This location has a really bad service! The wait time even if I have appointments extremely long more than an hour, and this happened every single visit, and they always came out with random excuses. When other people that came after us for their appointment, they had their appointments before us. When you start to complain they seem like don't care. They care about making money or business more than our kids health. Which makes you sometimes think that the big name of the corporation doesn't mean that they are good. They made a big name from nothing, they just are good for advertising,but the service is really the worst dentist ever. read more

Stay Away!!! Run!!!! Extremely unorganized + terrible customer service! They fish with dynamite when your kid is getting a cleaning or annual check up and right away bring the ortho doctor so you have to choice but to see him or her. I was given an appointment during school time I told them my kid goes to school and that the time is inconvenient. But they insisted they didn't have any other time. I was able to get a different time when I called. I got permission from her teacher to miss an afternoon class so she can go in to the appointment and when I check in they tell me someone called me "earlier in the week" (which is a lie it's just another way to say we screwed up and aren't accountable) and we informed you we changed the appointment to another day. Bullshit! I spent my time to drive there, Miss school time, and I get a pathetic text telling me this! If you want customer service and organization and to be treated like your time is valuable.... FIND ANOTHER ORTHO! Look past the cosplay costumes and decorated walls! Taking my business elsewhere! read more

My kids come in for Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Both had Dr. Laura as their Orthodontist and we have always had a good experience!! she's great!! read more

This is a great dentist office for kids. Very friendly staff and our family has not had any issues.

It's hard to find a good kids place. No one likes to go to the dentist. Some staff members know how to work well with kids others just don't have patience. U feel the frustration. It's a hard profession. I tried other dentist and my son had to get 4 teeth removed because of dentist error in San Marcos. Super dentist really helped us out. I will take off one star for the following. 1st-Lack of point system. I been coming here for 4 years with both my kids and only today I asked how many points they have and they said only 14!!! One wasn't even on the system. 2nd- it was easy to take my son there because of the video games. 3 screens all have broken Xbox 360s now. read more

They were so understanding of my situation and decided to waive the fee so my sons cost for the day and we received immediate care to his infected gum. I couldnt believe it! They seriously rock! Prices have increased exponentially for treatment with no real explanation or help for parents already on a tight budget. Staff moves you through and bombards you with treatment suggestions without much info as to why it's needed or what alternatives are available. I will be looking for another primary dentist that doesn't make us feel like it's just a turnstile office read more

We've been going here for years, but the quality of the facilities has gone down lately. On our last visit the orthodontist assistant yelled at my daughter for not holding her breath well enough and fogging her equipment, even though she was holding her breath and the fogging was from her body heat. read more

We love super dentists! Office is always clean, they're prompt and on time (which is super rare in general in the medical field. They are always able to squeeze us in for emergencies - which is always a plus too! They've done fillings on my 4 year old, without the need to use any restraints bc they made her that comfortable. My 10 year old has had two extractions (both emergency appointments due to pain) and she was very relaxed throughout the entire ordeal as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone with children! read more

Always a clean office , staff is very friendly. It's perfect for kids, there are games in the waiting room and there's always tv shows playing for kids to watch while they get treatment done. There's a tv in front of treatment chair and one on the ceiling as well for when they need to put chair down. The assistants are always gentle when it comes to putting in anesthesia for fillings or when needed for other treatments. read more

We've been coming to The Super Dentists since 2019. They've treated our two children and at first we were impressed by the facility and staff. Recently the customer service has gone down , specifically the front desk. My husband and I brushed off the unprofessional service because our kids have been treated here for so long. We were referred out for specialty work for our youngest and the contrast in pediatric dental offices was drastic. We decided to change dentists for our youngest since The Super Dentist doesn't specialize in treating Autistic children, we kept our oldest here. We came in for our 6 month check up and were in the waiting room for 40 minutes. During that time a young mother came in with her child in a stroller, they had a scheduling mix up and the front desk staff were not respectful. She was scheduled due to an automated scheduling system they have only to find out she also had to confirm the appt, so she wasn't going to be seen. The mom was clearly flustered, the staff continued to respond rudely and mentioned it wouldn't be covered via her insurance anyway so she was better off rescheduling for another day. Mom agreed, scheduled and left. After the mother and young child left the front desk staff proceeded to laugh and talk about the mom. They made snide remarks about the mother and whether she could afford services anyways. It was terrible. That's when I realized my son hadn't been seen and we had waited 40 mins while four other families who came in after us had already been seen. I let the same front desk with glasses know we were still waiting. She looked up at me annoyed and said your rooms ready the medical assistant needs to come get you, and I nicely responded ok, we've just been waiting for a while now and sat back down. They continued to gossip about the mother. I'm considering moving our oldest to another dentist due to all of this. read more
