Today, I made sure to emphasize that this package contained important wedding film photos and needed to be handled carefully. The employee assured me, saying "I got you," but then simply placed the rolls on the metal table next to the box. Even after 25 minutes, while I was shopping for office supplies, the rolls were STILL left out in the open. When I brought it up to another employee and explained the previous incident, my concerns were ignored. It's absolutely unacceptable given how many times I've emphasized how important these items are.

This was an interesting experience to say the very least. This is a very small UPS store in a…read morelittle plaza. When I initially walked in, there was literally one lady ahead of me. Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else. Based on my service receivedand entire experience, I have to give this a 2.
