Don't even think about coming here on a Monday! Lucky for me, it's TUESDAY

I screeched in to not pass the stand since I needed something eventually for lunch today! My love runs deep for these cheeseburgers! I cracked up at the pulp fiction mural at the drive thru!!! I remember the cheeseburger reference in the movie- so funny, something about John Travelota and Samuel L debating about a cheeseburger royale. I love the stand, shakes are a great variety of flavors but today I can only afford a burger and not even their delicious fries! 30 stars for the Stand by me! LOL So just opened my beautiful burger and it's a double! I do not recall their standard $10 burger being a double so it's maybe my lucky day or this is the normal ! It's delicious too, as it's always been the last 8-10 times I've been here!

I've seen the line at this place while attending another event and decided that I too wanted to wait in line for a burger and I'm so glad I did. We went fairly early in the morning so the line wasn't long and the wait was minimal. I ended up ordering the cheeseburger, homemade ranch and bacon I've never been happier with a burger decision It was sooooo delicious The large fries are pretty big. There were 3 adults and a toddler and we split 2 sides of fries but I think 1 order would have sufficed. There's no seating so just mentally prepare yourself to grab your burgers and go

Returned after many years and the classic cheeseburger for $10 was very good. The burger was well done and I just pulled the lettuce off which was not the best quality.

Give this place 5 stars because before all the crazy ness you could dine in . Last time I stop by it was drive thru only or something like that but I driver a big service truck so I'm not able to drive thru .

The stand is a MUST in Downtown Phoenix. Their burgers, fry's and shakes can't be beat. It's drive through burger joint with delicious freshly made burgers and fries. The line of cars is worth it. Don't plan to sit down here, as it's only a drive through burger joint, usually busy and bustling.

Just a drive through no inside seating The drive through is very quick The hamburger was a little to salty for my taste, although my friends thought the burgers were fine Generous patty and the lettuce and tomato were fresh Fries a little greasy. The winner was the root beer float.

This burger shop always hits the spot. Cook to order, fresh never frozen, always excellent customer service. Drive thru not a sit in establishment.

Swung by the drive thru on a Thursday around noon. Not too busy. Just a few cars ahead of us. Menu was simple, but deciding on a burger was not. Ended up ordering a couple of the Standards with fries of course. Paid at the window and quickly got our order! Smelled so good that we had to pull over into an empty lot to chow down lol. Veggies were crisp and buns were nice and soft. Patties were decent and covered nicely in cheese. Very good burger! Fries were good as well. Would recommend and of course return when in the area.

Definitely thought this was a walk-in restaurant, sad it's only drive thru but WOW is it worth trying. Since my first time I've been back 3 more in the last 2 weeks, and they have some of the best burger-and-fry combos I've had out here in Phoenix. The sauces are unlike any I've had elsewhere; the whole menu is worth trying. Drive thru line took about 10 minutes from start to finish, but honestly was worth the wait. Love the vibe of this place, from the menu to the pulp fiction graffiti art, this place is a 10/10 for me.

Solid drive-thru burger joint! Was in the area and decided to check it out. I had the Standard burger which was a double beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and their special sauce in a toasted bun. Ingredients tasted fresh and the burger was definitely cooked to order. Fries were crispy. That sauce was super addicting, almost like if you mixed In-n-out's sauce with Cane's sauce.

Pulled in after a late night show and the menu is so simple and an easy read. Whoever helped me over the intercom was very kind and patient and read back the order to make sure it was correct. Got the house burger with a side a fries and a chocolate shake !! The burger was Delicious!!! Omg !! I will be coming back again. Best chocolate shake I've ever had super smooth and it came with a nice big straw! The fries didn't even make it home lol !

My wife and I stopped by The Stand in Arcadia for a casual dinner and wow this place delivers! I ordered the Grande Royale and it was absolutely amazing. Juicy, flavorful, stacked just right everything you want in a burger. My wife went with the Big Kahuna, and she couldn't stop raving about it. The pineapple was a bit overpowering at first, but she still rated it a 10/10 that's how good it was overall. We also shared an order of fries (crispy and seasoned well classic done right) and split a Dulce de Leche shake... which was dangerously good. Creamy, sweet, and the perfect dessert to end the meal. Great food, and friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

The standard, well done on a gluten-free bun, and half the order of french fries
    Jacqui B.

Wow, I actually haven't been this overwhelmingly disappointed in an eatery in a long time. Going by the reviews I read on Yelp, I was really looking forward to a cheeseburger on a gluten-free bun with fries. I see now why people were saying the gluten-free bun holds together well. It's flavorless and dry. There wasn't enough sauce or juicy tomato or pickle, to make the bun palatable. The beef patties were overly salty. The fries were really greasy and the Stand sauce is too thick, at least for me. They have three or four styles of burgers and a couple of other things on the menu, unfortunately not enough of a reason for me to go back and try it again. Hope this was just a fluke!

She repeatedly interrupted us after just a few sips to ask if we needed refills, even coming very close and watching our drinks at eye level. It felt intrusive and awkward rather than attentive. To start, my burger tasted pretty good. The cheese was good. Bun was a little dry and stale. The lettuce was yellow and chopped and looked several days old and slightly rotten. Two of my tomatoes had active mold growing on them. It was too dark inside to see it but we ate in the car and saw the moldy spot then. The fries are good but way too salty. We really liked the fried mushrooms. But we made our own dipping sauce which was better than the ranch they give you: mix 2/3 mustard and 1/3 Mayo. Tangy and delicious. We get these at "The Windmill" when we go to the jersey shore and the sauce that comes with the fried mushrooms is a horseradish sauce which is amazing (hint hint, Chuck Box).
