and dramatic stair entrance only to be ravaged by sunlight at our odd table. Then The Saint staff decided to double down and open all the shades. It was like falling asleep at 4 am and being woken up hungover. Fun... To add insult The Saint applied an automatic 20% gratuity for a family of 6 to reward the deplorable service. What an insult. By the end of the night we disappointed that this is where we chose to have dinner.

Wow Let's start with size parking. They do offer valet. We had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie G, and she was awesome. This is a nice restaurant for a date night or meeting with friends. The decor is very classy and lovely. The music selection was great. I enjoyed every song playing. The entire staff was attentive the whole time. We did have a reservation and received a text to confirm It is dark inside, so getting the proper lighting for a pic was hard, but everything we ordered was delicious. They spaced it out so we could enjoy every bite. There was no rush Here's what we ordered : I might have gotten a few names wrong but I was busy enjoying the meal Texas Wagyu brisket & foie gras potstickers Sicilian margarita - DELICIOUS Main lobster arancini Whipped ricotta Saint salad Cacio epepe Brisket ravioli Wagyu Nat strip 8oz Lamb chops Whipped Yukon gold potatoes Bone in bone

Burrata
Andrew W.

We had reservations right at 5pm on a Saturday because we had a show to catch at 7:30 at the symphony theater. The host and waitress (Stephanie) were so nice and automatically took that into consideration even though we never even asked. The service was fantastic! Stephanie was a great waitress, super knowledgeable and friendly! The whole wait staff was incredible our glasses were always full and everyone was very nice! The food was delicious as well! The burrata was maybe the best I've ever had! My steak was a top 5 steak and my girlfriend liked her duck piccata! We really like cheesecake so we got that for dessert even though we were so full. It was spectacular as well! Everything was awesome and I would definitely recommend and hope to be back again!

Food was very expensive, drinks were entirely too sweet, steaks had tasted like they were previously frozen and defrosted too quickly.

No. But what has us coming back is their consistency and attention to detail. The space is gorgeous and each room brings a different vibe to the dining experience. We were sat in the darkest of the rooms that was very romantic, and thankfully the music wasn't too loud. When we were seated we found a frame on the table holding a message congratulations us on our anniversary, with our names included. It was very sweet! Our server was prompt, attentive, and very charming. She asked us questions about ourselves and also gave great recommendations throughout the night. The drinks were good! However, the Passionate Kiss started to taste very chemical forward the longer it sat (I'm a slow drinker) so I only finished half of it. Not sure if it was because of the print on the foam originally or what, but it wasn't pleasant. I got the scallops and loved them, especially since I was able to try their orzo with it that normally comes with the salmon instead. The scallops were tender and the flavor was rich and well balanced with the rest of the plate. My boyfriend loved his chops and devoured everything. He also got the Potatoes Au Gratin and couldn't get enough. They were very rich and had great flavor. I had previously seen reviews from others saying the potatoes and other dishes were bland but that was not our experience. The rolls were one of the best parts. I wish I could whip butter like that at home. Towards the end they brought us a couple of glasses of Prosecco to cheers with, and a complimentary dessert (the Samoa sundae). We also ordered the Chocolate Decadence which was incredibly good. The goal is to come back next year, and plenty of times before that as well. Thanks to the Evelyn team for such a great dinner!

The restaurant was very beautiful inside, but does not give the correct vibes. Music was very very loud, and the crowd was super "influencer-y" . The items on the menu were up to par, but the food itself was not as great as it should be for what you're paying for it. We ordered caviar service which was done well. The lobster dish for 2 was a good portion of lobster and pasta. Do yourself a favor and order the chocolate cake for dessert (get this!) it was moist and indulgent! Overall, the look was amazing, vibes were not intimate, more party esq. food was good not great, drinks were strong and tasty. Absolutely worth it for the experience.

Now let's talk about the vibe because BABY... from the outside, you would NEVER expect what's inside. You walk in and suddenly you're in a full-on 70s-inspired living room. They've even have a pool table, and right at 8pm an aggressively competitive Uno game breaks out, which was honestly hilarious to watch. This place is such a vibe. That's not where the differences stop as the Archive menu provides more traditional cocktails and a diverse array to choose from, with drinks you may be more familiar with. Alchemy on the other hand offers a more experimental approach to their drink menu, including creative cocktails that seem eclectic and never been tried before, using unusual ingredients or prepared in a unique way, but if you are feeling adventurous, I'd highly recommend trying the latter. Keep in mind, when entering Alchemy, the inside is very dark so if you want to see properly I would recommend sitting outside if it isn't too hot. To start, my friends and I ordered the truffle fries for the table and they were highly ranked in my opinion for best truffle fries in Dallas. They were perfectly crispy and flavored well with the truffle seasoning. For drinks, from the alchemy menu, we ordered the I Dream of Kiwi (my choice), Kaleidoscope Eyes, and Inappropriate Beet Pun. My drink was made up of bamboo tea gin, kiwi coconut water, plum wine, and kiwi boba. I liked the sweetness mixed with tartness and the boba balls added a nice touch. Additionally we ordered the pineapple soft serve margaritas (it was my first time experiencing soft serve margs) and I really enjoyed Apothecary's version. The pineapple flavor was tangy alongside the creaminess of the ice cream. And there was a nice chili salt garnish (similar to tajin) added on top. For food, I ordered the Lil' Thuggies, a hilarious name for a dish that is actually very delicious. It consisted of popcorn chicken nuggets, cooked in sweet tea brine and spiced flour, served with a side of epazote ranch and korean wing sauce respectively. My friends ordered the Japanese elotes and Muhammara (roasted red pepper & walnut spread, greek oil, sea salt, microgreens, grilled baguette). Both very tasty as well, with the elotes having a cream sauce on top. Overall I can't wait to go back to apothecary and maybe try the other side next time.
