I ordered 2 açaí bowls-the sunrise bowl and the pitaya bowl for pickup. The sunrise bowl was missing 4 ingredients and the pitaya bowl was missing 5 ingredients. No honey, no coconut, no pineapp, no mango, no strawberries, no granola. Both bowls hasdlike 6 slices of banana and a TON of blueberries which weren't even supposed to be on either bowl. I definitely would NOT recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I love that Thrive lets me make my own juice! Usually when I buy juice from other places, their green juice has ginger or lemon included and it gives me heartburn. I decided to try thrive and I was really disappointed. I got the seasonal pumpkin smoothie bowl. However, the pumpkin wasn't fully blended and there was a big chunk in the bowl. It didn't taste like pumpkin at all and there were also ice chunks (not pictured). Furthermore there was a little piece of kale in the smoothie bowl. It was a disappointment especially considering how expensive it was. :( would not recommend !! read more

This new place has now become my greatest guilty pleasure. I guess since it's organic it's ok to eat a PB acai bowl or chocolate chip cookie every day, at least that is what I tell myself. What I like about this place is the atmosphere, the food always being consistent, and how friendly all of the staff is. This is hands down the best juice bar/ acai bowl place I have ever went to!! I tried the PB acai during my first visit and the acai base was so thick and creamy:)) I've also tried the Maca Love smoothie which is to die for. Mt mom and I are also obsessed with their coconut cauliflower curry soup . If you are in the mood for a smoothie, juice, acai bowl, soup, salad, or even coffee this is definitely the place to go! I asked her about my reward points and how the staff usually tells me about it. She came at me with some ugly attitude saying, "I know how to do my job." I was stunned and not expecting that. Having been a long time customer of Thrive Juice Lab in Laguna Niguel , I was so excited that a new location in Newport Beach has opened! Everything here is farm fresh, organic, and bursting with flavor. I love the acai bowls, the house made soups, the beautiful salads with their scratch made dressings. I could go on and on!!! One of the best things about Thrive is the friendly way u are greeted when u walk in. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the menu and will suggest something according to your nutritional needs if u need help deciding. You can tell the young people love working here and being a part of the Thrive family! The location is also easy to get to. It's freeway and toll road close. It makes it very easy to grab something healthy when you're on the go! Cole the owner is a hands on owner and you can tell he takes great pride in all phases of this fantastic juice shop.
