Ugh. I really liked this place before so I hate to change my review, but my experience with Dr. Patti today was less than desirable. The dental assistant was great - super sweet and patient with my daughter. I might even say that my daughter was having a good time at the dentist until Dr. Patti came in. Anyway, as soon as the doctor came in, everything changed. She moved the chair my daughter was sitting in back and tilted her head back. My daughter said it was hurting her neck. The doctor gave her an unfriendly "you're fine." My daughter said it again, more panicked, and again the doctor replied, "you're fine." Then she quickly and impersonally dropped the bomb that my daughter has 3 cavities. My daughter totally crumpled. She made absolutely no attempt to console my daughter or explain anything - she just left my daughter crying and panicking in the chair. The dentist was just absurdly rude. I don't think I'm doing a good enough job explaining it probably because I'm pretty irritated by the whole thing. I really don't want my daughter to end up traumatized by the dentist like I was and then avoid going because of it, but I'm pretty certain it she has more experiences like she just had, that's exactly what will happen. read more

Not only was this office like a mystical wonderland (I wish they made these for adults!) but the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very welcoming and kind and wonderful with my three very wild little girls. They we're very flexible (with my jumbled mom brain) fitting everything into my schedule. I had a very large cost I wasn't expecting due to fillers and they offered me a payment plan and a discount to fit my needs. My dentist Christina was incredible and I highly recommend! I will definitely be coming to this Super Dentists for the long haul! read more

I have been to this office so many times & unfortunately aim locked into a contract price for ortho with my kids. They are always running so behind & to rush to get there to sit for almost an hour sometimes after our scheduled appointment is so frustrating. I make out appointments in the a.m. to try to avoid the delay but doesn't seem to make a difference. Also, if you have to call them for any reason you have to speak to call center & not the office directly. We will be taking our business elsewhere. This practice seems to cater to welfare/medical clientele Paying out of pocket is not worth it. read more

Please do not take your children here! Waiting room is crowded, dirty and a hot mess. Totally disorganized. We were there for over 2 hours, for 2 kids, and barely saw the actual dentist for 5 minutes, it was a lot of unnecessary waiting time. The cleanings left a lot to be desired--even used a regular toothbrush for my younger son-what a waste. The kicker is the dentist said their teeth looked fine, then he left for awhile to "check the x-rays." When he came back, he said he was mistaken and the kids aren't actually fine--one needed 5 fillings, the other needed 4. Big difference! We just went somewhere else for a second opinion. First of all, we requested the records/x-rays be sent to the new office several times over a 3 week period, they were never sent. The new dentist checked my kids and one had a perfectly healthy mouth-no cavities, and the other had 2 small/minor cavities. Super dentist is a joke and a terrible place to take your kids--don't do it! read more

Ok I shouldn't write this review because of Covid 19 but...here we are. It's overpriced, everything was closed, it was nothing like the commercials, we waited over 20 min and never were seen. They closed all the fun stuff. There were kids that looked super sad. I know because as I was in my dental "room" they placed us in and left us there we could just walk into someone else's personal space and be in their patient room! No privacy whatsoever. I have amazing dental insurance and it was still going to be $290. I didn't care though because I wanted my lil one to get excited about teeth! Forget that though. This place is terrible. Don't go here. I highly recommend DR. Tu in Vista! He's amazing! Great with kids! The super dentists weren't great with kids either from what I witnessed. No smiles or soft caring voices. We have been coming here since my son had his first ever dentist appt. Every appt I've come to they have done a cleaning. Our last appt here was today. They tried to say today that his cleaning was going to cost 150$ which was after our insurance covered 80%. I'm sorry, a cleaning costs 1k? They do not keep any information up to date, or maybe just don't care to look at records. While I was standing at the counter the girls decided to chat behind computer monitors and one girl knew I had noticed and had that caught red handed look. This is a very childish, unprofessional, money grabbing office. Do not recommend. read more
