This place is amazing! The staff, service, good and wine selection are all top notch. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but we got caught up in the moment and put our phones away (gasp)! My husband has the Waygu steak which was so juicy, tender and perfectly seasoned. I had the delmonico ribeye topped with looser and crab. My son found this restaurant and wanted to go for his 29th birthday. We should have been suspicious when reservations were so easily obtains, even when just opening up after COVID-19. We love trying new places so we figured why not give it a chance? The view was beautiful. Service was good. Everyone was masked and wore gloves. Chef sent out a treat before we started, but since I don't like spinach I only tasted it once. Of course, we all ordered steaks. Three of our larry got the Delmonico, one the New York Strip, and I ordered the Filet. Three of us also got lobster tails. I have no words to describe how tough the lobster tail was, but since it was my son's birthday I gamely tried to eat it. My Filet was okay, but nothing special and certainly not worth the $43. My husband's Delmonico was tough and overcooked. Everyone was saying at their steaks and trying to gamely get them down, but no one enjoyed the experience at all. We paid $497 for a mediocre meal. Maybe most people are drunk we end up eating there since it is attached to a casino? No one was impressed and we won't be back. I don't mind that the food is overpriced but why must the food be so bad too? This use to be one of the best high end restaurants on the coast, now it's a shell of what it was. On this particular visit the bread was stale, the bisque cold and tasteless. My husband and I ate here last night to celebrate his birthday. Absolutely everything was perfect. Our server named Kyle was by far the best server we have had in years. 1 review said the restaurant was dated. My husband and I are very particular and have dined in many great restaurants living all our lives in NYC. Thirty-two is elegant and certainly not dated. The views are beautiful and the menu offers a good variety. They gave us a lovely window table and a nicely presented bread basket. My husband had the Caesar salad and I had the watermelon panzenella. He had the red snapper and I had the pork chop which was not your typical pork chop. The sides were delicious. We had 2 perfectly prepared martinis and the server brought Crème brûlée with a candle for my husband and I had the bread pudding which was yummy! I cannot say enough about Kyle. He was a professional on every level. And the hostess and other staff were all professional in their attire and very friendly. My husband and I would dine there regularly if it were in our city. New into town and was in need of a fine meal after a tough drive from Fort Lauderdale. As I rode the elevator to the 32nd floor and entered the restaurant I was most impressed. Walked to the bar for a review of the spirit selections and my mood improved. The view from any seat in this establishment is breathtaking. I was promptly greeted by my professional waiter. When I asked about Bourbon selections a complete spirits menu appeared. And a most impressive selection it is! Decided to go for the gusto and treat myself to a Bourbon I had never tasted, George T. Stagg. I noted the cost was insignificant but less than expectations. My waiter showed up with the bottle and a fine crystal glass with one monster ice cube. He wanted to assure me that I was getting what I paid for. Might be the best whiskey I have ever had! So I had another with dinner. Things are looking up! Ordered lobster bisque and Caesar Salad for apps. The soup was the perfect temperature and the salad was cool and crispy. The bread that went with it was decadent. For the main I went with Alaskan King Crab. My special request was to please crack/cut the shells as much as possible. Love the crab but not the fight. Shortly thereafter I was presented with a large mound of steaming King Crab in a sauté dish! All shells removed! With the continuously warmed butter at the ready the meal was epic! The kitchen and wait staff performance was great! The "32" team had a perfect performance this night. It could not have been better! I have paid more for a meal but never had a better one! We made the reservation the night of dinner and actually pretty late as we lost track of time. We arrived early and were seated right away. The view is beautiful at night. The server helped us right away and got our drink order, shared her favorites (always a question of ours) and provided bread, butter and garlic. The food was great, each steak with its own unique flavor. The mushrooms, potatoes, and tuna were also very good. Had reservations at 8:00 for a family of 4... drove down from Mobile, AL... ordered teas that needed more tea... coffees that came out cold... After an hour of waiting received 2 ribeyes (bone-in) that came out barely warm, hamburgers that you literally would need new a new pair of dentures to eat! It is located on the 32nd floor of IP Hotel and you walk past a bar area to the host desk. We were checked in and promptly seated. The nice lady that sat us was very friendly and informed us that our waiter Jonathan would be with us shortly. The bread basket was brought to our table and i immediately noticed there was a whole garlic sitting right on top. Umm *side eye* is this to ward off vampires or what?! I dont eat garlic so i only picked the bread that wasnt touching it. They were all yummy and he especially liked the flat cheese one(idk the name). For appetizer we had the shrimp cocktail which was 4 jumbo shrimp. An interesting sauce was a tomato jam and i was wary but i still tried and it interestingly enough, it was actually good!!! I still prefer the cocktail sauce though. For my dinner, i had the Halibut and it was a HUGE piece and very flaky. Personally, i think ive decided i like my Sea Bass and Halibut to have a more creamy sauce or be in some liquid broth because its more delicate and....thats just my preference!!! SO had the Filet Mignon special with Mushroom au gratin and he absolutely LOVED it!!! I was full but im greedy so i had Creme Brulee for dessert and that was impeccable!!!! oooh la lalala!!! As far as cocktails go, I had the XO sidecar martini which was very good so of course that went down quickly then i had a bloody mary which was also good. The bread basket was the best bread i've ever been given.We had beef tartar it was good not great. Then we had the soup sampler and it was ok but not great. The chef special was cowboy ribeye with alaskan king crab topping, lobster risotto & grilled asparagus...i requested they sub for the filet & they said no problem. It was Delicious! Although i dont think they have the best quality beef for the price they charge. They had half off bottles of wine on Sunday. For dessert I had the creme brûlée and it was ok. My husband had a candy bar cake with candy bars in it. He enjoyed it. The atmosphere is romantic and the tables and chairs are very big and comfortable. My husband and I chose 32 because of previous experience but our last 3 visits have been less than good. Last night at the lounge 2 of the only wait staff refused to wait on us. A manager had to take our drink order and food order. The 2 waiters waited on every table in there except ours. After waiting 20 minutes and no waiter I walked to the bar and was continually ignored. I had to hit the bar top with my hands to get attention. 4 people behind the bar looked up at me. I told the male waiter that we have been waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order. He responded sorry we so busy I didn't see you. That's impossible since you had to walk by our table to wait on the table next to us and behind me. The manager saw how upset I was even she heard the absurd excuse of her waiter. I went to my table after she finally acknowledged my existence. She came personally to take our drink order. She said a waiter would come to our food order. While waiting on our drinks the same manager returned and asked if she could take our order. She took our order and the male waiter dropped my drink off quickly from my back. We couldn't believe that these 2 waiters refused to wait on us. The white couple who sat down next to us at the exact same time as us had full service and was gone eating and drinking while we were still waiting on our dinner. We love to tip well but refused to tip the 2 "waiters" that refused to wait on us. I hope the management of thirty-two will address this egregious offense to myself and my husband. Our $50 tip that we planned to give to our waiters went to the live musician instead. read more

This place is pretty upscale for a small town like Biloxi. The food is delicious, but you'd have to expect that bare minimum for what they charge here. I'm only giving three stars because of the price to quality ratio. I'm grading harder because they're charging more. The server is very attentive, but my gripe would be that they try and clean the table too efficiently, taking appetizer plates away when there's food to be eaten... Great view though so make sure you get up there before the sun goes down so you can see the water. read more

Wonderful restaurant with beautiful views at the top of the IP casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. Start with drinks at the bar (which is smoke friendly unfortunately) then move to the restaurant. They bring lots of good, different kinds of breads. They also bring garlic cloves. For supper, I had a super fresh salad with lemon dressing. I also had the tomato shrimp and grits. My oh so handsome boyfriend had the steak and crab. For dessert, we had a cookie with icecream hehe. This is one of the fanciest joints on the coast. Wait staff are very friendly. Just ate here for the second time. 1st time was 4 years ago and it was salty and not cooked correctly. This time our party of 6 we had 4 cold steaks with dried up sauce and two cold over cooked fish dishes. Waited 1:45 minutes for our food. Our server, Kendell, was awesome. I wish I had gotten the young man's name who assisted him, who was just amazing as well. We asked Kendell for recommendations and he delivered. Everything he suggested was just wonderful. We also ordered a lot of wine and he made sure to decant each bottle and bring us new glasses for each wine. It's the attention to details like that that will bring us back here on our next trip. While three of our party got the prime rib, I got the scallops and bacon. I highly recommend this dish! The tuna tar tar was phenomenal as were the crab cakes. The french onion soup was one of the best I've had in a long time. We also had the pork belly, escargot, BLT salad, corn salad and a steak. We have wanted to try this place for a while. We arrived around 7:30 pm and sat in the bar area. Probably one of the best views of any resteraunt on the coast. Very very nice. Granted our waitress was the bartender.. She clearly had a rough night. We asked what the specials were and it acted like she was frustrated and told the fresh fish of the day.... I ordered the dalmonico, she ordered the filet. Both were ok but nothing outstanding. We had the raspberry bread pudding for desert and that saved the meal for us ... It was magical. They def need to do something about the bartender ... She sucked. For the price tag I would def go to Ruth Chris, Br prime, or Mortons. read more

A group of 8 of us dined here one night during our Biloxi trip. We noticed this restaurant when we came to the IP for a conference party the night before. Located on the 32nd floor (hence the name) of the hotel, this has spectacular views of the area. For dinner, I ordered: Butternut Squash Ravioli, $13 12 oz Filet, $48 Grilled Asparagus, $9 The Butternut Squash Ravioli was the perfect appetizer....the creamy, sweet flavor prepared my taste buds for the awesome Steak I was about to have. The 12 oz Filet was cooked just right, medium-well, with a touch of pink. The Asparagus was good too, I shared with a couple of people....it was a lot of food for 1 person. Wow, I have eaten at a couple fine dinning establishments in my home town of Panama City but this one takes the cake. The other reviews must be smoking crack to not like the food here. First off the view is great at night time, but they only have a couple tables with a view so get a reservation. Next from the great service, complementary appetizer from the kitchen, too one of the best soups (Lobster Bisque) I have ever had to the served table side bananas fosters...it was a phenomenal meal. Not to mention the quite ambience of going during a week night which makes it that much more romantic. My girl friend said her filet mignon was the best she has ever had it was smooth like butter. If you want a place to get dressed up and go to while at the IP or close by this is the place. They also have live entertainment at the bar as well if you just want to get a drink or two. This is a beautiful restaurant, but we did not have a good overall experience. We arrived for our reservations at 8:30 pm and we're seated promptly. There were not many people, and the smell of lobster and butter was incredible. We waited several minutes to be greeted and finally someone asked if we wanted bottled or ice water. Several minutes later they returned, and this was the tone of our visit. While everyone was gracious and polite, we didn't see much of them. I'd give them 1.5 for service. Now the food: We eventually received a basket of bread varieties, all of which were stale. They looked beautiful, but were possibly made very early and held all day. But there was a fabulous cheese croissant stick, which was the only thing in the basket worth eating. I ordered the smoked foie gras as an app. and it was outstandingly! It came domed, and when you lift the lid smoke billows out. Awesome presentation. For the entree I had the halibut, which would have been awesome in the concept, but the fish itself was so overcooked it was completely inedible. I asked our very nice waiter Tom if he could possibly get them to remake it and he gracefully whisked it away, no problem. My husband enjoyed his steak very much, and my son liked the Moroccan lamb. When my food arrived it was much better, but still overcooked. Not fish jerky like the last, but I think they run it under the salamander to brown the top bread crumbs and it's just a bad idea for this delicate dish. I ate some and left the rest. It hurts me to see a perfectly good piece of fish (or 2) destroyed like that. So, in all, it was... ok, and they truly 'could' have a great restaurant with just some tweeks. We were seated promptly and our waiter was out shortly thereafter. To start off we got the crab cake appetizer. It was pretty good, but coming from South Louisiana it could've used a little more seasoning or flavor. We got the grilled sea bass special, the filet, and a side of mashed potatoes. The sea bass was cooked well. The filet was undercooked to my liking, but I'm not one to send something back. The potatoes were good. The steak had no flavor in my opinion. I guess I expected too much here or we went on an off night. We will have to try again someday to see. read more

The most memorable parts of the experience are the sweeping view and--if they're "on" (sometimes they aren't)--gracious and prompt service. Another highlight for me was the caesar salad--it's a "real" one with anchovies ground up tableside (of course, they will skip that if you don't want it). They also have sometimes had a delicious caprese salad, but obviously this isn't always feasible. I also recall the soups generally were very good, but nothing that was memorable enough to make it to this review. The downsides are that the entrees, although competently prepared, are boring; and, as it's a fancy casino restaurant, economy is forsaken. Desserts are pretty good, but I generally wouldn't waste the calories if you're a foodie. In sum, this would be a perfect place to have lunch (with soup, salad, and maybe dessert), but it's not open at lunch unless I missed something. I'd feel weird doing this at dinner, but maybe that's what I should just do to enjoy it. read more
