Shakes and ice cream is the best. Nicole was very attentive and so patient with my kids as they were ordering.

It was a fun experience with the cool looking shakes but definitely not a frequent trip I would make as it is pricey. My kids loved the cook designs and it was fun for the family. If you are looking for a fun experience this is worth the visit. read more

We had a great time going to the Yard Milkshake Bar for a fun Saturday outing. The menu was amazing, prices were not terrible especially since it was a special treat. A crazy fun place to get dessert! We over indulged for sure but you have to do that once in a while. The milk shake with a brownie on top was delicious! Such a yummy and fun ice cream stop. Sometimes shakes that have all the toppings and look awesome don't end up tasting that good. But here, the ice cream is actually delicious and unique in its own right. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond. They even sent us home with a free jar of ice cream to try. AMAZING my favorite is the old school you can't go wrong with that one. I've tried a few others but I always go back to the old school. I think if they use like a marshmallow versus buttercream frosting to put their graham crackers around the rim of the cups it would be better but they're all very tasty. read more

Visited The Yard during their soft opening and was obsessed with the cookies and worms milkshake; so fun and so delicious! We also visited the weekend of their grand opening so it was much busier but we still received excellent service and a delicious milkshake (donut and coffee). The best part we were quoted a certain amount of time to wait for the milkshake and we didn't have to wait that long for it! Definitely will be visiting again! read more

Great milkshakes, terrible service. The staff is more interested in talking with each other than working. We asked to have a table cleaned and they barely acknowledged us. Then made us stand for another 5 mins while the staffed talked, then finally came and cleaned our table. I politely thanked the gentleman that clean my table and he wouldn't even acknowledge me because I guess I interrupted his conversation with his fellow team members. Spent over $80 on milkshakes and when we asked for lids so we could take them to go they refused without paying $.50 a lid. That's absurd for the price you are already paying for the ice cream that was mid at best. There's better options in Phoenix for sure. read more

The presentation is very cool, the concept is great. The price is expensive , it's a $17 shake but you get a mason jar to keep. . The shake tasted like the milk was spoiled, the cookie dough wasn't very good. It's a must try once for the experience but we shared a shake for 3 people and didn't finish it since it didn't taste good. First time here and went based on reviews and photos. Got there just as they opened. Staff was friendly and the shakes were just as beautiful as they were in photos. There was an area to rinse off the glass mugs and bag them to take home (if you purchased that one) which I really appreciated. Will be back when in town! read more

One of the biggest bowls of ice cream with a full brownie on mine. Very good!! While it was delicious, $10 for 3 scoops of ice cream and a brownie seemed costly for me. A $16 milkshake is not what I look for but with a souvenir jar, I guess it's worth it, if that is what you look for. read more

Tried this place for the first time this weekend. The customer service was very good, the employees were friendly. I had the birthday cake milkshake, which was very filling and I was definitely in a sugar coma afterwards. You were also able to keep the jar, which makes for a fun souvenir! read more

Worst experience in quite sometime. Walked in approximately 9:07pm on a quiet Thursday evening. My date and I approached the counter graciously excited for what was before us. We stood there baffled at the arrangement of endless flavors of our favorite late night snack. After standing towards the entrance which apparently is the wrong side of the line we were furthermore greeted by a shoot from the janitor lady confirming the time of night. As she squealed ''what time it is" the other patrons equally as startled as my date and I jumped with confusion. As her colleagues confirmed it was 9:09pm she continued to flip chairs and broom under other guests feet as they ate they're sugar filled dream cups. We preceded to the front of the line, as for the last 10 minutes we stood infront of the ice scream scoopers as they stared into my soul with angry eyes as can only assume because I had the Audacity to present myself at their establishment a mere 40 some minutes before close. We got our ice cream. It was delicious. Fairly priced and generously portioned. As for the atmosphere it was stale as a distain for customers was obvious A couple sitting across from my date and I prepared for their departure, the same squealing janitor lady came over and voiced her opinion on him not cleaning up after him self. She squealed again "ya'll better this shit up" as the gentlemen stood only an arms length from the table. He did not like janitor lady talking to him with such disrespect so he began to confront her. They verbally fought back and forth and began to curse at each other. They were talking about the things such as.... what you Gona do about it? Your tripping right now, I wish you try me, please try me, you don't know who your messing with, your a sloppy boy and furthermore Needless to say I don't think I will bring a first date back to this ice cream spot.
